However, in these types of civil cases, major corporations will oftentimes quietly settle out of court to avoid costly and incredibly time-consuming litigation, and to avoid undue bad publicity. Should this White man lose, he always has the option of appealing the case. The fact that this case is a class action lawsuit bodes somewhat better for this White man. Since there are apparently multiple plaintiffs it is possible the attorneys' fees and legal fees will be divided among several / many, instead of only one person bearing all the costs. Obviously, in a class action lawsuit, should the plaintiff(s) win the case a disproportionate amount of the settlement is paid to the lead plaintiff(s) and that might dissuade others from joining the lawsuit as co-plaintiffs. Nevertheless, the greater the number of plaintiffs, the more pressure it puts on the defendant and the defendant's legal counsel.
I realize that the idea of a White person suing a major corporation for racial discrimination almost borders on the revolutionary; but somewhere, somehow, the White race must "draw a line in the sand" and, once a company steps over the line and commits racial discrimination, we Whites must learn to fight, and fight like hell. Until we White people learn to defend ourselves at all costs, we will continue to be pummeled into extinction. The White race is now at a dangerously critical point in our history--either we fight or we face the dim specter of being further marginalized, denigrated, and dispossessed. With almost nothing left to lose, we must develop and implement our own special brand of "siege mentality." It is well past the time for the White race to adopt the courage, intrepidness, and grit of our forefathers and ancestors. Passive, cowardly behavior is not only irresponsible and imprudent, it is disrespectful not only to oneself but to fellow Whites, dangerous, and downright suicidal.

EVER be cause for a responsible corporation altering its hiring and promotional policies to assuage one group--the barbaric negroes--while overtly committing racial discrimination, and even wholesale firing members of another group, the White race.

NO police record, having not ever been in trouble even once in his murder-shortened life. Mr. Timpa was a somewhat mentally challenged individual who made the

That phone call cost Anthony Timpa his life. To the Dallas Police who murdered Tony Timpa--one was an affirmative action hire negro--it was all a big joke...something they laughed and joked about until they realized they'd murdered the young White man.
Unlike Derrick Chauvin, the Minneapolis Police Officer whose life has been destroyed--ruined forever--for following the Minneapolis Police Department physical restraint guidelines and following them in textbook fashion, the
ONLY punishment imposed upon the Dallas Police officers who murdered Anthony Timpa was a minor suspension that was challenged by their union. They have long since been reinstated with full backpay.
The last I had heard about this case it was winding its way through the courts--through the legal system. I know that Tony Timpa's mother, Mrs. Timpa, had filed a lawsuit against the Dallas Police Department. I also know that Mrs. Timpa's life has been all-but-destroyed by this senseless, depraved murder of her son, Anthony.
