Fair Use Laws

Are there any legal minds here that know the ins and outs of Fair Use Laws. I'm gearing up to do more posting and start a vblog and would like to include helpful media--video, audio, graphics, and such. I would prefer to do so without breaking any laws and making a target of myself. Any input would be helpful. Specifically, I'm looking using a clip from the movie WarGames for one of the first posts on my vblog. Thanks.
