Over 100 killed as US, Turkish proxies fight in Syria

"...More than 100 militants have been killed over the last two days in northern Syria in fighting between Turkish-backed groups and US-backed Kurdish forces, a London-based war monitor says.

Since Friday evening, clashes in several villages around the city of Manbij have left 101 dead, the so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

The fatalities included 85 members of pro-Turkish groups and 16 from SDF militants, it added..."

Israeli aircraft launch intense strikes on Syria, amid ground advance

"...Israeli occupation forces advanced into towns in Syria's Quneitra countryside and the Daraa governorate, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported.

The overnight advance coincided with intense aerial aggression that targeted areas in Daraa, al-Suweida, Quneitra, and Damascus' countryside.

Israeli drones were also spotted over the Quneitra province, our correspondent added.

Sources told Al Mayadeen that Israeli warplanes bombed the al-Kiswah area and flew over Damascus after. Our correspondent also reported that at least six loud explosions were heard in the Suweida countryside..."

Scores killed as opposition forces fight HTS militants in Syria

"...More than 70 people have reportedly been killed and dozens wounded in Syria due to heavy fighting between the ruling Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) militants and armed opposition groups in the west of the country.

The so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said in a post on X on Friday that the casualties were recorded on the Syrian coast after HTS militants were ambushed.

In the coastal town of Jableh and adjacent villages in Latakia Governorate, 48 people were killed in fighting, the Britain-based war monitor said. 

The SOHR said the coordinated attacks were the biggest against Syria's new rulers since President Bashar al-Assad was toppled in early December last year..."

Houthi calls Takfiris in Syria tools of foreign powers amid 'genocide', warns of consequences

"...The leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah resistance movement strongly condemns the recent deadly violence in the western coastal region of Syria as an object lesson for Arab and Muslim nations as well as a looming threat to the perpetrators of such crimes and their patrons.

Abdul-Malik al-Houthi made the remarks in a televised speech broadcast from the Yemeni capital, Sana'a, late on Sunday, on the ninth night of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

He warned that the consequences of the atrocities will be severe for the Takfiris themselves as well as their sponsors who think they are secure under the protection of the United States and certain European countries.

The Ansarullah chief described the criminal acts being committed by Takfiri groups in Syria as "fairly horrifying", stressing they must be denounced by anyone. He urged all those who still have a conscience to strive to stop such crimes.

Houthi emphasized that Takfiri militants are perpetrating genocidal crimes against defenseless Syrian civilians, stating the acts of violence recorded in videos and circulated on social media platforms expose their savagery and criminality..."

Minister: Israeli troops to stay in Syrian territory indefinitely

"...The Israeli minister of military affairs says the regime's troops, who seized a "buffer zone" inside the strategic occupied Golan Heights after the fall of Bashar al-Assad, will stay there indefinitely.
