Yes, precisely! We were discussing this recently. Is this fellow an Alliance member?

I hope this activist retains a good lawyer for his constitutionally protected 1st amendment right to free expression.

Our members do not distribute anti-Semitic "debris (glass, bottles, grass clippings, etc.)" that would be in violation of this Kenosha City Ordinance 11.02U. A pamphleteer, whether distributining fliers for his favorite political candidate or 2 for 1 pizzas at the corner parlor, does not need a permit nor permission from the targeted homeowner or occupant.RCavallius wrote: ↑Fri Aug 12, 2022 4:16 pmYes, precisely! Oh my! 23 citations @ $187 each. That's a lot: $4,301. The unnamed "litterer" has apparently already been fined that amount. He must appeal the fine!
Lt Joe Lasalik needs to brush up on the U.S. Constitution and the Rule of Law. His piddly 11.02U doesn't trump the Constitution. His email address and phone number are provided in his press release.
Here's an update from the Jew-owned CBS TV News affiliate, by its Jew reporter, Lehman, featuring Rabbi Dena Feingold and Myram Rosenzweig, whining about "hate": https://www.cbs58.com/news/kenosha-man- ... tic-flyers
The constitutionally-protected "litter"
Facts are a little more legible here
Between June 17, 2020 and August 16, 2020, there were at least 136 reports of shots fired in the City of Kenosha. That averages out to more than two per day. Homicides are up in 2021. This year to date, there are more than double the amount over the last 12 years [counting the two Kyle Rittenhouse dispatched in 2020]. This could increase as there are still 77 days in this year...
