I'm an expert, but do I have to spend my money to teach these guys how to have sex properly and how to use condoms???
I want bright future for my children. I want the money I earned to be spent to built this great future for MY CHILDREN, but not to be spent onr the upgrowns who don't want to wear condoms.
But evidently bright future is not for orinary guys.

I would personally never use a condom for several reasons but this is just funny, it's almost worth the tax money wasted for the humour.

A government that wants to save latrinos and queers is a government that's truly sick.

Nice to see someone acknowledging the truth of the inequality of HIV/AIDS distribution.
