“Whites are disgusting” lecturer sacked

The University of Johannesburg (UJ) says it has dismissed one of its lecturers who allegedly published racist statements on her Twitter profile.

This is according to the trade union Solidarity who earlier demanded that disciplinary action be taken against the lecturer.

The lecturer was suspended temporarily by the university in June, pending a disciplinary hearing. However, the university’s Department of Human Resources confirmed to Solidarity that the disciplinary hearing has been finalised and that the lecturer has been dismissed.

Johan Botha, head of the professional industry at Solidarity, believes the lecturer’s statements had been a direct attack on white people.

“It is unacceptable for a person in her position to display such racist behaviour in public. We are of the opinion that her actions are in contravention to the culture and principles of the university and that it fuelled unnecessary race discord, ” Botha said.

Solidarity had earlier reported that the lecturer made ‘snide’ and ‘destructive comments’ for a considerable period of time, especially towards white people, using her personal Twitter profile.

“No Land for Whites in Zimbabwe” Says Mugabe—But No Condemnation for this Racism

Whites will never be allowed to own land in Zimbabwe, that country’s president Robert Mugabe has announced, adding that the few remaining white farmers still there “must go.”

Mugabe’s latest racist anti-white outburst has of course been met with complete silence by the liberals in the west, who always lose no opportunity to crow about so-called “white racism” at every opportunity.

Image

Speaking at the launch of Zimbabwe’s “A1 settlement permit” scheme, which supposedly ensures that farmers have security of tenure, Mugabe said that “Zimbabwe was no country for whites as far as land was concerned.”

The A1 permits allow new farmers to access agricultural funding from financial institutions—but of course, whites are excluded.

A Zimbabwe Mail report quoted Mugabe as saying whites in Zimbabwe could only be allowed to own companies, industries and apartments.

According to other local news “Mugabe’s latest pronouncements are likely to send jitters across the agricultural sector and concern the remaining white commercial farmers, some of whom have argued that they never benefitted from colonialism.”

Mugabe and his Zanu-PF party launched the land reforms in 2000, taking over white-owned farms to resettle landless blacks.

At the time, Mugabe said the reforms were meant to correct colonial land ownership imbalances.

At least 4,000 white commercial farmers were evicted from their farms.

Image

A satellite image from 2002 shows the extent of the then still ongoing “land redistribution” in Zimbabwe. The farms already seized and under black control can be clearly seen by their desolate brown borders. All of the black-run farms have collapsed and Zimbabwe has become a food importer.

The land seizures were often violent, claiming the lives of several white farmers during clashes with criminal mobs, some of whom pretended to be “veterans” from the Rhodesian bush war, but who in reality were far too young to have partaken in the 1972–1979 conflict.

The seized farms were almost instantly turned into trash heaps and food production collapsed, forcing the formerly prosperous and food-exporting white-ruled state into beggar nation status, relying completely on foreign aid just to feed itself.

At least 2.2 million Zimbabweans depend on foreign food aid just to survive, and, according to a recent report, it has “been like this for more than a decade.

“Before the turn of the century, Zimbabwe, with its fertile farmland, was the breadbasket of southern Africa, exporting wheat and corn to the rest of the continent and beyond. But the agriculture second nose-dived in the early 2000s, a development which critics attribute to President Robert Mugabe’s land reform program which targeted white farmers.

“But Zimbabwe is still a net importer of food. With unemployment hovering at around 80 percent, many people can’t afford to buy food.”

Suspect held after farmer locked in safe with dead wife
Posted by admin

Police are questioning a farmworker on Sunday after a Thabazimbi game farmer was robbed and locked in a safe with his dead wife and a guest.

Police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Ronel Otto said that, because of poor reception in the remote area where the couple lived, some details of the murder, which took place on Friday night but was only discovered on Saturday, have been clarified.

Magrieta Petronella Res and her husband Bruno were welcoming a guest at their Matlopi farm in a remote part of the Limpopo bushveld when two people overpowered them.

They demanded the keys to the walk-in safe and locked the three inside, but not before shooting Res in her head and her husband in the arm.

Otto said the safe had no ventilation and Bruno Res bled profusely from the wound to his arm.

He and their guest had to spend until noon on Saturday inside the safe with Magrieta’s body until they were freed by visitors who heard them crying out for help.

Bruno Res was taken to a hospital for treatment. Their friend was not injured.

Forensic specialists and trackers with dogs worked the scene and arrested a farmworker who worked on a different farm for being in possession of ammunition.

Police also believe that, based on tracks, four people may have been involved in the robbery and murder.

Five firearms including hunting rifles, a 9mm pistol and a shotgun were stolen.

Three men driving in a charcoal Suzuki are believed to be behind the attack, she said.

“Two [of the] suspects jumped over the graveyard fence using a mini step ladder and started to shoot at the victim,” Crafford said.

The victim, who had been driving a silver Lexus, died at the scene. He had not been robbed.

Evicted residents set Jeppestown building on fire

September 29, 2015

Residents of a building in Jeppestown, central Johannesburg, have allegedly set a building alight after being forcefully evicted by the Red Ants, the city’s Emergency Management Services said on Tuesday.
Spokesperson Robert Mulaudzi said there were unconfirmed reports that the residents had set the building on fire.
Firefighters were still on the scene extinguishing the fire, which began around 11:00.

No injuries were reported. The evicted residents were standing outside the building, Mulaudzi said.
Police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Lungelo Dlamini said he was not aware of any case of arson having been opened with the police.

Johannesburg - Residents of Annadale Street in Sophiatown were shocked and angry after an elderly couple were attacked in their home, with the husband being stabbed to death in his bed early Wednesday morning.

The man and woman, Gieppie and Ailene Britz, were choked, and Gieppie was stabbed to death after two men gained entry into their backyard cottage through a slightly open window, said police spokesman Warrant Officer Thomas de Bruyn.

“They forced the window open and got into the cottage. They stabbed the old man twice and choked him. They choked the woman as well, but she was okay,” De Bruyn said.

The robbers stole jewellery, a TV and a DVD player, he said.

“The elderly man died on the scene and the woman was taken to hospital for treatment,” De Bruyn said.

The attack comes just hours after Police Minister Nathi Nhleko released crime statistics that paint a grim picture for Gauteng.

Residents described Wednesday morning’s attack as “senseless and unnecessary”.

“Why do people do this? They have no conscience,” said one resident who did not want to be named.

Another resident, who also wanted to remain anonymous, said: “This was all just too much. It’s mad. I worry that justice will not be served. They can’t get away with this.”

De Bruyn said a case of murder and house robbery had been opened while the chairman of the neighbourhood watch, Dauw Steyn, said this was the third incident in the area this month.

“At the beginning of this month, an elderly couple were robbed in their home but they were unharmed.

“About two weeks ago, a man was stabbed to death in the street,” Steyn said.

He said crime in the area had dropped since the neighbourhood watch had been established, but it could not stop all criminal activity.

“We do what we can and, in many cases, we’re called to the scene and have been very successful, but it’s important for the police to play their part too,” Steyn said.

Australian Stop White Genocide in South Africa protest heckled by uncaring Whites

by Steve Goode • October 11, 2015

Image

On October the 10th, protesters gathered outside the town hall in Sydney, Australia. The “Party for Freedom in Sydney” organized the protest to speak out against the extremely brutal mass murders in South Africa of which White people are specifically a target of.

“It is not a matter that is talked about often. It is never seen in the news. It isn’t discussed around the water-cooler.” wrote sydneytrads.com, which first reported on the protest.

“The murder of Whites in South Africa has a particularly savage element to it, above and beyond the merely criminal. It reeks of malice and racially motivated violence.”

“Some of the stories are truly horrific: a family brutally clubbed to death – save for the twelve year old son who was thrown into a scalding bath bound and gagged, whist the family dog was disemboweled.”

“A whole family cut up with an axe; a mother and daughter are raped and tortured seemingly for kicks; a man is stabbed 150 times and his wife and child shot at close range and other reports include the pouring of boiling water down the throats of an elderly couple and farmers being dragged behind vehicles. These are not mere acts of violence incidental to theft or other criminal activity.”

One eyewitness said “most of the people who yelled at us today were women, and all of them were White. I really don’t understand what they’re going on about. Why should the mass murder of Whites, many of whom are women and children, not be a cause for concern? That’s what we’re protesting about!”

Another person asked “do these people think we should be ignoring something that would be a cause of large scale public denunciations if it were perpetrated against, say, indigenous Australians? So it’s OK to treat Whites this way? Is that what I’m supposed to take from the abuse we got?”

Things are so bad in South Africa that one politician who was campaigning for presidency had to promise that there would “never be a white genocide” under his rule, after he was caught singing about shooting White people.

This is precisely why we all must stand united against White Genocide, not just in South Africa, but the one that’s taking place globally.

There is often some confusion to what we mean by this, let me explain. This global White genocide is not being carried out through mass murder – it is being carried out through political policies.

Firstly, majority White countries were all at the same time opened up to massive scale non-White immigration. Secondly “diversity” laws were put in place which are specifically meant to get more non-White people into White areas.

Both of these policies were put in place because there is a collective intent to get rid of White people, or at the very least, get rid of the White majority. This is White Genocide.

Internet censorship bill for South Africa has been approved by cabinet

Cabinet has approved the submission of the films and publications amendment bill which is guided by policy that has been criticised for seeking to curb internet freedoms.

By News24 Wire - August 17, 2015

Image

Cabinet has approved the submission of the films and publications amendment bill which is guided by policy that has been criticised for seeking to curb internet freedoms.

A cabinet statement released last week said the bill seeks to amend the films and publications act of 1996 by adapting it to technological advances.

These changes include catering for online and social media platforms “in order to protect children from being exposed to disturbing and harmful media content in all platforms (physical and online)”.

A draft policy drawn up by content classification body the Film and Publication Board (FPB) is expected to inform the bill.

Topics covered in the draft policy are preventing children from viewing, for example, pornography online. Hate speech and racist content have also been covered by the draft online policy.

“The bill strengthens the duties imposed on mobile networks and internet service providers to protect the public and children during usage of their services,” read a cabinet statement last week.

“The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) will not issue licences or renewals without confirmation from the Film and Publication Board of full compliance with its legislation,” the statement added.

The FPB was not available for comment on what exactly is contained in the amendment bill.

Spokesperson for the FPB, Janine Raftopoulos, told Fin24 that the board is “still going through all the many submissions” regarding the online regulation policy.

“Once we go through those, then only will be able to put forward that bill to the parliamentary portfolio committee and then on to the minister (Faith Muthambi),” Raftopoulos told Fin24.

Gavin Davis, the Democratic Alliance (DA) shadow minister for communications, also told Fin24 that the amendment bill has yet to be gazetted and that the communications portfolio committee would still need to “deliberate on it and amend it” before it is signed into law.

Concerns over bill

But while the bill is intended to protect children from harmful online content, concerns have been raised over the broad terms of the draft policy.

For example, the Film and Publications Board has said it wanted all internet material to be classified in South Africa, according to a government gazette released in March 2015 which outlined contents of the proposed online regulation policy.

“All online material will need to be classified, in much the same way as films are currently classified. Online pornographic material will be classified as such,” Davis told Fin24.

“The policy appears to apply to any person who uploads online content, be it via Facebook, Instagram, a blog, or any other online platform. This opens the door for the state to impinge on citizens’ constitutional right to freedom of expression and to impart information,” Davis explained.

Davis further said that if the bill is “based on the draft online regulation policy released earlier this year, it will certainly impact on freedom of expression”.

“According to clause 7.4 of the policy, the Film and Publications Board has the power to have any content deemed ‘potentially harmful and disturbing to children’ taken down.

“When read with the Film and Publications Act, the policy will empower the board to ban – by way of an ‘XX’ classification – any online content that is ‘degrading’ or ‘promotes harmful behaviour’.

“The broadness of these terms gives the government significant latitude to proscribe content that does not fit in with the governing party’s political agenda and worldview,” said Davis.

Press exempt

Previously, the policy’s reach was also expected to impact on online publishers by forcing them to apply to the board to have their content classified.

However, Fin24 reported last month that a key compromise was made in this regard as members of the Press Council are exempt from the policy.

This means that members of the Press Council will have their online content governed by the Press Code and not the online regulation policy.

“We’ve had positive confirmation from the Film and Publications Board CEO that the current exemption that applies to the press will be extended to general press content irrespective of the medium in which it is published,” Andrew Allison, head of the Regulatory Affairs for the IAB, told Fin24 last month.

Apart from public consultations possibly changing the board’s contents in the online regulation policy, final amendments to the policy can still be made in Parliament.

“Yes, the bill has not yet come before Parliament so there will be opportunity to amend it,” Davis told Fin24.

“Now it needs to come to Parliament before the communications portfolio committee. We will deliberate on it, and amend where necessary before it is passed in the national assembly and then signed into law by the president,” Davis said.

British doctor with links to Robert Mugabe 'seizes white farm'

It is claimed Dr Sylvester Nyatsuro, who was born in Zimbabwe but now runs a clinic in Nottinghamshire, hired gang to invade Phillip Rankin's tobacco farm after claiming Robert Mugabe’s government had granted him ownership.

By Peta Thornycroft, Zimbabwe9:37PM BST 13 Oct 2015

A British GP from Nottinghamshire with family connections to Zimbabwe’s first lady Grace Mugabe has allegedly seized a white-owned tobacco farm near Harare.
It is claimed that Dr Sylvester Nyatsuro, 45, who was born in Zimbabwe but now runs a slimming clinic in Willows Medical Centre in Carlton, hired a gang to invade Phillip Rankin's tobacco farm last Friday after claiming Robert Mugabe’s government had granted him ownership of the property.
"Dr Nyatsuro and his wife visited me last month and told me that the government has offered him my farm," Mr Rankin, 57, told the Telegraph. "I don't know if the documentation he showed me was genuine but I told him I was not going to be forced out by a British citizen."
"They are trying to make us leave the house. If we do that I will be finished, I would never be able to get back on the land, and the police will not come and help us."
A senior political source in Harare who asked not to be named said the land had probably been taken for “resettlement” to Dr Nyatsuro because of his "family connection" with Mrs Mugabe, who is now carving out a political career for herself within her husband’s ruling Zanu PF party.

Image
Dr Nyatsuro has a 'family connection' with Grace Mugabe, pictured

Hendrik Olivier, the director of the Commercial Farmers' Union, an organisation which represents mainly the white farming community in Harare, says Mr Rankin is now a ‘hostage’ on his farm as he cannot leave his homestead.
"Mr Rankin is under siege. He is a hostage. The situation is not good as the police will not give him any help,” he said.
Even if he does not lose his farm, Mr Rankin fears the harassment will cause his crop to be ruined, costing him up to £240,000 in lost revenue. He has planted 110 acres of tobacco for the current summer season and needs to water it this week as it is exceptionally hot in Zimbabwe.
"I irrigated last week and I need to do so again now but I can't go outside and turn the water on as the crowd is there and that would be the end as they would then move in and take over my house. They want me to make this mistake."
Mr Rankin bought his 2,000-acre farm, Kingston, 32 years ago and received a certificate of no 'present' interest from Mr Mugabe's new government.
After invasions of white-owned land began in 2000 ago he said he handed a third of his land to the government for resettlement on the "understanding” that he could continue to farm, but had suffered multiple attempted invasions of his farm since.
The current seizure of his farm was “by far the most serious," he said.
Neither Dr Nyatsuro nor Mrs Mugabe responded to request for comment.
Zimbabwe has been unable to feed itself since 17 million acres was seized from about 3000 white farmers from 2000. They ran about 500 farms and employed more than a million workers.
