Racist ‘It’s okay to be white’ stickers found on University of Liverpool campus again
The stickers are the latest in a spate of racist incidents on campus

LIVERPOOL

More stickers have been spotted today on UoL campus from far-right activists. The stickers depict the line "It's okay to be white". The stickers have been found near to the Brett Building, near the Sydney Jones Library.

The incident is the second this semester, after it was reported that Generation Identity, a far-right group, were attempting to recruit members on UoL campus a couple of weeks ago by putting up posters around the university. However it is currently unknown who is behind these latest stickers.

When activists were last on campus, staff and students were quick to respond.

And those of us who aren’t hideous racists have already torn them all down.

Fascism will never be welcome on our campus or in the rest of Liverpool.

Emma, a second year English Lit student gave The Liverpool Tab her opinion: "If all their stickers got ripped down last time why are they bothering though? Idiots".

Racist stickers spread for second time in 2 weeks

JOHNSTON — A little over a week after reports of anti-Semitic, anti-black and Islamophobic stickers appearing around a Johnston neighborhood, the stickers were back up on Wednesday night.

“This is the second time we have seen this,” said Abdellah Mahfoude, a Muslim Moroccan immigrant. A “White Lives Matter” sticker was placed on a Providence Journal distribution box outside his Stop N Go store.

“Sometimes, it is sickening,” Mahfoude said. “It is not only us they are going after.”

Police were notified via email of most of the stickers around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday evening.

“We will investigate this fully and hopefully, with the community’s assistance, we can find out the individual that is responsible for this,” said Johnston Deputy Police Chief Joseph Razza. “That is something that is not condoned.”

“This is the first time I have seen these,” Erik Lopez, a Providence resident and employee at a nearby restaurant, said in Spanish. “Obviously, I do not like this. ... If people continue like this, it could cause chaos and fighting between different groups.

The stickers were found along Greenville Avenue, on various poles between Jackson Avenue and Cherry Hill Avenue. They included images of an interracial couple with a prohibited sign over them, several “It’s Okay to be White” and “White Lives Matter” stickers, and another with a hand with a raised middle finger at a Star of David — an internationally recognized symbol of Judaism.

Mahfoude confirmed that police had visited his store several times to check in since the last reported incident on Dec. 3.
Seems like Mr. Lopez is the one who has violence on his mind.

White supremacist group’s flyers posted around Grand Strand, Conway

Someone posted flyers for the white supremacist group Patriot Front in Conway and around the Grand Strand in recent days. The flyers were posted around the downtown area.

Several different flyers were posted around the center of the Horry County seat with messages like “Reclaim America” and “Keep America American.” They all point people to the website of the known white supremacist group Patriot Front.

Readers of The Sun News reported similar posters in Surfside and Myrtle Beach and photos on the social networking site gab.ai show the group’s posters in North Myrtle Beach.

Both the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti-Defamation League call Patriot Front a white supremacist organization.

Another poster seen on the streets of Conway reads, “Keep America American,” calling on people to report undocumented immigrants.

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, “Patriot Front (PF) is a white nationalist hate group that formed in the aftermath of the deadly ‘Unite the Right’ rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.”

“The organization broke off from Vanguard America (VA), a neo-Nazi group that participated in the chaotic demonstration,” according to the SPLC.

One person died and another 20 injured when a man drove a car into a group of people who were protesting the “Unite the Right” rally in August 2017, according to NBC news. A jury convicted James Alex Fields Jr. of murder in the case earlier this year, the network reports.
Equating protected speech with violence and citing Jewish organizations known for lying, these presstitutes follow a very familiar pattern that can best be described as journalistic prevarication. Have all these "mainstream" writers and editors been indoctrinated in Tel Aviv or are they brainwashed locally?

White nationalist group posting flyers around Louisville
Chris Kenning, Louisville Courier Journal Published 5:43 a.m. ET Dec. 18, 2018 | Updated 9:09 a.m. ET Dec. 18, 2018

A white nationalist group called “Identity Evropa” has been placing flyers on telephone poles around Louisville in recent months, including at the Big Four Bridge and in the Highlands neighborhood.

The flyers, depicting a triangle with three lines that join in the middle and some with a rendering of a statue of Andrew Jackson, have drawn notice from residents on some neighborhood social media sites.

They’ve appeared in Crescent Hill, downtown, Waterfront Park, outside the city's Immigration Customs and Enforcement office and on the University of Louisville campus, according to the group’s twitter account.

Identity Evropa is a Virginia-based group founded in 2016 by Iraq war veteran Nathan Damigo, who attended and helped organize the deadly 2017 Unite the Right Rally in Charlottesville, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center, which tracks hate groups.

The group’s main objective is to “create a better world for people of European heritage,” according to its website. The Southern Poverty Law Center said the group claimed it had 700 members in 2017.

“They’re not a violent group but they are insidious,” said Lecia Brooks, outreach director at the center, calling them dangerous because of a message of “white genocide."

University of Louisville spokesman John Karman said he wasn’t aware of incidents this semester. But last fall, flyers urging students to join a white nationalist group appeared on campus.

“The University of Louisville celebrates inclusiveness and diversity, and we won’t be fazed by outside forces that try to divide us," Karman said at the time.

The same group has placed flyers, stickers and recruiting tools around Western Kentucky University recently in Bowling Green, according to local media.

Sam Harrington, a spokesman for Identity Evropa, would not say how many members are in Kentucky. He said the group opposes immigration and is present on many college campuses.

Identity Evropa “is at the forefront of the racist alt-right's effort to recruit white, college-aged men and transform them into the fashionable new face of white nationalism,” according to the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Unwelcome Christmas gift: National Alliance flyers discovered right before the holiday

Bettendorf, Iowa - It was not the type of Christmas cheer some expected to find this week in Bettendorf.

Another batch of National Alliance flyers was found on several people's property in the Pigeon Creek neighborhood December 23 and Christmas Eve.

That's just blocks away from the Pleasant View Elementary School on the east side of the city.

The Southern Poverty Law Center says the group is classified as a neo-Nazi and anti-Semitic organization.

Local Four News has been following this story since the flyers first started appearing in August 2017.

In 2018, they were found in Moline and another location in Bettendorf.

Local Four News spoke with one of the people to find those flyers Sunday night.

Emily Paul was visiting with friends in the area, returning home from college.

While reconnecting, that's when a friend arrived describing what they found earlier that night.

That quickly changed the conversation from how their semester was being found outside.

"Especially with the timing, the only word I can think of is disgusting. The time they found it was about Christmas Eve, so to kind to come in with this Christmas spirit and almost ruin it in that way with such hate, it's just disgusting," said Emily Paul.

After she and some friends left, they found several of the flyers wrapped and left on driveways and front doors.

Paul told Local Four News, what she want's to do now is raise awareness about what she found.

"The more aware people are, the more they know and the more they can fight it almost, so it's just really important to not stay quiet or to shrug it off," said Paul. "To report the things and to stand up because it's not just minorities that are affected, it's everyone that's connected and has a connection within family or friends."

Local Four went back to the Pigeon Creek area to speak with residents.

Of the couple dozen doors, we knocked on, only a handful of people were home.

They told Local Four News, while they didn't find one of the flyers on their front door just the idea it is happening close by is disturbing and startling.

For Paul, it's hard for her to see these times of incidents continue.

"To have this hate in our community, I just think there's zero room for it, and it seems like this isn't the first time it's happened either, which is also very angering because I know these flyers have been passed out. Recently at Pleasant Valley High School, I'm an alumni there, there was an almost hate crime there," Paul said.

Stickers with the symbol of a “designated hate group” show up in downtown Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A national organization criticized as a "hate group" is defending stickers found around the Oklahoma City metro that support the group.

Identity Evropa was founded in 2016. The Southern Poverty Law Group has designated the organization as a "hate group", claiming they focus "on raising white racial consciousness, building community based on shared racial identity and intellectualizing white supremacist ideology."

Recently, Identity Evropa stickers were found near 10th and Harvey in Oklahoma City by resident Luke Atkinson who said he took them down because he disagreed with the message.

"I was walking downtown and there were some stickers placed on a light pole and utility box here in downtown and I had some familiarity what the stickers were," Atkinson said. "I associate more of a kind of a hateful message with those stickers and it was disappointing to see that in our city, something that represents hate."

A spokesperson for the organization told News 4 they do have members in Oklahoma; however, he said "hate" has nothing to do with their organization.

He claimed, their goals and message are being mis-characterized.

"Americans of European heritage are being demographically displaced as a result of mass immigration and globalization. We don’t see this transformation as something for the better and as a result, Identity Evropa is the growing membership organization and activism organization for European Americans seeking to really restore America," said spokesperson Sam Harrington. "We have our own political interests, our own future. That isn’t to disparage any other group or ethnicity, but we see our demographic present and therefore our status in America economically, politically, socially collapsing."

The SPLG goes on to suggest on their website, the organization is on the forefront of "racist "alt-rights"" efforts.

Harrington said they do not share the same movement goals.

"We do not permit the advocacy of supremacy , violence, or illegal activity in our organization. The great majority of our members are young, and the great majority of our all of our members have never been involved in a previous political organization."

Kristy Yager, a spokesperson for the city of Oklahoma City, told News 4 the stickers in question were considered illegally placed. According to Yager, the city receives more than 1,100 complaints about illegally placed signed cluttering roadways every year.

"Signs are illegal when they are in the City’s street right of way. That’s the pavement and medians, of course, but it also includes land on either side of the street. Even if the sign is in front of your own business, it can’t be placed in the right of way. The width of the right of way depends on the width of the street: The wider the street, the wider the right of way on either side. Generally speaking, land between the curb and the sidewalk is in the right of way. On most streets, the right of way is a 12-foot strip on either side of the street," Yager told us via email.

Other "No Sign Zones" include:

Any area between a curb and a sidewalk
Any telephone pole, electric pole, lamp post, street sign or parking meter
Street medians
Drinking fountains
Park roads and park property
In response, Harrington told us they are confident they are on the right side of the law adding the stickers were not intrusive or damaging posters but are part of their First Amendment right.

Neighbors fight back against racist fliers in Haynie's Corner
By: Amanda Mueller
Posted: Dec 28, 2018 10:24 PM CST

Updated: Dec 28, 2018 10:24 PM CST

Neighbors in Haynie's Corner and downtown Evansville have encountered racist posters.

But, they are fighting back.

The signs were put up by a group called Identity Evropa. That group then tweeted images of the posters on their national account.

It is a Neo-Nazi white supremacist group that is recognized as a hate group by the Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

"There is no room for hatred in this city that I love, there is no room for it," says resident Nikki Waller.

Racist posters found throughout Evansville were no match for community members.

"I was not happy to see them," said Jason Burton.

Just as quickly as the hate group posted shots of the posters to their national page, neighbors in Haynie's Corner pulled them down.

"I'm very happy that my friend actually did that, and actually made the effort to take those down. [...] I know what this community stands for and what we've been trying to build," said Kyle Armstrong.

People we talked to said they support free speech. But there is a line.

"Free speech has its place but not that kind of free speech. When you start inflicting on other people's rights," said Burton.

Others just have questions:

"I was driving and i caught a glimpse of racist propaganda, I guess it's called," said Weller in a video she made, after pulling down a flyer. "It's called identity...Rerverpverpverp?"

Most people we spoke with felt the same.

"I didn't really know that much about the organization," said Armstrong.

"I didn't know what it was... But i guess it's like a white supremacist...Not a white supremacist but something like that.....And yeah not what we want to promote here in Haynie's Corner for sure."

This isn't the first time the group has tried to spread propaganda and it's not the first time the community fought back.

"This is the third time I have taken it off the pole," Waller said in her video.

"On social media, I saw a lot of negative reactions, a lot of people do not want that kind of literature down here," said Armstrong.

Similiar posters appeared in the Tri-State earlier this year at USI.
Acting on ignorance, I see. Isn't that what others call "prejudicial?" :ugeek:

Racist fliers placed on Michigan vehicles
Posted 10 hrs ago {1/1/2019}

A white supremacist group is believed to be responsible for placing fliers on numerous vehicle in Ferndale.

The fliers come from a group affiliated with the website Bloodandsoil.org. On the fliers is a message shared by the "Patriot Front" that spells out the need to take back America.

Their website talks about the failure of democracy and the urgent need to return to the roots of America's ethnic and cultural origins.

Based in Texas, the group has put out fliers of this type before in Michigan.

However, a woman who spoke with 7 Action News in Detroit says their message has no place here.

White supremacist group posts Christmas signs on poles across Front Range
Police say the signs posted on utility poles in Greeley violate city ordinance
By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS |
PUBLISHED: December 31, 2018 at 1:28 pm | UPDATED: December 31, 2018 at 5:53 pm

Police say Christmas signs posted on utility poles in Greeley by a white supremacist organization violate city ordinance.

The Greeley Tribune reports most of the signs that were taped to poles in downtown and near the Weld County Courthouse around Christmas Day by Identity Evropa have been torn down.

The signs displayed a white family opening presents around the tree and read “Merry Christmas! From Identity Evropa.”

Identity Evropa spokesman Sam Harrington says the signs were part of the group’s “right to peacefully, politically protest.”

Harrington says the signs were part of a nationwide campaign. Signs were also spotted in Fort Collins, Breckenridge, Wheat Ridge, Arvada and Cheyenne.

Greeley municipal code does not allow notices or advertisements to be placed on property without the consent of the owner.

The Southern Poverty Law Center identifies Identity Evropa as a hate group, one of 21 in Colorado.
As one comment poster noted, "Lost puppy, yard sales and missing teenagers posters are placed on these locations all the time, in violation of the same ordnance’s. I wonder how many of them get a second look from Code Enforcement." America is chock full of laws, ordinances, regulations, rules, and so on to the tune of tens of millions of them so as to make it possible to selectively enforce against anyone targeted by law enforcement, often at the bidding of their political masters.
