It's so deep
It's so wide
Your inside
Whether there is a "cosmic web or we are "chaos bound" is a major topic today. With so called observer theory you have uncertainty principles and incompleteness theories and halting problems. The crux of it is that there is no longer seen to be that famous place to stand to move the world, that is we are inside the system and can thus not be outside it in order to be objective.
This is of course all nonsense.
If the world is the system that is meant to be understood we are participants in it, that is we are inside the system. But inside of us is a microcosm of the outside, the inside is the mirror of the outside, and both reflect back on each other, like a negative or double exposure. Thus if one can become objective about oneself one can be objective about the totality. One is all, all is one.
Of course in order to be cognizant of everything inside one it becomes an issue of psychology. One must be rid of the unconscious, of all repressions, of all reaction formations, of all defense mechanisms, of all neuroses, all desires and needs, of all anxieties and cares, of all need for validation, of all doubts, of all compensations, phobias, aversions, of all inhibitions, of all delusions, of all breaks with reality, all conditioning, all sublimation, one must see what they call symptoms as qualities. When you see through everything that is what you see.
That is one must decompensate and be rid of the psychological mechanisms by means of which one hides from oneself.
Once this is done one becomes transparent to oneself, becomes the parent to oneself, and gives birth to oneself.
Then one can see through to all reality.
It's not nearly as difficult as it sounds, in fact once one has learned to play the game it's easy.
