Less than a year ago, a black lady took a cash payout of 88 million dollars when she won the North Carolina PowerBall lottery. Since that time her boyfriend,
Lamar (Hot Sauce) McDow has bailed out of jail four times, each time the bail was in the millions. This past Friday it took 12 million to get old
Hot Sauce turned loose.
