Donald Trump took to his Twitter account to raise questions in and around what the Wall Street Journal reported was a 'Phenomenal Result', far exceeding established precedent for wrongful conviction case:

The settlement still has to be approved by both a judge and the city's comptroller. While the case was extremely high profile, there was no rationale given for the unusually high dollar amount of the settlement.

The expected federal lawsuit settlement between the City of New York and the "Central Park Five" for $40 million would dwarf past wrongful-conviction payouts by the city, plaintiff attorneys said Friday.

The amount—which is subject to the approval of Comptroller Scott Stringer and a U.S. District Judge—works out to almost $1 million for each year each man spent in prison.

"It's a phenomenal result," said Nick Brustin, an attorney who has settled several wrongful-conviction suits and isn't involved in this case. He said it "is right up there with the highest settlement that I've ever seen."

For comparison, in May, Mr. Brustin helped settle a lawsuit for $8.6 million on behalf of an upstate New York man who spent 19 years in prison for a murder he didn't commit

Fairstein was in the NYPD "Sex Crimes" unit that prosecuted the five at risk, underprivileged urban youth (read "street niggers") back in 1990. She has said, like Donald Trump, that they are guilty, but do not expect a pro-White POV from her. This Semite just pretends to be White.

I remember when this story actually happened. I was like ten years old at the time. The story was horrifying. I think everyone in New York City was enraged, i never thought i would see the day when her attackers where awarded millions of dollars. If anything this woman should be the one that is most outraged. But I think somewhere along the line I saw her speak about her story for the first time since she finally recovered(after being a vegetable for a pretty long time and having to relearn pretty much everything again) and she actually forgave the people that did that to her. I don't know how anybody can forgive someone like that. That screams bleeding heart liberal to the core. But in a way maybe her attack helped New York clean up the black problem, as there is fewer Black crimes than there was in the 80's, but that's only because of a heavy police presence. I still wouldn't recommend taking a walk through Central park at night, or even the day time. There are blacks hanging out there in the bushes (literally), and you never know when one of them will lunge out of a patch of grass. I'm not even trying to be funny here, there are literally bushy, rocky areas in that park especially where the running trail is that goes around this small lake, and it seems like blacks are just hanging in the foliage like west African Gorillas. I don't know what this woman was even thinking going jogging night time in that hell hole. Even with a gun you would still feel like you are out on a safari and might have to use it. ideally the streets and parks should be safe from that type of nonsense but this is not an ideal world we are living in. If something drastic happened and the police were no longer there this city would descend into Chaos. Also I noticed that while there is strict gun control here in New York, yet black on black shootings seem to be a frequent occurrence in predominantly black neighborhoods. So that means really two things, 1)Gun control is a farce, and 2)blacks are much more prone to homicidal violence. I think if they couldn't get their hands on guns they would still be hacking each other to death like they do in Africa.
