3rd World Countries Are The Unhealthiest

The Jewish controlled media likes to portray Americans as unhealthy degenerates who engage in substance abuse and sexual perversion, but they are lying: 3rd world countries actually have higher rates of substance abuse and sexual perversion than Americans.

For example, the USA actually ranks number 5 out of 187 countries in the United Nations Health Index:

In another example, the leading cause of cancer is smoking, and Eastern European countries like Greece have the highest smoking rates in the world with 42.65% of its population smoking, Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian countries rank 2nd, while the USA has one of the lowest smoking rates at only 17.25% of the population smoking.

Cancer can also be caused by alcoholism. African and Middle Eastern countries like Tunisia actually have the highest alcohol consumption rates, with Tunisia having an average consumption of 36.6 liters per year per person of pure alcohol, while in the USA, average alcohol consumption is only 13.7 liters per year per person of pure alcohol.

Another leading cause of cancer are processed red meats like canned red meat, bacon, hotdogs, and sausages, because they contain a preservative called sodium nitrite. Sodium nitrite forms into cancer causing nitrosamines in the digestive system but this can be prevented by taking anti-oxidants like Vitamin C and Magnesium after eating the processed red meat.

Dietary sources of nitrosamines include cured meats preserved with sodium nitrite as well as the dried salted fish eaten in Japan. In the 1920s, a significant change in US meat curing practices resulted in a 69% decrease in average nitrite content. This event preceded the beginning of a dramatic decline in gastric cancer mortality. Around 1970, it was found that ascorbic acid (vitamin C), an antioxidant, inhibits nitrosamine formation. Consequently, the addition of at least 550 ppm of ascorbic acid is required in meats manufactured in the United States. Manufacturers sometimes instead use erythorbic acid, a cheaper but equally effective isomer of ascorbic acid. Additionally, manufacturers may include α-tocopherol (vitamin E) to further inhibit nitrosamine production. α-Tocopherol, ascorbic acid, and erythorbic acid all inhibit nitrosamine production by their oxidation-reduction properties. Ascorbic acid, for example, forms dehydroascorbic acid when oxidized, which when in the presence of nitrosonium, a potent nitrosating agent formed from sodium nitrite, reduces the nitrosonium into nitric oxide.
If you read the excerpt above, only the US changed its meat curing practices in the 1920s to reduce sodium nitrite content by 69% such as removing the air from the interior of the can or plastic packaging and replacing it with water or nitrogen to eliminate exposure to oxygen which causes the meat to degrade because of oxidation. Starting in 1970, the US also made it mandatory to add anti-oxidants like Vitamin C or Magnesium to processed red meat to inhibit the formation of nitrosamines without having to take vitamin supplements after eating the processed red meat.

Note that other countries like Japan where dried salted fish using the sodium nitrite preservative and other preserved meats are still commonly eaten, have not adopted the innovations used by the USA. This is why Japan and South Korea have the highest rates of stomach, colon, and colorectal cancer.

The USA has also started to restrict the use of anti-androgens like Bisphenol-A that can lower testosterone and thus intelligence in 2012. Other countries still make completely unregulated use of Bisphenol-A in their products.

The USA has also introduced gluten free grains because gluten can slow down metabolism by increasing prolactin and lowering testosterone and dopamine levels, which would in turn cause diabetes. For example, an American company called General Mills introduced gluten free cereal.

The US FDA has also banned the use of partially hydrogenated oil which contains trans fats in 2015, because trans fats can elevate LDL-cholesterol which can cause atheroscelrosis, leading to cardiovascular disease. Other countries in the article below have only set limits on the use of partially hydrogenated oil while the USA has banned it completely.

The highest rates of caffeine consumption are in Africa and Eastern Europe. Kenya has the highest rate of tea consumption and Greece has the highest rate of coffee consumption according to this survey by the National Institute of Health. The most commonly consumed beverage in the USA are non-cola sodas which are now mostly decaffeinated. Decaffeinated sodas were introduced and popularized in the USA because caffeine can elevate cortisol and lower testosterone, and it is also a diuretic: a substance that causes excess urine production and urination, which results in dehydration and electrolyte depletion.

The countries with the highest rates of sexual perversions and STDs are African countries like Eswatini where 27.2% of the population has HIV/AIDS, while the rates of sexual perversions and STDs in the USA are only 0.3% each.

Because of all of these improvements in health habits, the average lifespan in the USA is 79 years, while African countries like Sierra Leone have an average lifespan of only 49 years.
