In an administrative correspondence between the commander of the US National Guard and one of the senior commanders of the bureau on October 13, Hokanson wrote that “there is growing anti-Semitism among enlist (American) troops who are openly stating they are against Israel and do not willing to put their lives on the line for them (the Israelis)”.

Oh my! There's big trouble in the ranks of enlisted Guardsmen who joined the guard, thinking at worse they might be guarding their own nation, perhaps placed on the US southern border, and are now being told they may be deployed to Palestine to fight against Palestinians for the Jews. Oh my! The ol' bait and switch.

About an hour after I found that story, I found a statement on the Guard's website about it. They're claiming the e-mail isn't real.

Biden to visit Israel on Wednesday; Iran issues warning

"...Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian told state TV: "Leaders of the Resistance will not allow the Zionist regime to take any action in Gaza. ... All options are open and we cannot be indifferent to the war crimes committed against the people of Gaza."

I suspect large scale regional war is coming. There really wouldn't be any other way to get the US involved directly other than a broader conflict, so to Jews will desperately need to get outside actors involved.

I think if the Jews take Gaza that there's a chance they'll continue on to try to take the Sinai Peninsula again. Hopefully Hezbollah will step in soon and start giving Israel the beating it so richly deserves.

CENTCOM general flies to Israel amid concerns of widening regional conflict

If the e-mail is a fake, which I don't believe it is, it's a very, very convincing fake e-mail.

Deny, deny, deny! The email is plausible. What's not "fake" is the National Guard's domestic mission and the precedent that Guardsmen were deployed to fight in Afghanistan.
