- Stella Mednik: "My aim in life is to help people get out of situations that feel that they have no way out. I take pride in working with immigrants of all counties as I am in the legal consulting business. I had to travel that difficult route as a child, and if I could lighten the strain of the immigration process for every immigration family I would... Having said, that I maybe a sarcastic bitch on this site but i Love people and get them results "
Stella Mednik, 34, of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, has been hit with a slew of charges including drunk driving, criminal possession of a controlled substance, four counts of serious injury, leaving the accident scene and refusal to take a breath test, sources said.
On her profile, the attorney claims experience in immigration and family law as well as dabbling in the same criminal prosecution she now faces.

But in 2011, a state Supreme Court judge ordered to suspend Mednik’s law license because she mixed her practice and personal funds in the same account and bounced business-related checks, according to court documents.

“The respondent testified that during the relevant time period, she was emotionally distraught and unstable due to various mental health issues and the medications prescribed to treat her condition,” says the court record.
Mednik blew a .185 on the Breathalyzer after crashing into cars and pedestrians in front of a Forever 21 store between Seventh Avenue and Broadway around 10 p.m. Wednesday.
Mednik’s rampage started as she was heading west on 34th Street between Seventh Avenue and Broadway when she rear-ended a Subaru SUV, cops said.
She then backed up and made a U-turn, heading east on the packed street, weaving in and out of traffic, sometimes crossing the yellow line into oncoming lanes.
At one point, a Toyota hit her at Sixth Avenue, and then hit the cab of Kulijit Singh.
“The car was flying,” Singh said. “I was very nervous — and then I got hit. The car was out of control.”
The Mustang mounted the sidewalk and hit the victims as it screeched to a stop in front of Forever 21.
