known whether the Russian bombers were carrying any kind of
armament on their visit to Venezuela.

Putting military equipment in the Western hemisphere doesn't seem like a good idea.

If Russia chooses to encourage the birth of White children over the next century, all they'll have to do is wait out the United States as it is in a state of terminal decline of its White population. There may very well come a time when the US will have to ask itself: Who will man the high tech military equipment without Whites? Jose Hernandez the drug dealer? Shylock Cohen the stock market manipulator? Felonious Jackson the rapper? Chinese nationals who are simply looking to steal our military secrets and possibly hang around to throw wrenches into the whole works when their real masters wish it so? The disparity in population quality would work for Russia and of course, our dysgenic population policies ensures our decline--or even an implosion.

No, Russia need not wage war with the US, all it needs is patience and a policy of avoiding war at US-instigation. Bombers in Venezuela would work against this policy.
