Death By Diversity

Safe to say the city by the Bay (the gay bay, that is) has gone resolutely around the bend and fosters a lunacy all its own. It used to be a gritty working-class town but now it’s known world-wide for its feces laden streets and it’s feudal lifestyle where the rich and famous step over needle junkies every morning on their way to the limousines parked in the street. Rank and file businesses (business which were shameless hod carriers for BLM) have left in droves, gone packing and heading for the hills when one too many niggers menaced their young and hip employees. So it’s not a surprise in late breaking news (Judicial Watch just got the goods) that almost two years ago a coterie of nobs in the interstitial bowels of the bureaucracy there green-eysaded some anti-White claptrap meant to kill us cold. It seems that the initiation rite for entrance into these scam laden precincts is avowing a hatred of the White race and all of its wondrous works. The priests and the hierophants of racial justice police the rancid ranks of the rank and file resolutely and no outliers have crept in unawares.

“The San Francisco Office of the Treasurer and Tax Collector (TTX) released an internal memo in February 2022 announcing its plan to advance the agency’s Racial Equity Initiative, a document obtained by the Judicial Watch showed. TTX hired a firm to give racial equity assessments, facilitate discussions on systemic and historical issues of racism and host class sessions on racism to ensure that employees use a racial equity lens, the memo said. The department also announced that it would strive to ensure that the agency’s decision-making and hiring processes would become more equitable.”

One of the mild ironies in all this is that currently San Francisco is swimming somewhat against the tide of the rising tide of color. That is, San Francisco, unlike every other big city in the formerly White world, is getting more White. Now when you read the numbers they are always misleading (as they emanate from Jews) as you can be sure among those who are called White is a high incidence of Hebrews. But by the book they say that by 2040 San Francisco is set to jump from its current 43 percent White to 52 percent. Those are some pretty sorry numbers in any case and this is a function of course of it clearing out the lower classes and leaving only the masters of the universe and derelicts, drug addicts and winos. And you can bet your very last dollar that any White people remaining in San Francisco are not obsessively going on White Biocentrism to see the latest masterpieces being churned out an alarming rate; more obviously they are cucks and traitors who would as soon cut us as look at us. And you can be sure too that even with this small (very small) rising tide of Whiteness (and kikes too, don’t forget) it won’t stop them from bellowing and bellyaching belligerently about diversity as if it is their life blood; and the last remaining spics and niggers will be a prized commodity in a shrinking market and will have the pick of the place even if they will never be the pick of any litter.

“The sessions should build a foundational understanding and framework for racial equity in the workplace and basic terminology and definitions, the memo read. The learning sessions must help the Core Teams to push beyond this shared understanding to address topics such as: the role of team members in leading organizational antiracist changes and make recommendations to transform practices that are heavily influenced by white-supremacist culture and practices.”

Above and beyond the White Genocide aspect of it this is the worst of the worst kind of jargon. My mother told me never to trust anyone who can’t write like a dream. If they can’t majestically unroll sentence upon sentence like a smooth flowing stream they are probably either hiding something (behind mass of awkward and tortured phrasing) or don’t have their head screwed on right enough to think straight. As for this “foundational” understanding that’s just one of those big words which sound impressive but are only camouflage for a lack of an ability to speak clearly. Then after the crabbed exposition they blazon out what they think are their big guns: anti-racist changes and white-supremacist culture. They’ve been hoodwinking people with their byzantine circumlocutions long enough to know that these are their towers of strength and their hour of power and few can withstand them. Indeed, when someone fires off white supremacist it’s enough to make most throw in the towel and confess that they are beat. They have not proved a thing but the cowardly and the weak know the writing is on the wall (and on their job evaluation) and that it’s all too rich for what is after all their very thin blood.

“The memo detailed how the TTX would ensure that management positions become more diverse by identifying group norms and biases to combat in the department’s workplace. TTX also mentioned that it would foster conversations through interactive workshops about systemic and implicit racism to introduce equity in the workplace.”

Now comes the Human Resource laced mumbo jumbo and the social psych two-step. The whole thing is a scam it moved right through being a movement and transformed straightaway into being a racket. This reeks of the faculty lounge and the ideological psychological straitjacket, they have their very important category like “group norms” that once got written up in the journal Psychology For Every Problem, and they referenced the Milgram (born in New York to Jewish parents) fake experiment. You know the one where he had immaculate lab coated actors telling the subject to turn the screws even while the stand in for the holocaust victim screams just like Shlomo used to when he finally got it through his thick skull that it was gas he was getting not the water (that’s the tale they tell as far as I can glean with my admittedly rudimentary research methods). What they are saying is that any White man (it’s always a White man) is capable of anything in terms of group think, you just get the authority figure (ie, the Fuehrer) to shout loud enough he will herdlike bring out the Zyklon B canisters and start hosing everyone down like Bull Connor did those niggers with the water canon. What they really want is for White men to eschew groups altogether, groups of White men that is, because they know that groups of White men are a mortal threat to them. Better to have us think that the group is always biased towards itself (you bet it is!) and to think “independently” and “individually” and without their bête noir bias---and sink the race in interactive workshops which will be little more than pillory sessions for the White man. This is how the operation works by the Jewish book. If it’s more complicated than that I’ll have them eat their tiny hats.

“Following the release of the memo, the TTX created a survey in May 2022 to pinpoint where employees needed training to improve racial equity, according to an announcement of the plan. The TTX found in the survey that while the overall department viewed racial equity positively, the agency still needed to improve its promotive options for people of color and how it responded to racial tensions, the survey’s conclusions recommended.”

It’s death by diversity by the gods; and what are people going to say in that survey? That they don’t want to die? That they don’t want diversity? And that the very last thing they want is to die by diversity? Not in their heart of hearts they don’t but then in the dagger company of the boys from the HR department no one wants to wear their heart of hearts on their sleeve. But to the blandishment of the survey they will respond blandly that of course they are pro racial equity. No one wants to be a monster do they? And so armed with the complacent complaisant compliance they cough up one last sickening word that slices English to its core: promotive. In this case what they mean is that the options for the tar monsters and the greasers will be ratcheted up to a fever pitch. The men at the top have foisted this foregone conclusion on the rank and file and most just want to keep their head down and survive another day in this anti-racist jungle. It’s not survival of the fittest it’s the survival of the most mendacious, as long as the mendacity has credentials behind its name, a lot of putative research to back it up (they have footnotes and a bibliography so it must be true!), and the bought politicians and the in the tank media to back it up all undergirded by a passive public most of whom couldn’t decipher their backside from a hole in the ground (on a good day) and half of whom are scared to get involved. It’s the perfect field day for them to lay on the whip and the lash and make yet another bureaucratic stronghold a stronghold of the Jews, another captured administration, in their quest to slowly strangle us to death by diversity.
