INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE INVESTIGATING POSTING OF HATE STICKERS IN DOWNTOWN BUSINESS DISTRICT

INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE INVESTIGATING POSTING OF HATE STICKERS IN DOWNTOWN BUSINESS DISTRICT

Indiana borough police are investigating the defacement of borough property by someone placing stickers of a recognized hate group on different locations.

Police say that earlier today, they were made aware of several unauthorized stickers and flyers that had been placed in various locations within the Downtown Indiana business district. Several of the stickers were fixed to poles, cans and benches with an unknown adhesive, and 13 of the items were connected to the group Patriot Front.

Indiana Borough Police will not tolerate any incident of hate and they will actively investigate and prosecute all offenders. In their statement, Police say that Indiana Borough has been recognized as a welcoming community and the police are committed to ensuring the peace, safety and comfort of all its citizens.

Police are asking downtown businesses to locate surveillance footage that may have captured any of the defacement incidents. Charges are expected to range from littering to ethnic intimidation depending on the motive.
They aren't just the Borough police, they're the Thought Police!

Ensuring the peace, safety, and comfort of all its citizens? Does "all" include providing some comfort for Whites who want to exercise free speech? It's hot this time of year, and activists might need a cool, air conditioned place and a cold beverage to drink after a long day of leafletting. That would be a good job for the Comfort Police. 8-)

Governor Cuomo sending task force to investigate possible hate statement stickers in Troy

by WRGB STAFFMonday, July 8th 2019

TROY, NY (WRGB) A statement of hate in Troy and the city is taking action.

Stickers have been turning up on light poles and other places in Troy such as one on Third Street, saying that “white people are being disrespected" and must “strike back."

The mayor's office says others popped up earlier and were taken down. The signs indicate they come from the group called Hundred Handers, a white supremacist group.

Governor Cuomo has also announced a task force to work with Troy Police to investigate.

"I am directing the State Police Hate Crimes Task Force to assist local authorities in their investigation to ensure those responsible are found and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. These acts are not just disgusting - they are illegal, and we will never allow hate and discrimination to divide us in New York," said Governor Cuomo.
Sending the state police to investigate......stickers? What will Governor Cuomo do if he catches whoever exercised some free speech? Stick the poor guy in a field and rain artillery shells on him? Overkill investigation to be followed by overkill punishment seems to be the Governor's modus operandi towards Whites with a pro-White message.

You will notice that he said it is illegal, I had heard that they had passed European style hate speech laws in NY. I guess this confirms it. I want to see what the supreme Court has to say about the new laws.

Eureka Police Department and FBI Identified 16-Year Old Teenager Responsible for Posting Hate Propaganda Flyers
July 11, 2019

EUREKA (KIEM) – EPD identified a 16-year old male who is believed to have posted the hate propaganda flyers. EPD says, they were able to identify the suspect with the help of his family.

On Wednesday afternoon, a gun emblazoned flyer was posted at Henderson Center.

“It’s a potential hazard to our community and any community for that matter,” said a resident who did not what to be identified.

The post caught the attention of social media, and the picture had been shared over 400 times. The flyer featured an assault rifle, attempting to recruit white youth.

“Their intent is to harm people,” says a resident. “Nothing can come of them reaching their goal without an act of violence against somebody else.”

EPD and a special agent with the FBI interviewed the teenager. A second interview was also conducted with an 18-year old friend who was visiting the juvenile from out of state.

In 2017, the FBI reported that hate crimes had increased by 17% in the United States and 5000 of those incidents reported were categorized as crimes against another person.

“I don’t want to see this so close to home,” said a resident.

The juvenile admitted to placing the propaganda flyer in Henderson Center. According police, the youth says his personal involvement with group was through the Internet and social media. The youth claimed he did not agree with all of the organization’s ideologies.

But one business in Henderson Center tells Redwood News they were shocked to hear something like this because this isn’t something that commonly happens.

They say will be more aware about the flyers that will be posted outside their store windows.

No criminal charges or arrests have been made.

EPD says, because the individual is a minor they are working with family to refer him to appropriate community services and anti-bias intervention resources.

The case is still an ongoing investigation.
"Anti-bias intervention resources?" Sounds like the kid is going to a Re-education camp.

Racist flyers in Hanover prompt PHRC ‘No Hate In Our State’ town hall meeting
Posted 10:50 PM, July 11, 2019, by Jossie Carbonare

YORK COUNTY, Pa. -- Pennsylvania’s Human Relations Commission is fighting back against racism in Hanover in a “No Hate In Our State" town hall.

This comes after racist flyers about Hanover’s first African American mayor, Myneka Ojo were spread around the community in March, calling her a "shameless anti-white bigot.”

"Yes I am African American and that is fine and we knew there would be some resistance to it, but it should never take place and it should never distract me from serving this community as mayor," said Myneka Ojo, Hanover Borough Mayor.

“Do you hate people that look like someone that may have see the flyer? No, you love them even more," she added.

Ojo is one of the Grandview five who was asked to leave a public golf course last year.

“As an African American woman, as your first African American mayor I experience discrimination all the time," said Ojo. “We all have a right to be here and we all have a right to experience life and have a good quality of life," she added.

Chad Dion Lassiter with the PHRC says he hopes the discussion results in more diversity and inclusion.

“This mayor should not be targeted and we would be here also if she was a white female mayor receiving hate circulation from people as well," said Chad Dion Lassiter, Executive Director, Pennsylvania’s Human Relations Commission.

“Talking is the first foundational step into really addressing the elephants in the room," he added.

However, this isn’t the first time York County has dealt with issues surrouding racism.

In August of 2018 — KKK flyers were found on cars in a movie theater parking lot in West Manchester Township.

In July of 2018 —a man was shot and killed in Hellam Township after defending a friend from racial slurs.

"We’re still a work in progress here in York," said Mike Hodge, Hanover resident.

“Hanover is set in their own ways and I don’t know what we can change than to fight this off," added Ray Millhimes, Hanover resident.

Ojo says she hopes the town hall will help the Hanover community move forward.

“When this position opened up I applied for it because I love the community and I think it’s one I want to continue to support," said Ojo.

Hanover's PHRC town hall is the fourth one held in York County since last year.
"Non-White bigotry being called out gets Snivel Rights agitators in a tizzy" There, fixed the headline for them.

TWO HOLOCAUST-DENIAL POSTERS FOUND OUTSIDE MARBLEHEAD TEMPLE

MARBLEHEAD -- Two posters depicting denial of the Holocaust were found outside the Temple Emanu-El Monday morning, an incident one Anti-Defamation League official described as a targeted, calculated attack on the Jewish people.

One of the anti-Semitic signs was found on the Atlantic Avenue temple's welcome sign adjacent to its front steps, according to Emanu-El Rabbi David Meyer. He said surveillance footage is being reviewed, but he believes a known neo-Nazi group placed the signs there overnight.

The posters reported that the Holocaust itself is fake news and a deliberate lie of the Jewish people. Holocaust denial is one of the recurring themes of anti-Semitism, as well as anti-Israel rhetoric, according to Meyer, who sent out an email to temple membership on Monday alerting them of what he called the "hate message."

"Clearly, this was a message that was meant to be delivered to us because the message was found on our property," Meyer said. "While it is distressing and sad knowing that these incidents continue right here in our town, at the same time, the support that we've already begun to receive from the different communities of faith, from the local public safety officials and the good townspeople is heartening."

The incident has been reported to Marblehead Police, which has launched an investigation, and to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), a civil rights and human relations agency which was founded to stop the defamation of Jewish people.

ADL's Center on Extremism has verified the incident to be part of a coordinated white supremacist flyer distribution campaign spanning multiple states and regions.

Robert Trestan, ADL's New England executive director, said the organization was "deeply disturbed" by the anti-Semitic attack on the Marblehead temple, which was directed at a Jewish audience, and was aware of similar flyering incidents at synagogues in Washington and Texas.

"It's a pretty targeted attack when you go onto a synagogue's property for the sole purpose of disseminating an anti-Semitic message," Trestan said. "The temple was targeted in a deliberate and calculated manner for the sole purpose of sending a message of hate and intimidation to the community."

Marblehead Police Chief Robert Picariello said the department is actively investigating and trying to establish when the incident took place. A suspect or suspects have not been identified and potential charges are unclear.

"I won't know that until we have completed our investigation and we can review the facts," Picariello said.

The anti-Semitic message discovered at Temple Emanu-El is not an isolated circumstance in town. Meyer said there's been "quite a bit" of incidents over the past several years, which included anti-Semitic graffiti on a harbor causeway wall two years ago that led to a community rally against hate. No community response has been planned for this occurrence.

"Sadly, anti-Semitism is a growing phenomenon yet again," said Meyer.

The uptick in Marblehead incidents is in line with an increase in anti-Semitic incidents statewide in recent years, according to Trestan.

In the first five months of the year, the ADL has tracked 28 flyering incidents in Massachusetts, which already exceeds the 26 incidents that occurred last year. In the past several months, there have been attempted arsons at two synagogues, Arlington and Needham, and 59 headstones were desecrated with anti-Semitic language in a Jewish cemetery in Fall River, according to Trestan.

Trestan attributed the increase in anti-Semitism incidents to the current political and social climate. People are feeling a little more emboldened and blazoned in sharing their hatred, he said.

"Increasingly Jews and Jewish institutions are becoming direct targets," Trestan said. "We see anti-Semitism on the Internet and in cyber space and out in the community, but to go onto the property of a Jewish synagogue seems to be really direct and in your face.

"If you're Jewish and you're part of the community that belongs to the synagogue, you can't avoid this. It's not a website you can avoid because this is at your front door. Someone chose to come to the synagogue's front door to disseminate hatred toward Jews."
"A few posters criticizing our rulers gets police investigation. Free Speech now dead in America." Another headline fixed.

Neo-Nazi Signs Posted in Leominster; Rip Them Down, Mayor Says
The group Patriot Front is reportedly responsible for the racist and anti-Semitic signage around Leominster

Several neo-Nazi stickers were discovered in the city of Leominster over the weekend, something that the Massachusetts city's mayor decried on Monday.

“Leominster is no place for hate and no one will tear us down with disgusting/hateful stickers,” Mayor Dean Mazzarella said in a Facebook post.

People have been ripping the signs down around Leominster as soon as they see them, according to the Leominster Police Department, and Mazzarella encouraged citizens to continue tearing down signs, saying that they should be treated like graffiti.

“See one, tear it off,” he said.

The white supremacist group Patriot Front has been blamed for the postings. Group members “maintain that their ancestors conquered America and bequeathed it solely to them,” according to the Anti-Defamation League, which tracks hate groups.

Patriot Front's most common form of activism is the distribution of signs and stickers like the ones posted in Leominster, which said "America First" above a

It wasn't the only anti-Semitic incident to take place in the Boston area this week. Holocaust-denying flyers were found at Temple Emanu-El in Marblehead over the weekend.

Let's get one thing clear: the National Alliance has nothing to do with the proud neo-Nazis at the Daily Stormer. Is DS still around after all of the negative attention they got in recent years? Really?

NA's message is exclusively for Whites. NA does not place sensational, gutter propaganda posters outside of synagogues for shock value, to get the expected result that's seen in this article.

Stickers have 'no place in our community;' police probing hate-motivated mischief

Denis Langlois

Published on: July 11, 2019 | Last Updated: July 11, 2019 6:14 PM EDT

Multiple stickers with racist and neo-Nazi messages have been found throughout Owen Sound’s downtown, prompting a police investigation and drawing strong condemnation from city officials, community groups and others.

“These stickers and that attitude are not representative of our community and have no place in our community,” Mayor Ian Boddy said Thursday.

“We encourage anyone that finds them to please contact the police so they can see where they are and city staff will go out and remove them once we’re advised of them.”

Acting Det-Sgt. Craig Matheson said the Owen Sound Police Service is working on finding those responsible for putting up the stickers, which he said are believed to be associated with the neo-Nazi movement.

Officers know about more than a dozen stickers that have been posted on street signs and other property in Owen Sound, he said.

The acts constitute the criminal offence of mischief, he said, and police believe it is hate-motivated.

They are asking anyone who comes across one of the stickers to call police at 519-376-1234 to report the location.

“We would prefer if they don’t remove them right away and just call because there’s potential for evidence to be on them like a fingerprint on the adhesive,” Matheson said.

Many people found out about the stickers after Owen Sound resident Josh Richardson posted images to Facebook of several of the ones he found while on a walk with his sons earlier this week.

Richardson’s post has been shared to many local Facebook discussion groups.

The stickers – most of which are black and white – bear white supremacist, islamophobic, racist and Nazi imagery and messaging.

They’ve been found on municipal signs, poles, mailboxes, buildings, transformer boxes, railings and other property downtown and along the Sydenham River.

Richardson said he has personally found at least a dozen of the stickers, including ones referencing the ku klux klan and
Adolf Hitler.

Other residents have followed Richardson’s lead by posting pictures of stickers they found to Facebook.

Since Richardson created his post, the police has launched their investigation and Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce has gone to social media to urge people to report any information about the racist vandalism to the police or anonymously through their 1-800-222-TIPS line.

“Our community is better than this,” said the organization’s chair Peter Reid. “The racist graffiti promoting hate is not only criminal, but has no place in our community or Canada for that matter. I believe it’s up to everyone in the community to speak out against it.”

Dennis Kefalas, Owen Sound’s director of public works and engineering, said he’s also instructed his staff to be on the lookout for the stickers and remove any they come across.

“It’s not going to be tolerated in any way,” he said.

Colleen Purdon of the Grey-Bruce Welcoming Communities Committee, which works to provide support for newcomers including refugees and immigrants, said she’s concerned and “very upset” by the racist sticker campaign.

But she said it’s not reflective of the majority of the people in Grey-Bruce.

“Our community has welcomed newcomers and immigrants and refugees with amazing generosity and a real interest in supporting newcomers in the community,” she said.

Purdon, who is also part of the Inclusive Communities Committee of Grey and Bruce which puts on the annual One World Festival in Owen Sound, said she’s glad to see so many people speaking out against the stickers.

“I think we have to,” she said. “If we just go along in our normal lives and say, oh they’re just a bunch of crazies, that’s not OK. We have to be able to say, this is wrong what they’re saying, it’s wrong what they’re doing and we’re on this in any way we can.”

I "try" to be somewhat cautious when I post my ideas on Facebook.
I'm sure a few relatives and "friends" (former work acquaintances) probably disagree with my views, especially those who are "bible thumpers".
I learned years back NOT to follow certain people (not UN-friend them, just stop following them) and make sure it's only "friends" that can see what I posted - some years back I had it set for "friends of friends" and learned that their are some people who have hundreds and hundreds of "friends" and ended up with a couple disgusting yids teaming up on my replies.
They (and many liberals) can be extremely foul, insulting and totally disgusting when it comes to "having a discussion" - not facts just straight out of the sewer with insults for replies.
Anyway, today's Facebook "message" I put out for people to ponder •••
I was thinking about the side show happening with the Democrats, notice how certain members tout that they are representing "their people" which is how it should be.
In fact there is the "Black Congressional Caucus" and "Hispanic Congressional Caucus" - in fact there is a "Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus".
God forbid "IF" there ever was an attempt to form "Congressional Caucasian Caucus" because THAT would be "racist" YET "representing their people" and having their special racial based caucuses somehow isn't.
Remember ••• Diversity is our greatest strength.
It's not diversity, it's displacement.
