The Associated Press obtained today the previously sealed deposition from a 2005 sexual abuse case filed against Cosby by a former Temple University employee Andrea Constand . The deposition reveals testimony by Bill Cosby that he gave at least one woman and other people prescription quaaludes with the intent of sedating and having sex with them. Cosby's testimony from 2005 corroborates the claims of all the women who say he drugged and raped them. Cosby's lawyers fought to keep these documents sealed, saying that the contents would embarrass Cosby, but ultimately the AP was able to get the documents unsealed today.
"If today's report is true, Mr. Cosby admitted under oath 10 years ago sedating women for sexual purposes," said Lisa Bloom, attorney for model Janice Dickinson, who says she was drugged and raped. "Given that, how dare he publicly vilify Ms. Dickinson and accuse her of lying when she tells a very similar story?"
