Through sign language and translation help from their son, Diann and Jimmy Kelley said they were in their kitchen when three black men—Charles Gayles, Jeffrey Richardson, and Charlonte Smith—broke through a back bedroom window, entered their home, shut the lights off and attacked them. 68-year-old Diann Kelley said the men flipped over the kitchen table, tied her up with duct tape over her mouth, wrists, and ankles, and beat her husband over and over with the ends of their rifles. "He says they just kept beating him with the guns. He can’t count how many times they hit him," the Kelley's son, Kevin, said through translation. "His hands are all swollen they hit his hands because he was trying to cover his head. They broke that finger. They broke his ribs." When the men left with duffle bags worth of their belongings, Diann was able to rip the tape off her mouth, find a knife to cut the tape from her ankles, and run for help. Jimmy is now back at home after suffering two broken ribs, an ear that had to be stitched back together, and gashes in his head.

Jackson woman disfigured in hate crime wrench attack

Jackson police and Central Mississippi CrimeStoppers are asking the public for help identifying someone who attacked and robbed a Jackson woman in late June.

The burglary and assault took place on June 28 around 5:15 a.m. at the victim’s home in the 800 block of Adkins Boulevard. Police say the intruder forced his way into Aidan Blasingame’s home and assaulted her while she was in bed. They said Blasingame, 26, was severely beaten with a crescent wrench and sustained severe damage to her face and mouth, and all of her teeth were knocked out.

The suspect, identified only as a tall, thin black male, got away with Blasingame’s keys. The incident is being classified as a burglary/aggravated assault.

Machete Wielding Syrian Refugee Hacks Pregnant Woman To Death In Southern Germany

This is the third attack in southern Germany – an Afghan refugee, an Iranian dual citizen, and a Syrian refugee – in less than a week:

“A Syrian refugee wielding a machete has killed a woman and injured a man and another woman in Germany before being arrested by police. The attack happened in the south western city of Reutlingen near a doner kebab stand in a bus station at Listplatz Square. German media have been reporting that the motive for the attack in the city south of Stuttgart was unclear.

It is believed a man passing the incident in a BMW car ran over the man, knocking him to the ground, before he was detained by police. One eyewitness told German newspaper Bild: ‘The perpetrator was completely out of his mind. He ran with his machete even behind a patrol car.’

Police spokesman Bjoern Reusch said in a statement Sunday that witnesses said the 21-year-old man, who was known to police, was having an argument with the woman before attacking her about 4:30 pm. …”
