Very few people associate the word “work” with “Africans” so it’s neither a shock nor a surprise that workplaces try (surreptitiously to be sure, no one wants to be deemed racist) to keep the blacks at bay when it comes to employing them. No one expects the negro to be on time, to get up early, or do a decent day’s labor, and no one expects him to be a striver or a type A personality, or to stay later or come in early to clear off his desk. Motivated, hardworking, meticulous, punctilious, painstaking and diligent are not words that immediately spring to mind when you think of the black man; no one thinks the blacks are the go getters of the world or that they go the extra mile on anything. Quite on the contrary anyone who has thought about it for two minutes knows that the negros are lazy, listless, and shiftless, that they are work shy and layabouts and ne’er-do-wells who seek to evade and elude buckling down or bucking up. When the crunch time comes and everything hits the fan they won’t rise to the occasion but will wilt like an unwatered flower and flag, drag, sag and lag. Ooohhh boy this be hard has been known to escape their lips and a man’s got to rest is their confirmed and considered opinion. None of this will stop the grievance mongers and monsters ensconced in the grievance industry from turning this truism upside down and explaining away the negro’s remarkable lack of success with what they deem to be the all-purpose word for all seasons: racism. It’s their word plenipotentiary that waives aside all reality, and their slot machine that is always coming up all cherries. So open up your pocketbook White man and keeping on giving the gift that is required to always keep on giving; if by now there is even anything left.

And the world of work and business is a natural location for this mania for anti-racism to take root. In any natural order of things where people are making a living the colored will naturally fall far and then ever farther behind. And their only hope is to be propped up by an ad hoc ideology based on sour grapes, and grating grievance, grift, and gripes. And so it is not surprising that they have put out study after study to show that the black man has not now and has not ever once got an even deal; and to cow the managers into submission and pay their perverted Danegeld and vig to the Jews in order to scratch and eke out a living.

And you can be sure off the supine nature of our society she had made much more than a nice living. Her own promo material states that she helps workplaces become (you’ll never guess) anti-racist. She’s a self-appointed DEI consultant which is akin to sinking all the wealth piled up in the course of centuries and liquidating it in a Jewish fire sale. She’s twice been a Tedx speaker and if you should happen to wonder what Tedx is they are self-styled Ted like talks, sort of a knock off second rate or cut rate or bargain basement Ted Talks, the poor man’s Ted Talks. And the Ted Talks themselves are neither no great shakes or anything to write home to mother about and certainly no bargain. So she could not even make the big leagues of the small leagues, she had to settle for the red headed stepchild of the Ted world, a world in which full blown morons in problem glasses get up miked up on a faux hushed stage and pace about like they are important and lecture grade A cretins in pontificating tones about an idea worth forgetting. To hear her talk you can see she’s one big-lipped nigger with a cut rate weave and she’ll tell you all about the equity and the anti-blackness. Somehow or other (no one is really sure how) she was given a PhD in something risibly called Industrial Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on, of all things, hiring bias. That things had gotten so out of hand and rotten in the academy I suppose we all already knew though I am not overlooking the fact that she got it online from a fly by night school that by now has gone the way of the world or, in lieu of that, out of the bottom of a used cracker jack box.

It’s called BWG Solutions and she has won an award for it or at least that’s what she says but you know how those niggers lie. She touts her business as helping organizations through (this you would never guess in a million years) diversity, equity and inclusion. What she really is doing of course is siphoning of the hard earned cash, or a form of rent seeking, where nothing is produced but her coffers fill to the brim. The managers are buying something though, nothing as tangible or as crass as a product, nothing you can use or consume or process or that is ready at hand. But on the other hand they are buying something which you can’t put a price tag on: racial insurance. You bring her in by giving her the ducats and let her rip you a new one about your endemic bigotry and suggesting all sort of ways the negro can be given a boost. Even before the checks are cashed she’s given you a prognosis on the racial colonoscopy she just inflicted and the odds are not south of certain that it will be negative. And when she’s done you can promise to do better by eradicating the bias and exterminating the last vestiges of the legacy of White people; and for your trouble she gives you a provisional clean bill of health though she will definitely suggest some expensive follow up sessions to access her expertise and checkup to see if you have remained on your knees like a well-trained dog. But the short-term dividend is you can then present a clean face to the world and be seen to be on the side of the angels and escape the worst of the anti-racist opprobrium, at least for a while. Or at any rate this is the process that I glean from my study of the racket in question. And she has racked up over 23,000 You Tube viewers to prove it.

One of the best strategies is implementing objective criteria into workplace systems. Do you have a calibration process in place so that there can be discussions among managers about employee evaluations? Think about integrating objective methods into workplace systems to actively decentering whiteness in the workplace.”
You can bet your last dollars (if you can still find them) that objective criteria is the absolute last thing they want. Objective criteria would be mean less blacks in the workplace than ever before (by definition), it would mean rousing the greasy pole climbing consultant monkeys’ sorry hides from their puffed-up sinecures and getting down to be serious business of working. Just recently in a very cautious and roundabout way full of circumlocutions and euphemisms a Harvard study all but admitted that the basket case condition of current South Africa is caused by their black racialization of all social policy, the affirmative action, the race set asides, the enforcing of water and exports right by mandating so many backs hired, legs up the for the African in all aspects—and the result is calamity. And here too you see it in declining efficiency and declining productivity and then one day a bridge collapses and people scratch their heads and wonder how it could have happened in America---of all places.

So sit coldly in your office and quietly contemplate how vaunted the future could have been and the indignity of the come down. And as you see the work of the ages suffering and the missed numbers and the faulty calibrations on the specs let no one say they have not been warned to think twice before crossing that bridge. And for all our enemies interminable assaults none of it could have ever happened if we had stood our ground in a common front. The traitors among us have flung endless shit at the fan and it’s flying halfway round the world before anyone can give thought to cleaning it up. Which is just as the old Anglo-Saxon saying says if you invite Jews into the nursery to feast off the souls of your children don’t expect the weather report to call for nothing but sunny days.
