Roy Baumeister is one of those “social psychologists,” that is an armchair theorist who opines loudly on such topic as “evil” and “freewill” and “ego depletion” and rakes in the public money for doing nothing at all. The most famous social psychologist of all was that Milgram fellow with his stage managed “just following orders sir” experiment meant to prove Nazis bad. And they say this bromide spouting Baumeister is one of the most “cited and influential” social psychologists in the world but he can’t be all that famous if you and I never heard of him. But like his cohorts and ilk he’ll try to reconstruct society and reconstruct the human soul and they’ll rearrange us until we’re “sane” and certainly until we believe that all the races of the world considered in their entirety amount to one big happy family. He works his racket on our dime and publishes in the house rag Psychology Today. And he’s crawled to the top of the heap in the pecking order where they name check each other within the hermetically confines of a sealed echo chamber; and now he’s sticking his head out and he’s going to intimidate the academic world into giving Meshawn and Deshawn straight As—otherwise he’ll brand a scarlet R for racism on their face. Try and get tenure then, eh?
“One of the world's most influential social psychologists (Roy Baumeister) called for an equity audit of all professors in universities in order to ensure that grades were distributed evenly among racial groups in any given course in an article published in Psychology Today (Fighting Systemic Racism On Campus: Managing Professors Who Give Black Students Lower Grades).”
Managing is their buzzword; it means both coordinating and corralling the troops into line on the anti-racist line; now in the first instance our modern universities are not known as hothouses of xenophobic thinking but this guy wants to put his foot to on the gas and make sure whatever stray dissenters out there are crushed and destroyed. If this guy is not a Jew to begin with he’s the next most heinous thing: a shabby shabbos goy.
“I say this not only to address this social problem of justice but also to alert my many friends in academia to get ahead of the curve on this, he said on May 10 2023. He argued colleges can use an objective measure to detect racism by comparing grades of Blacks and Whites which would determine if a professor has routinely given higher grades to White students than Black students.”
That sound an awful lot like a threat. You don’t want to get behind the anti-racist curve do you? You don’t want the big wave of the anti-White future to steamroll you, right? Better to get that head screwed on right, better to parrot the phrases, and give real evidence of unadorned ideological conviction. Be the first one in your group to abjure your White privilege, when the blacks occupy the Deans’ office give a spirited defense of their bid for restorative justice, when it’s time to shine the black man’s shoes on the quadrangle where they took down the statue of the school’s White and racist founder put your back in to it and a bit of spit and polish and make them clean as a whistle. That’s where the gravy train is, that’s where the spoils and the patronage is, that’s which way the wind is blowing. So don’t be a spoilsport and talk about an antiquated and antediluvian notion such as merit; just give Jamal that A and a great future is on the cards for you.
“Structural racism is often invisible so one cannot be sure how and when it operates. It is inferred from results. So why not focus on the most important results, namely, grading disparities? Dr. Baumeister said. Such information would be a powerful tool in the battle against racism in universities. Make sure your current grading practices are consistent with prevailing social justice expectations at your institution. Once a university algorithm labels you a racist, it will be difficult to shed that label, Baumeister wrote.”
No one wants to get on the wrong side of a Jewish algorithm. Let’s review: when nature handed out smarts the black were sleeping off the previous night’s crack bender. To say they got the short end of the stick in terms of intelligence is to say too little. Nearly universally they are dumber than sacks of burnt hair. So on any academic level playing field it’s a sure thing they will sink like a stone. So any honest professor will mark them down because the blacks can be counted on like clockwork to fail miserably. This honesty will be their only evidence of racism and it will be more than enough. For their trouble in trying to retain at least a last vestige of decency and probity they’ll be hauled up on charges in front of the student tribunal. You know the one, it’s led by Latwonda and she slams that gavel the minute she sees you and announces: guilty of being White! Case closed sucka! Who’s next?
“Baumeister argued grade disparities between black students and their peers could be the result of racial bias on the part of professors; with that, should grading data be made public, black students may avoid professors who give lower grades to minorities and scholars may be labeled racists. Baumeister also argued the information showing systemic racism should be publicized and would, in effect, shame professors into becoming anti-racist.”
They’ll put you in the stocks and let the gibbering spooks toss eggs at you; they’ll place a dunce cap on your head and make you sit in the corner to mull over how discourteous you were to the negros; they’ll give you a lot more than that famous two minutes of hate, it will be a struggle session where they’ll plaster your face all over the place with the words Most Wanted attached. The White race is the cancer of history and cancer need to be cut out. They’ll make you a laughing stock and a bogey man, an enemy of the black people, and you won’t be able to show your self anywhere ever again amidst the sordid groves of academe. This will go down on your permanent record.
“The anti-racist bureaucracy may pounce, he said about the data that would be uncovered. It would also help Black students avoid racist professors. If you are a racist professor reading this, I have no sympathy for you he wrote. I hope the coming round of publicity will expose you and shame you into reforming your practices to stop oppressing innocent young people.”
What a simpleton and dolt this guy is. Can he really believe this rot, this anti-racist cant? Who knows I guess, the old adage is you have to have a lot of education to be this stupid. Perhaps he just wants to get out and lead the parade of horribles as an opportunist. Or maybe he’s deep dyed with the kool aid and somewhere along the way something snapped in his integrity and he swallowed the lot of it hook line and sinking. But either way he is positioning himself to be a big nabob and pooh-bah in the ever increasingly remunerative field of grievance and gripes; he’s an anti-racist---and he’s going to police the faculty lounge to make sure you’re one too.

If we believe in systemic racism, we must do what we can to enable young African-American students to make their way through this hostile environment. Supremely valuable to them would be information about how to avoid the worst traps and pitfalls, such as apparently racist professors who may mark them down based simply on their race.
DeAndre don’t know about no social-ma-psychology but this sounds sweet. He’s got Big Whitey by the tail and he aint no tiger. This classroom tar monster is an affirmative action Jackson, he has no business being on the campus lawn, but that aint no matter. They got a big black dictionary now from Ox-a-ma-Ford and it exalts his nasty patois and there isn’t a professor in the place going to give him less than that A double plus. It’s scholarly reparations, he going to come out with a ma-degree in Afro Awesome Studies, and he be just like that Cicero fellow in a robe and all. He don’t know why they don’t call it old Nat Turner U yet but that time will come. If not there’ll be hell to pay.

Baumeister himself said there are numerous ways systemic racism shows up in classrooms, some which may be more subtle. For example, it could be course content and microaggressions during lectures. I can imagine that there are some hidden powerful forces seeking to conceal ongoing racist practices within many universities even while other parts of the same institutions strive to advance equality and social justice.
Sure, deep in the bowels of the modern university where they have lost their collective minds falling all over themselves to placate the African savages’ least little whim they got the Klan in the academy; it’s hidden but it’s there---yeah boy. They’d don the white hoods if they could but they can’t so they don’t. But in the inner man in the secret recesses they have the hood on their heart. They spout the politically correct party line of the reigning philosophy of White man evil, but in covert places where no one ever knows about they conspire to keep the black man down. What fantasies cloud the mind of his already clouded soul. This Baumiester he’s the most cited man of all; people watch him like the lead dog and he’s saying that in the future the black man will be a gentleman and a scholar or all the cretins in the world will want to know why. The black man has that laurel wreath now, he’s got the shiny tassel and it’s nothing but summa –ma –cum laude for him. It’s where the bureaucracy is heading.

Millions of Whites have some racial instincts left, and understand in their bones if not in their heads what Mr. Mercer has puts it across here. Yet so many want to sit by and watch it all unfold as though it were some horror flick that will end when the lights are turned on and the rest of the audience files out of the theater and into the parking lot. Or else it is seen as that horrific reality that can be evaded by being quiet. Well, the 'worse is better' folks are getting their wishes, hopefully a too big to ignore event will create some chaos that upends what's left of the comfortable life that was in our past.
