This guy in the audience got kicked out by a mostly colored security detail. The player stopped everything to get him kicked out. It would’ve been better for him if he had others join him, but instead, according to what I read, those seated near him squealed. The German de-nazification program went overboard and too many Germans have no pride in their history, like the offended tennis player.
Anyone remember John McEnroe grabbing his jock and shouting obscenities, because of an anger management problem? He didn’t get booed out or escorted by goons during his games.
In other instances of outbursts from the audience, I don’t know of any where the performers just stopped everything until anyone got kicked out. The NASCAR race when there were chants of “Let’s go Brandon”, for example.

He was kicked out for saying, "Deutschland über alles." That's the name of the German national anthem. Since when is the name of the national anthem of any country offensive? They would play that very same anthem if a visiting team from Germany were playing, or if Germany won a medal at the Olympic games.
