Apparently he did not get the memo. Plus I don't think there is any rule against this type of thing or question on the TLC taxi licence test which gauges your political ideology. Maybe the need to implement that because It seems like this is already a crime(at least in the eyes of the ADL it is a crime). Seriously though I wonder if this guy could have a legal case against the Taxi and Limousine Commission for punishing him for exercising his first amendment rights(assuming of course this mocha man is really a citizen, which is really anyone's guess). Even if he did have a case though where would he find adequate legal representation to fight the TLC, and possibly the ADL which would probably send a lawyer to the defense of the TLC if this was to become a legal matter?
When I first saw the armband in the car window I was thinking hmm there is actually a white neo-nazi Cab driver in New York? But then I wasn't surprised to find out this guy was really a brown skinned Dominican, because after all I can't really remember the last time I saw a White person driving a taxi cab in New York City. It is almost an exclusive Towel head Racket these days. Also someone pointed out to me that this guy was wearing the band on his forearm, instead of above the elbow where it was supposed to be worn. Which kind of makes me think this guy was wanting to be seen flaunting this Swastika. I don't know what his motivation was (who really cares though this is coming from quite possibly the nuttiest city on the planet).
