The ISIS Enigma

Post by Martin Graves » Mon Mar 09, 2015 12:32 am

1. IS(IS) has unequivocally stated that it will not attack Israel. Instead it spends its time killing fellow Muslims.

«داعش»: الله لم يأمرنا بقتال إسرائيل
IS(IS): "God commands us not to fight Israel"
You can use a translation website to read the text for yourself.

2. The New York Times reported in 2007 that Abdullah Rashid al-Baghdadi, the head of the Islamic State, is a fictional character played by an actor.

3. It certainly seems that IS(IS) is working for the interests of Israel and the US.

Everything in this 4plebs link is sourced. While it is not definitive proof it does make an interesting case. Make sure to read the images in the first two posts and to review the maps.

4. More inconclusive but convincing evidence.

5. I will remind you that the leader of IS(IS) was in US custody for 4 years before being released to wage Jihad in the name of establishing a Caliphate.

"Al-Baghdadi is not believed to have appeared on video before and there are just two known photographs, one dating from his time in a US detention camp in Iraq from 2005 to 2009."

It would certainly be interesting to find out about his time in US custody. At the same time, how can the US claim to know so little about him if he was in their custody for four years?

Redacted files about "Baghdadi" released due to a FOIA request:

Baghdadi’s detainee I.D. card lists him as a “civilian detainee,” which means he was not a member of a foreign armed force or militia, but was still held for security reasons. His “civilian occupation” was identified as “ADMINISTRATIVE WORK (SECRETARY).” Although his employer was redacted. As of 2014, he was listed as being 43 years old though his birth date was redacted. Baghdadi’s birthplace was identified as Fallujah.

6. Syria, under the leadership of Assad, was the only thing standing in the way of a new pipeline project.

"In 2009 … Assad refused to sign a proposed agreement with Qatar that would run a pipeline from the latter’s North field…"

7. Netanyahu said: "To defeat ISIS and let Iran get nuclear weapons would be to win the battle, but lose the war".

Yet, leaked cables show that he is lying about the Iranian nuclear program. Even the former Mossad chief called the claims that Netanyahu made about Iran before congress "bullshit".

And, of course we all remember Netanyahu's now infamous quote about the invasion of Iraq:

“There is no question whatsoever that Saddam is seeking and is working and is advancing towards the development of nuclear weapons – no question whatsoever,” Netanyahu, then a private citizen, told the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on September 12, 2002. “And there is no question that once he acquires it, history shifts immediately.”

Sounds eerily familiar to his false statements about Iran, doesn't it?

Finally, lest we forget Netanyahu's comment following 9/11:

Benjamin Netanyahu told an audience at Bar Ilan university that the September 11, 2001 terror attacks had been beneficial for Israel.”

CONCLUSION: It appears that ISIS is doing the work of the US and Israel: Balkanizing the Arab nations into warring factions and small powerless sectarian states. Divide and rule.

Either the Yinon Plan is actually being implemented, using IS(IS) and the sectarian animosity within the Muslim community as the vector or it is phenomenally coincidental that from Sudan, to Egypt, Libya, Syria, and Iraq the essential tenets of the Yinon Plan are being implemented to one degree of success or another.

In addition to serving the security interests of Israel the destabilization of Syria also serves the interests of the Gulf oil and natural gas producers (excluding Iran), the US, and Europe by paving the way for an alternate pipeline.

All of the above would certainly explain many of incongruities that we see in US foreign policy, especially with regard to our decision to arm and fund Islamic groups in Syria as well as the Saber rattling with Putin in Ukraine. It is only Syria, Russia, and Iran that stand in the way of the pipeline and Iran is the only powerful "unfriendly" neighbor of Israel that has not yet been destabilized, fractured, and balkanized.

TEHRAN (FNA)- Chairman of Iran's Expediency Council Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani underlined that the Takfiri terrorist groups, including Boko-Haram and the ISIL, have been formed and are supported by the Zionist regime.

"Deviating streams like the Taliban, al-Qaeda, Boko-Haram and the ISIL have been formed through the aid and support of certain countries, specially Quds Occupying regime," Rafsanjani said in Tehran on Sunday.

He further demanded religious intellectuals to take the lead and familiarize the younger generation with genuine Islam, "otherwise, extremist groups will attract the youth and fill their minds with superstitions and wrong beliefs".

In relevant remarks in December, Iranian Supreme Leader's senior adviser Ali Akbar Velayati underlined that the ISIL had been created by the West and Israel to pursue their interests in the region.

"The ISIL has actually been created by the western colonial powers and the Zionists because whatever this terrorist group does runs counter to Islam and the rules of all Islamic sects," Velayati said.

He said the Israeli regime could use the destruction of Muslim holy sites by ISIL as a justification for the destruction of the Al-Aqsa mosque.

Also in December, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei described the ISIL terrorist group as just a branch of the Takfiri stream which had troubled the region, and said ISIL was serving the US and Israel's interests.

Addressing the political and religious figures participating in the 'International Congress on Takfiri Streams in the Eyes of the Islamic Ulema' in Tehran, Ayatollah Khamenei described the Takfiri stream as a problem imposed by the arrogant powers on the region in line with the US and Israel's interests, and said the Takfiri stream should be considered as a phenomenon beyond the ISIL as the terrorist group was only a branch of the Takfiri stream.

"The Takfiri stream and the governments which support it completely move in line with the goals of the arrogant powers, meaning the US, the hegemonic European governments and the Zionist regime, and are practically at their service under an Islamic disguise," he added.

Ayatollah Khamenei said diverting the Islamic Awakening was one of the goals pursued by the arrogant powers by supporting the Takfiri streams, and said, "The forefront of Muslims' struggle in the region was focused on the occupied Palestine but the Takfiri stream changed this frontline and moved it into the streets and cities of Iraq, Syria, Pakistan and Libya and this is one of the Takfiri stream's crimes which cannot be forgotten."

He underlined that another instance for showing that the Takfiri stream was serving the US, Britain and the Zionist regime was that its supporters didn’t even showed a minimum opposition to the Zionist regime and even collaborated with the regime in fighting the Muslims.

The Supreme Leader described destruction of the Muslim states' infrastructures as another instance of the Takfiri stream's services to the enemies of Islam, and said the stream also took the world attention off the 51-day Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, leaving the Palestinian resistance groups and people alone in their defense against the Zionists' aggression.

He stressed that the so-called US-led anti-ISIL coalition was nothing but a lie, and said the US airdrops of military equipment and weapons for the ISIL displayed much of the truth.

He also underscored the Muslim Ulema's responsibilities in the current situation, and said they should form a scientific, logical and pervasive campaign to uproot the Takfiri stream.
