I have noticed a lot or problems with large organizations, even the national alliance failed when the big tent approach was tried.

A “big tent” approach was tried, and the sections of the Membership Handbook listing Christianity as an opposed ideology were gutted. The qualities that had set the National Alliance apart from other pro-White groups—its spiritual basis, its high standards, its uncompromising ideology—were discarded. The Alliance was converted into just another competing “White rights” organization, something for which there was essentially no need or demand. The quality of Alliance publications began to suffer, as less competent staff were hired. As time passed, the radio program, print publications, and Web publications ceased. Membership and supporter numbers—and quality—plummeted.

Another problem i am sure Will Williams has noticed it that an organisation that does a good job will get a lot of enemies, they will try to destroy it with mudslinging, infiltration, legal action, violence, etc. In the future a leaderless resistance might be the only viable alternative http://www.louisbeam.com/leaderless.htm i prefer to write decentralized resistance since their will be a lot of different leaders if the movement isn't united.

You pay a high price for working openly for our race, it is a lot safer to remain anonymous and working in secret. I was recently contacted by a person claiming to be recruiting for a secret organisation that in turn controlled several activist organisation(none of them did much good), i am not sure if these claims where true but i understood that we need effective propaganda and that we cant just run and hide.

Only a fraction of the people that the alliance reaches will actually apply for membership, a lot of people will choice to do their own thing. The system might succeed in crushing the new national alliance but it can't crush their ideas.

My opinion on this is that individuals don't do much good on their own. It really takes an organization.

A good example is that of the Fasces. A single rod is weak and easily broken. Many rods bound together are unbreakable. If you add an axe to the bundle as a the sharpened head, you are undefeatable.

We have to get beyond the individualistic impulse and strive to work together for the common good of the Race. Only then will we see good results.

The point of what you quote from natall.com is that our Alliance has reverted back to Dr. Pierce's sound Alliance ideology and program, jettisoning the compromised version that took over for a decade or so after his death.

Our people outnumber the Jew 30:1 so why should we hide from him while saying the vital message our kinsmen must hear? That's the definition of moral cowardice.

In some situation "cowardice" and "running and hiding" is the right thing to do, in other situations bravery is needed. In many situations hardly nothing is gained from working openly for our race, in other situations(leading a party) it is unavoidable. I plan to start up a business in the future and i do not want to be sent to jail or getting problems with my business because of my racial views but for me the future for our race is more important than me and my family.

I rarely use my real name but i am still not completely anonymous, i was outed(not completely only picture of me) be a person that liked an organisations i have been very critical of(the Nordic resistance movement). I did not even create a new alias after i was outed(it was this year), in the future i would like to start up a new Swedish party that will have the same goals as national alliance(or at least very similar).

In Sweden you can be sent to jail for saying/writing something illegal, we do not have much freedom of speech here, this is the reason i no longer use my real name online.

Our Alliance and its leaders face legal actions now for crimes not committed and with civil suits meant to bankrupt us. Without attorneys we cannot effectively defend, much less mount a legal offense. Good attorneys are expensive.

I remember years ago a leader remarked to a supporter who was withholding financial support until a legal action by his enemies was settled. He told the fellow, "So, you want to make sure we can swim before you throw us a life preserver?" His point being: once drowned, who needs a life preserver?
