35 year old Lundin Hathcock and 55 year old James McDaniel have been killed today in Oklahoma. The negro, Carlton Gilford who shot and killed both is currently being held without bail. The DA of Oklahoma, (Steve Kunzweiler) stated that “The information suggests that race played a role in it. "
Oklahoma currently has no hate crime laws. However malicious intimidation/ harassment includes race as a motive.( One of the Charges he has been charged with)
