A god came to me at night
And shook me shaking from my fright
As I was waking to his sight
He sent me headlong into flight
You are the one he said I've chosen
The soul of whom shall not be frozen
A timeless world is yours to be
If you will only follow me
I swooned and fell aback
Taken so soon from my rack
And upon the older world did look
To see how his prophetic part I took
