Chicago museum fires all of it's mostly White female, financially well-off docents for lack of diversity

The Art Institute of Chicago fired all of its trained volunteers and guides last month, who were mostly older White women, to diversify its team.

"We were surprised, we were disappointed," Gigi Vaffis, president of the docent council, said in an interview with radio station WBEZ of the firings. "There is an army of very highly skilled docents that are willing and ready and able to continue with arts education."
Enter the Jew as hatchet-woman?
The Art Institute used to have more than 100 docents, 82 of whom were active, until an executive director of learning and engagement, Veronica Stein, sent an email on Sept. 3 firing them all, the Wall Street Journal reported. Docents are trained volunteers who lead tours of museums, and at the Art Institute, they averaged 15 years of unpaid service.

The firings were apparently sparked by the fact that most of the docent staff was composed of older White, financially well-off women, the outlet reported. Stein said that the museum needed to take a new path "in a way that allows community members of all income levels to participate, responds to issues of class and income equity, and does not require financial flexibility."
A pittance as a going away present!
The fired docents were offered a two-year free pass to the museum as gratitude for their previous service.

The institute is one of America’s oldest and largest museums, with its docent program launching in 1961 as part of an initiative of the Woman’s Board and the Junior League of Chicago.

The docents sent a letter on Sept. 13 detailing the staff "engaged in eighteen months of twice-a-week training to qualify as a docent, five years of continual research and writing to meet the criteria of 13 museum content areas, and monthly and bi-weekly trainings to further educate ourselves with the materials, processes and cultural context" of the museum’s pieces.

"It was nearly a full-time job," Dietrich Klevorn, a docent since 2012, told the Wall Street Journal. "We had to spend a lot of time physically in the museum studying works of art, researching, putting tours together."

"We had to be very comprehensive about everything as we talked with them, moving through the space," she said. Klevorn was the only docent to speak on the record to WSJ, after the museum reportedly requested they not speak to the media.
A newspaper reveals the true character of the hatchet-woman:
The Chicago Tribune’s Editorial Board even hit back at the museum’s decision, calling Stein’s termination letter to the docents as "weaselly."

"Why not invest some time in recruiting new, diverse docents? Why not grow the corps in such a way that it’s refreshed? Why not help docents who need help with expenses or child care? Why not have a hybrid model, at least until the current docents exit?" the board wrote in its Sept. 27 opinion piece.

"Instead of trashing volunteerism as inherently elitist, why not avow and attest to its ongoing value as a vital part of necessary diversification and cultural change?"
The head Jew in charge backs this mass anti-White firing, it was planned all along!

Robert Levy, chairman of the Art Institute, defended the decision to fire the docents days later in his own op-ed, and said that the plan to do so had been in the works for 12 years.

"Critical self-reflection and participatory, recuperative action is required if we are to remain relevant to the changing audiences seeking connection to art," he wrote.

Klevorn, who is Black, conceded to WSJ that the docent staff was "not a demographically representative population." Vaffis, however, noted that the staff was a diverse group socioeconomically, and included a fireman and condo manager among the group.

"Still, the Art Institute hasn’t explained why they had to be jettisoned en masse and not diversified over time. The museum appears to be in the grips of a self-defeating overcorrection. It has adopted the language of diversity, inclusion and equity so completely that it was willing to fire the same upper-middle class volunteers it relies on for charitable donations," WSJ noted.

The Art Institute did not immediately respond to Fox News’s request for comment on the matter.

Houston County deputy suspended after social media comment on Ahmaud Arbery case

HOUSTON COUNTY, Ga. (WGXA) -- A deputy in Houston County is facing termination for what he wrote on a social media post about the latest development in the murder of Ahmaud Arbery.

Arbery's killing made national news almost two years ago after a cellphone video was leaked of the disturbing chase and gunning down of the 25-year-old unarmed Black man by three white men in Brunswick.

His killers were sentenced this past Friday to life in prison, after having been convicted of his murder in November 2021.

The now-suspended deputy, Paul Urhahn, made the comment on one of our social media posts about the sentencing on Friday.

It appears that Urhahn has since deleted his comment, but screenshots were shared both with our newsroom -- and the Houston County Sheriff's Office, prompting an investigation that concluded Monday morning.

Now, Urhahn has been suspended without pay pending termination.

Sheriff Cullen Talton wrote to Urhahn that he violated multiple policies:

Page 5 (4A) - An officer must at all times, on and off duty, conduct him/herself in a manner which does not bring discredit to the department or county.

Page 5 (4B) - Conduct unbecoming of an officer shall include that conduct

(2) Which has a tendency to destroy public respect for employees and confidence in the department.


Urhahn, according to the letter, can appeal within 10 days from Monday.

"Conduct" is now being construed as including unpopular speech . The vagueness of the policy written seems to leave a lot of room to punish just about anything a sheriff could ever want.

American Express slapped with lawsuit alleging discrimination against White employees

EXCLUSIVE: A former American Express employee filed a class-action complaint Tuesday alleging that the credit card company exhibited "callous indifference" to civil rights law by terminating him because he is White and because he spoke out against its "racially discriminatory" policies.

Brian Netzel, who worked a decade for Amex until he was terminated in 2020, told FOX Business that he sued the company on behalf of himself and potentially thousands of other similarly-situated employees following "an avalanche of bad things coming to White people in that company once George Floyd was killed."

The lawsuit alleges that amid the racial tensions roiling the U.S. in 2020, Amex implemented "anti-racism" policies throughout its corporate structure that "gave preferential treatment to individuals for being Black and unambiguously signaled to White employees that their race was an impediment to getting ahead in the company."

Netzel said such policies fostered a workplace rife with "a tremendous amount of animosity" in which White employees were unfairly punished or passed over for promotions, while some Black employees were promoted merely to meet racial quotas and employees were encouraged to "root out in McCarthy-era fashion people who didn't agree with this overall philosophy."

However, in these types of civil cases, major corporations will oftentimes quietly settle out of court to avoid costly and incredibly time-consuming litigation, and to avoid undue bad publicity. Should this White man lose, he always has the option of appealing the case. The fact that this case is a class action lawsuit bodes somewhat better for this White man. Since there are apparently multiple plaintiffs it is possible the attorneys' fees and legal fees will be divided among several / many, instead of only one person bearing all the costs. Obviously, in a class action lawsuit, should the plaintiff(s) win the case a disproportionate amount of the settlement is paid to the lead plaintiff(s) and that might dissuade others from joining the lawsuit as co-plaintiffs. Nevertheless, the greater the number of plaintiffs, the more pressure it puts on the defendant and the defendant's legal counsel.

I realize that the idea of a White person suing a major corporation for racial discrimination almost borders on the revolutionary; but somewhere, somehow, the White race must "draw a line in the sand" and, once a company steps over the line and commits racial discrimination, we Whites must learn to fight, and fight like hell. Until we White people learn to defend ourselves at all costs, we will continue to be pummeled into extinction. The White race is now at a dangerously critical point in our history--either we fight or we face the dim specter of being further marginalized, denigrated, and dispossessed. With almost nothing left to lose, we must develop and implement our own special brand of "siege mentality." It is well past the time for the White race to adopt the courage, intrepidness, and grit of our forefathers and ancestors. Passive, cowardly behavior is not only irresponsible and imprudent, it is disrespectful not only to oneself but to fellow Whites, dangerous, and downright suicidal.

On a somewhat borderline related matter, George "Dead Groid" Floyd was not "killed," as stated in the article; "Dead Groid" Floyd freely chose to commit suicide by ingesting enough fentanyl to kill fifteen horses. The fact that the cannibalistic negro community has canonized "St. George of Fentanyl" should not EVER be cause for a responsible corporation altering its hiring and promotional policies to assuage one group--the barbaric negroes--while overtly committing racial discrimination, and even wholesale firing members of another group, the White race.

However, there IS a horrific and tragic story of a harmless young White man who was brutally and horrifically murdered by the Dallas Police Department when its so-called "police officers" treated this young White man in the most inhumane fashion possible. His name is Anthony "Tony" Timpa; here is a synopsis of his murder.

As expected, the whole of America has long-since forgotten about Anthony "Tony" Timpa, a young White man who was heinously murdered by the Dallas Police Department by hog-tying him with plastic cable ties (also known as "tie straps" and "wire ties") and sitting on him until he suffocated and expired. Unlike George "Dead Groid" Floyd, Anthony Timpa had NO police record, having not ever been in trouble even once in his murder-shortened life. Mr. Timpa was a somewhat mentally challenged individual who made the HUGE mistake of calling the Dallas Police when he felt he might be a danger to himself.

That phone call cost Anthony Timpa his life. To the Dallas Police who murdered Tony Timpa--one was an affirmative action hire negro--it was all a big joke...something they laughed and joked about until they realized they'd murdered the young White man.

Unlike Derrick Chauvin, the Minneapolis Police Officer whose life has been destroyed--ruined forever--for following the Minneapolis Police Department physical restraint guidelines and following them in textbook fashion, the ONLY punishment imposed upon the Dallas Police officers who murdered Anthony Timpa was a minor suspension that was challenged by their union. They have long since been reinstated with full backpay.

The last I had heard about this case it was winding its way through the courts--through the legal system. I know that Tony Timpa's mother, Mrs. Timpa, had filed a lawsuit against the Dallas Police Department. I also know that Mrs. Timpa's life has been all-but-destroyed by this senseless, depraved murder of her son, Anthony.

Consider the Art Institute lost territory, White Vengeance. And when the congoids burn it all down in a some future fit of monkeyshines and destroy the art forever, remember: the art can be replaced so long as we Whites replace ourselves through procreation while keeping an eye on quality.

Yes, I have considered the Art Institute of Chicago "lost territory." Any time an establishment, business, organization, community, etc., is infected by the mere presence of subhuman, cannibalistic negroes its final destiny is sealed, and it will be harshly deposited on that massive pile of negro-destroyed trash known as "lost territory." My short post (above) was of my own particular brand of sarcasm--a bit of gallows humor irony directed at a futile attempt to replace skilled, knowledgeable, passionate, long-tenured White docents at the Art Institute with ignorant, low IQ, subhuman negroes whose sum total knowledge of precious art is about the same as that of building a successful society and living as civil human beings--both of which negroes are utterly incapable of doing.

It is tragic, though, that the Art Institute of Chicago, a museum whose amazing collection of precious, priceless art pieces painted by some of Europe's finest and most brilliant White artists--an impressive list of European history's finest White artists ever--is being uprooted and destroyed in the name of "multiculturalism" and "diversity."

In my previous life, living first on the South Side of Chicago, Illinois, and, later in the southwestern suburbs of Chicago, I had the privilege of visiting the Art Institute of Chicago at least ten times. While I am certainly no art critic, I know more-than-enough about the magnificent, unequaled accomplishments of the White European race to recognize a piece of art for its unsurpassed beauty and and for the intrinsic value it affords to those who cherish and hold in the highest esteem the indomitable history and accomplishments of our exceptional White race.
Any White person who can see the threat to the future of the White race today and who refuses, whether from cowardice or selfishness, to stand up for his/her people does not deserve to be counted among them.
