Jewish NBA team owner Donald Sterling is exposed using racist language against black people. Donald Sterling, owner of the LA Clippers was recorded making racist statements about black people to his mistress/girlfriend V. Stiviano. Not only is he having an affair with a mixed raced women, Audio recording of him was leaked to TMZ. Sterling was heard telling his girlfriend not to Pose with pictures with Magic Johnson and other Blacks, he said the following:

"It's the world! You go to Israel, the blacks are just treated like dogs,"
He says there are white Jews and black Jews, and they are treated 100% differently.

Good Job revealing your true colors Mr. Sterling. Blacks throughout the NBA and political organizations such as the NAACP are denouncing Sterling's comments and calling for his ousting from the NBA. Even President Obama commented on the matter saying there is no room for this kind of racism in today's world.

New York Times implies Donald Sterling is a White Southerner

Donald Sterling was born in Chicago and has lived in Southern California since he was two. His parents were recent Jewish immigrants. However, the New York Times would like you to think he is a southerner.

The New York Times article references the South five times. Nowhere does it say that Donald Sterling is a liberal Jew from Beverly Hills.
Nowhere doe sit say he is a lifelong Democrat who has won awards from the local NAACP.

Sterling never once mentions the South in the recording.
He does reference Israel and say black people are treated like dogs in Israel.
Why isn’t this in the article? Maybe his “racism” is part of Israeli culture?

The New York Times simply uses the controversy as another opportunity to demonize the South.

While thriving in Amsterdam-where they became the hub of a unique urban Jewish universe and attained status that anticipated Jewish emancipation in the West by over a century-they began in the 1500's and 1600's to establish themselves in the Dutch and English colonies in the New World. These included Curacao, Surinam, Recife, and New Amsterdam (Dutch) as well as Barbados, Jamaica, Newport, and Savannah (English). In these European outposts the Jews, with their years of mercantile experience and networks of friends and family providing market reports of great use, played a significant role in the merchant capitalism, commercial revolution, and territorial expansion that developed the New World and established the colonial economies. The Jewish-Caribbean nexus provided Jews with the opportunity to claim a disproportionate influence in seventeenth and eighteenth century New World commerce, and enabled West Indian Jewry-far outnumbering its coreligionists further north-to enjoy a centrality which North American Jewry would not achieve for a long time to come.

Groups of Jews began to arrive in Surinam in the middle of the seventeenth century, after the Portuguese regained control of northern Brazil. By 1694, twenty-seven years after the British had surrendered Surinam to the Dutch, there were about 100 Jewish families and fifty single Jews there, or about 570 persons. They possessed more than forty estates and 9,000 slaves, contributed 25,905 pounds of sugar as a gift for the building of a hospital, and carried on an active trade with Newport and other colonial ports. By 1730, Jews owned 115 plantations and were a large part of a sugar export business which sent out 21,680,000 pounds of sugar to European and New World markets in 1730 alone.

Slave trading was a major feature of Jewish economic life in Surinam which as a major stopping-off point in the triangular trade. Both North American and Caribbean Jews played a key role in this commerce: records of a slave sale in 1707 reveal that the ten largest Jewish purchasers (10,400 guilders) spent more than 25 percent of the total funds (38,605 guilders) exchanged.

Jewish economic life in the Dutch West Indies, as in the North American colonies, consisted primarily of mercantile communities, with large inequities in the distribution of wealth. Most Jews were shopkeepers, middlemen, or petty merchants who received encouragement and support from Dutch authorities. In Curacao, for example, Jewish communal life began after the Portuguese victory in 1654. In 1656 the community founded a congregation, and in the early 1670's brought its first rabbi to the island. Curacao, with its large natural harbor, was the stepping-stone to the other Caribbean islands and thus ideally suited geographically for commerce. The Jews were the recipients of favorable charters containing generous economic privileges granted by the Dutch West Indies Company in Amsterdam. The economic life of the Jewish community of Curacao revolved around ownership of sugar plantations and marketing of sugar, the importing of manufactured goods, and a heavy involvement in the slave trade, within a decade of their arrival, Jews owned 80 percent of the Curacao plantations. The strength of the Jewish trade lay in connections in Western Europe as well as ownership of the ships used in commerce. While Jews carried on an active trade with French and English colonies in the Caribbean, their principal market was the Spanish Main (today Venezuela and Colombia).

Extant tax lists give us a glimpse of their dominance. Of the eighteen wealthiest Jews in the 1702 and 1707 tax lists, nine either owned a ship or had at least a share in a vessel. By 1721 a letter to the Amsterdam Jewish community claimed that "nearly all the navigation...was in the hands of the Jews."' Yet another indication of the economic success of Curacao's Jews is the fact that in 1707 the island's 377 residents were assessed by the Governor and his Council a total of 4,002 pesos; 104 Jews, or 27.6 percent of the taxpayers, contributed 1,380 pesos, or 34.5 percent of the entire amount assessed.

In the British West Indies, two 1680 tax lists survive, both from Barbados; they, too, provide useful information about Jewish economic life. In Bridgetown itself, out of a total of 404 households, 54 households or 300 persons were Jewish, 240 of them living in "ye Towne of S. Michael ye Bridge Town." Contrary to most impressions, "many, indeed, most of them, were very poor." There were only a few planters, and most Jews were not naturalized or endenizened (and thus could not import goods or pursue debtors in court). But for merchants holding letters of endenization, opportunities were not lacking. Barbados sugar-and its by-products rum and molasses-were in great demand, and in addition to playing a role in its export, Jewish merchants were active in the import trade. Forty-five Jewish households were taxed in Barbados in 1680, and more than half of them contributed only 11.7 percent of the total sum raised. While the richest five gave almost half the Jewish total, they were but 11.1 percent of the taxable population. The tax list of 1679-80 shows a similar picture; of fifty-one householders, nineteen (37.2 percent) gave less than one-tenth of the total, while the four richest merchants gave almost one-third of the total.

An interesting record of inter island trade involving a Jewish merchant and the islands of Barbados and Curacao comes from correspondence of 1656. It reminds us that sometimes the commercial trips were not well planned and that Jewish captains-who frequently acted as commercial agents as well-would decide where to sell their cargo, at what price, and what goods to bring back on the return trip

Yeah actually I don't watch any NBA basketball at all. I can't seem to find any interest in these new players. It's like they're all black and I have nothing in common with them. I watched it as a kid sometimes during the early 90's when I was like 12 years old, and the league wasn't completely black yet, but it was very black and Jordan was part of the Bulls Dynasty. At that time it was still entertaining, although at that time I was completely unaware of the racial implications were. However even if you still have you head completely in the sand, I still don't think I would watch the NBA as it is today, it's just so boring and rooting for a particular team has no meaning because every team is a bunch of blacks. Only black people can find that appealing. By the way this is true far the NFL as well, and to lesser extent the MLB. The NFL looks like it is 95% black these days, and I can't find any empathy for a bunch of black men running up and down the field with a pigskin ball. The MLB still has a reasonable number of White players, but it's still overwhelmingly black or hispanic (mulatto). I cannot watch baseball because of the influx of all these hispanic Mulattos We are supposed to follow young hispanic stars who are making millions of dollars a year, and yet they can barely speak English. Who knows what these players really think about the stupid white people who are pouring money into their coffers, and I can only assume that the white men who are still in the game or only there for the money. They don't have anything else in common with member's of their own race outside of the MLB bubble.

Anyway, I don't want to split hairs here but Sterling's Shiksa says she is half-black half Mexican, although she does look some kind of Asian. Also another piece of information, Donald Sterling was born Donald Tokovich. So he changed his name somewhere down the line. Also he told her she could Fuck Magic Johnson, so I guess he doesn't mind her sleeping with Blacks that have HIV.

To the person above who was talking about the Media not mentioning the things he said about israel.. It doesn't surprise me that the Jews in the Media were covering for him, I don't know if the local news outlets or channel presidents have a general policy not to say anything bad about a Jew or Israel, or whether the piece of new is doctored on a daily basis. On top of that I am hearing some commentary to his defense, saying how this Shiksa was secretly recording Sterling's conversations with her for hours, and she revealed the stories just as Sterling's wife brought a $1.8 million dollar law suit against her for embezzlement. One of these tv monkeys was saying something about how it is illegal in California to record someone without their knowledge, so if that is the case then the shiksa must have broken the law, but in any case he said what he said and they can't erase that. If they don't oust him from the NBA then it would be going against a precedent which was set in the 1990's when Cincinnati Red's manger/owner Marge Schott was banned from baseball for making comments in support of Hitler.

I wouldn't be one bit surprised if this new owner is another Jew. I very much doubt that any of these blacks who were offended by what Sterling said realize that ALL JEWS THINK THE SAME. They will probably deal with these Jews on an individual basis. If Blacks somehow did express dissatisfaction against all Jews in general, I.E. Anit-Semitism, I am sure that the Jews would admonish them and remind them of the role which Jews played in helping blacks obtain equal rights.

Another side point that is mentioned at all in the Sterling saga is the fact that he was have and extramarital affair. I guess that's the norm for Crypto Jews. Even his Crypto Jew wife hasn't publicly complained about her husband's infidelity, and she hasn't even divorced the man, which a normal woman would do if her husband was having an open, ongoing affair with another woman.

It sounds like there's a much more interesting story going on with the Donald T. Sterling donnybrook than anybody has been investigating yet. I don't know how far this story might go, but it just might go all the way from Magic Johnson to somebody really interesting.

For years, I've been pointing out that much of the hoopla over racism and sexism isn't actually about blacks or women or whatever. Instead, it serves as a cover story for ambitious, clever men to get what they want. For example, I've long been fascinated by how mortgage lenders like Angelo Mozilo, Roland Arnall, and Kerry Killinger used the rhetoric of the War on Racist Redlining to blow up the housing bubble.

Obsess over racism; pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!

But in the Sterling Story, who is The Man?

I'll offer a theory about why the man might be Magic Johnson, who desperately wants Donald Sterling's NBA franchise now that the Buss family says they won't sell his old Lakers. But Magic was the front man in the purchase of the Los Angeles Dodgers two years ago. So it might be Magic's big money backers in Guggenheim Partners.

Or ... And this is really a stretch, but let me toss it out there. There's a financier in L.A. who invests some of his money with Guggenheim Partners who for intelligence and energy and guile makes Mozilo and the other mortgage guys look like smalltimers. You haven't heard much about him since he got out of prison a couple of decades ago. He's legally banned for life from getting anything in return for giving investment advice. But he's still here and he's allowed to manage his own billions. The SEC has been investigating whether the Dodger purchase by Guggenheim was something of a front for him to get back in the game.

Granted, I'm no doubt reading way too much into this. And if this story doesn't go all the way to the top, it's still really interesting. I apologize for this post wandering all over the place, but the more I looked into the story that Magic wants the Clippers, the more pieces fell into place.

Listening closely to the presumably illegally made tapes suggests that the mistress was setting the LA Clippers owner up -- she's the one egging on the racial angle over her photos cuddling with Magic Johnson and Matt Kemp of the Dodgers. Originally, I assumed her minor league lawyer was her mastermind, but the news that Magic and his mysterious Guggenheim Partners backers want control of Sterling's NBA franchise suggests that there's a reasonable chance that this whole set-up originated with somebody more high-powered than her Woodland Hills attorney. (This lawyer is so obscure that his office is on Burbank Blvd. rather than on Ventura Blvd.)

Former Los Angeles Lakers basketball star Magic Johnson was the public frontman for the secretive Guggenheim Partners in paying an outlandish $2 billion to Boston leveraged parking lot robber baron Frank McCourt for the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team. And now, what do you know, Magic and the Guggenheim Partners are willing to take the Los Angeles Clippers off Donald Sterling's hands and add it to their nascent Los Angeles sports empire.

In contrast, the new Guggenheim Partners firm is very high-powered. In fact, the SEC has been trying for a year to figure out if GP is so high-powered that its Los Angeles sports franchise acquisitions are done in illegal collaboration with ... well, I won't mention his name yet, but it's a smack-yourself-in-the-forehead name out of the history books of Los Angeles and finance. I'll tell you the name later in the posting, but for my readers who are at his annual Beverly Hills wingding today, why don't you ask around and see what your host thinks about the Clippers. Or ask Magic Johnson when he speaks at lunchtime on Wednesday.

Funny, though, how one of the two pictures that Donald Sterling was upset over his hired girl not taking down from Instagram was of her and Magic (see above). Sterling apparently doesn't trust anybody around him associating with Magic, because Sterling is a horrible racist (and perhaps because Magic wants to take his team away from him. Now that I think of it, the other Instagram picture Sterling was mad about was of her and Matt Kemp, who plays for Magic's Dodgers.)

Now, you may be thinking that something odd could be going on here. But if you smell a rat, you just haven't benefited from Magic's ultimate cleansing.

You see, Magic is the ideal sports team owner.

Well, unless you are part of the 70% of Dodger fans who haven't been able to watch the Dodgers on cable television so far this season because Magic and Mark Walter of the Guggenheim Partners are so deadset on raising cable rates to get back the absurd amount they overbid to buy the Dodgers.

McCourt was a terrible guy, but at least if you had paid for cable TV to watch the Dodgers, he let you watch the Dodgers. Magic (and the Guggenheim backroom boys) want so much more money for Dodger telecasts that most of the cable systems in Southern California haven't gotten on board because they'd have to raise their overall rates to subscribers.

  Verizon FIOS, DirecTV, Dish, Cox, AT&T U-Verse and Charter, which service about 70 percent of TV viewers in Southern California, do not get the Dodgers.
  I was at my sister's home in Apple Valley on Easter Sunday. She's on Charter and doesn't get the Dodgers.
  So we watched the Angels, whose games are available on fully distributed Fox Sports West.
  Don't think the lack of distribution is hurting the Dodgers? According to Nielsen, the Dodgers are averaging about 37,000 viewers a game.
  The Angels are averaging about 100,000.
  The Angels have an exciting team with top-notch stars. There is no way, however, that the Angels should have nearly triple the viewership of the Dodgers.
  The Dodgers were getting about $350,000 a game last season from TV. They get about $1.5-million a game this season.
  No matter what the cost, bad ratings are what you get when three-quarters of Southern California are shutout of Dodgers telecasts.
  The problem with Time Warner and the Dodgers, just like Time Warner and the Padres, is cost.

But, stop thinking about how Magic's greed is depriving a huge number of baseball fans of seeing their favorite team and get back to thinking about how racism is bad, and then you'll realize that of course the NBA should force Sterling to sell his team to Magic and friends.

By the way, who else is involved in the Guggenheim Partners' aggressive moves in the Los Angeles area? The SEC was trying to find out last year: they were interested in the activities involving the Dodger purchase of a certain Los Angeles ex-financier who happens to have $800 million invested with Guggenheim, a fellow who's got a little more mojo than lawyer Mac Nehoray of Woodland Hills.

And this giant in the history of finance also has a lot of time on his hands because he is under a lifetime ban on securities trading since his 22 months at Lompoc in the early Nineties.

Yeah ... him.

Now I have less than zero evidence that junk bond king Michael Milken has had anything to do with Donald Sterling's downfall. I mean other than that a year ago Milken had $800 million with Guggenheim and Guggenheim has been chasing sports franchises in Los Angeles and really wants to get the Clippers away from Sterling. So forget I ever mentioned the name Milken. This story has nothing to do with the ambitions of rich men. It's about racism. Nothing else. Stop thinking about anything other than the horrors of racism.

By the way, speaking of Magic as the "ultimate cleanser," what's the over-under line for how many people the HIV-positive Magic killed by giving them AIDS? As a super-celebrity he got access in 1991 to experimental HIV-fighting medical techniques that apparently saved his life, but what about the little people who weren't first in line like him? How many were there?

California Wiretapping Law

California's wiretapping law is a "two-party consent" law. California makes it a crime to record or eavesdrop on any confidential communication, including a private conversation or telephone call, without the consent of all parties to the conversation. See Cal. Penal Code § 632. The statute applies to "confidential communications" -- i.e., conversations in which one of the parties has an objectively reasonable expectation that no one is listening in or overhearing the conversation. See Flanagan v. Flanagan, 41 P.3d 575, 576-77, 578-82 (Cal. 2002). A California appellate court has ruled that this statute applies to the use of hidden video cameras to record conversations as well. See California v. Gibbons, 215 Cal. App. 3d 1204 (Cal Ct. App. 1989).

If you are recording someone without their knowledge in a public or semi-public place like a street or restaurant, the person whom you're recording may or may not have "an objectively reasonable expectation that no one is listening in or overhearing the conversation," and the reasonableness of the expectation would depend on the particular factual circumstances. Therefore, you cannot necessarily assume that you are in the clear simply because you are in a public place.

If you are operating in California, you should always get the consent of all parties before recording any conversation that common sense tells you might be "private" or "confidential." In addition to subjecting you to criminal prosecution, violating the California wiretapping law can expose you to a civil lawsuit for damages by an injured party. See Cal. Penal Code § 637.2.

Donald Sterling’s Remarks

The Donald Sterling affair is the latest example where Americans get to engage in a cathartic orgy of hatred against “White racism.” Another affirmation that attitudes that Blacks are inferior are ubiquitous among Whites, only waiting to slip out in an unguarded moment. Another affirmation of the new religion of White evil.

What is rarely mentioned in the media and never emphasized is that Sterling is Jewish and therefore unlikely to identify with White America. On the other hand, the New York Times apparently wants you to think he’s a Southerner, implying that his attitudes are typical of White Southerners, not Jews.

There is also virtually no mention that he rationalizes his attitudes by what’s going on in Israel. He says “‘It’s the world! You go to Israel, the Blacks are just treated like dogs.” He says there are White Jews and Black Jews, and they are treated 100% differently.’” Which is quite true.

The media wants to keep it simple: Rich White guy hates Blacks. Keep Israel and the Jews out of it. And since we still have the First Amendment, Mr. Sterling will be punished by the private sector and by shunning and ostracism. He is now banned for life by the NBA and will doubtless lose a lot of friends and money in the process.

Okay, that’s an important part of the story. But in listening to the tapes, it struck me that there is a subtext of sexual anxiety by an 80-year old sugar daddy concerned about his 31-year old girlfriend being seen with the Black guys that she seems to prefer as companions when not with Sterling. Quite understandable to an evolutionary psychologist. The two videos below together comprise 15 minutes of the conversation.

Sterling begins by saying that the issue is not the color of her skin but being seen in public with minorities—”broadcasting.” She says “I don’t do anything wrong. If we ever have any issues it’s because people call you and tell you things about me that are not true.”
Since she is not denying being seen in public with Blacks, the suggestion is that callers are saying or implying that she is doing more with these guys than having a photo-op at a Clippers game. That’s why she claims that she isn’t “doing anything wrong.” He then says that it’s really about a culture that he can’t change—the cultural implication that hanging out with Black guys will be seen as implying sex with Black guys—very inappropriate for Donald Sterling’s girlfriend.

His inability to change the culture is also behind his not renting to Blacks in Beverly Hills or to non-Koreans in his Koreatown buildings. He can’t change people’s perceptions, so he made a business decision.

But it’s only because she is a woman that he has a problem with her being seen in public with Blacks. When she points out that he hangs out with Black people, he says “I’m not you. And you’re not me. You’re supposed to be a delicate White or a delicate Latina girl.”

She is pointing out a double standard based on sex. Sterling is denying any general negative attitudes about hanging out with Blacks. It’s okay for males to do so, but not a “delicate White or Latina girl.” The sexual undercurrent is obvious.

But there is a racial component too. Even though she states she is part Black, Sterling wants to think of her as White or Latino. And being White or Latino means that she should not behave in such a way that people will think that she has relationships with Black men.

Sterling then says he doesn’t hate Black people, “I want you to love them — privately.” In fact, Sterling has been a generous donor to the NAACP, receiving an award from them in 2009 and scheduled to receive another one this May until the blowup. Leon Jenkins, head of the Los Angeles NAACP, tried without success to make partnerships with other sports organizations in Southern California, but “[Sterling's] organization was the only one that really came to the front. … “That is something that shows— I don’t want to get into the good or bad — but it shows there’s a consciousness about the plight of African Americans and Hispanics.”

I think he does like Black people. The problem for Sterling is that renting to Blacks in Beverly Hills is bad for business, and having his girlfriend seen with Blacks is bad for his image. Like most White guys, he doesn’t want his girlfriend hanging out in public with Black guys. In fact, at 4:49 he says that she can even sleep with Blacks. What he doesn’t want is her being seen publicly with Blacks.

On the other hand, it’s fine for him as a male to be with Blacks. At 6:34 he says “they can be with me all day long and all night long,”and at 7:02 “I love the Black people.” About Magic Johnson, “I’ve known him well and he should be admired. … But don’t put him on Instagram to see so they have to call me.” For Sterling, having his attractive young mistress being seen with Black males looks bad; he doesn’t want people calling him about it. Embarrassing.

He then says that there’s “nothing wrong with your skin color” and asks “Why are you saying these things?” He seems genuinely perplexed and hurt. “You really know how to hurt somebody.”

I suspect that she was saying those things and recording the conversation because she knew full well that she could get Sterling to say racially charged things which she could then use in her lawsuit. (She is being sued by Sterling’s wife.) V. Stiviano is right out of central casting for a Spielberg movie: “I don’t know how you can have so much hate toward minorities,” to which he replies “I don’t have any hate on nothing.”

Matt Kemp

In the second video she brings up Dodger outfielder Matt Kemp, saying that he’s “lighter and Whiter than me” (2:22). He says that it’s okay to keep him on Instagram but is hardly enthusiastic.

So in the end, I think that the main thing about Sterling is that he is very concerned with other people’s perceptions. As a businessman renting to the public, he has to be. If it didn’t affect his rental income, he would be happy to rent to Blacks. And as an elderly man with a young mistress, he doesn’t want people thinking that she is cuckholding him with the Black guys she has a history of hanging out with. Sterling probably wasn’t pleased when she was arrested for a DUI with a famous Black actor aboard.

But in the rest of his life, he gets along very well with Blacks and donates generously to Black causes.
This doesn’t fit well with the simple narrative put out by the media: “Whites are evil racists.”

There is more than a little hypocrisy here. Not many Whites would want the females they are connected with to have a reputation of being in sexually suggestive situations with Black men. I’m pretty sure this would include the folks at the New York Times.
