The Whiteness Of The White Paper

You knew it was inevitable. They’ve gone after white paint and the phrase “whiter than white,” and they’ve turned a cottage industry of deconstructing Whiteness and turned it into a mega industry and a going concern. If it has anything to do with the word white they want to ban it; if the word white is involved it’s on the outs. You can no longer say white as the driven snow (too much purity for their blood), or white sheep, or the white hats, white magic, the great white hope, and definitely not free, white and twenty-one, or it’s awfully white of you. And don’t think about saying it’s a white lie because that means it’s a good or innocent one. Nor is white as a ghost acceptable in today’s milieu, likewise white heat, white noise, or the White man’s burden; bled white, the men in the white coats, though you are permitted to wave the white flag of surrender. But with all this fervor of anti-White rhetoric the one they now are after is that usually meaningless governmental emission known commonly as the White Paper. You see the White Paper is supposed to be authoritative and the final and official crystallization of a long train of thinking. As such the White Paper is whiter than white and has to go. As does everything white.
“A group of Canadian scholars argued recently (September 19 2023) that the term white paper should be scrapped due to its problematic racial and historical context. Despite the fact that paper is white, the experts — researchers, librarians, Indigenous leaders, science policy experts and advocates in the topics of racism and decolonization — agreed that hierarchies inherent in the creation of white papers are seen as artifacts of colonization. The group also noted white paper is exclusionary to some groups, and evokes racism, privilege, power or oppression.”
Yes, the paper is white, that’s what galls them the most. A squeaky-clean white sheet of paper, pure perfection upon which anything you can imagine can be written. White paper looks immaculate, it looks cleaner than clean, it is a totalizing thing with no imperfections. In their heart of hearts they’d like to go after the white paper itself but time and custom (and let’s face it) convenience augurs ill for it. But that won’t stop them from going after the White Paper even if the more fundamental problem (the white paper) must for now remain.
“Questioned by community members and partner organizations about why we are still using the term white paper the chairs for women in science and engineering (CWSE) began a journey of discovery into the history of the term and data gathering on how the term is used and perceived. Our research team discovered that the term White Paper is used by a wide range of professionals to describe material made available to the public through non-traditional publishing.”
This was no majestic journey of discovery and there was no data gathering. The moment they saw the word white in White Paper it was a foregone conclusion that the days of the White Paper were done. For what is a White Paper? It’s the official word from on high, it’s where the department gathers their “best” minds and thoroughly researches a subject. What they come up with has the stink of officialdom, the utter imprimatur, it’s the long and the short of it, it’s the final word. What appears in the White Paper is supposed to have been delved to the roots and explained in totality and is supposed to stand the test of time. In fact most White Papers (if not all) are as disposable as cheap one ply toilet paper as they emanate from the confines of airless rooms where green eye shade maggots dwell like cretinous trolls under a bridge. But in theory at least the White paper is that most sacred of things with an aura of magic; the voice of government, the voice of the best and the brightest, the word of the smartest people in the room, the voice of the gods themselves. It has the thudding sound of the final and unappealable authority, is a blinding appearance. And to associate such a collection of formidable and forbidding meanings with white is not allowed. And so the White Paper has to go. As does everything the least bit white.
“The historical significance in Canada is different than other countries because of a specific policy paper: The White Paper, 1969 (formally the Statement of the Government of Canada on Indian Policy, 1969) which refers to a Government of Canada policy paper proposing changes to the Indian Act. The policy itself was strongly opposed by Indigenous peoples.”
They used to say White Canada Forever but then the Jews got in the act. Apparently up in the formerly great White north this one White Paper was the White Paper of White Papers, was the Ur-White Paper, was the granddaddy White Paper, and so you can see why the Marxist Maggots there are a bit sensitive and touchy on the subject of White Papers. Ironically the government was led at the time by the current faggot’s pretend father Pierre Trudeau, the one whose wife left him for a globetrotting life as an international slut who bedded down a motley array of idiots such as Ted Kennedy, Lou Rawls (here she dipped into the hot chocolate), Mick Jagger, and Fidel Casto, the last of which sired the current maggot and faggot. Safe to say the lady got around, her legs were like a fool and his money---soon parted. As for this progenitor White Paper itself it abolished Indianness as a status, and proposed to treat the Indian equally. Of course we should have killed them all but short of that put them on reservations or in zoos or Wild West shows. But here the Indians themselves objected, foreseeing perhaps a time when their status as Indians would be all they had and would be a cash cow with which to wring concession after concession, and garner adulation far and wide, and of course, last but not least, be given some cold hard cash. In the end this White Paper (1969) lasted one year before it was rescinded, as the Whites acceded to Indian wishes, not for the last time by any means.
“Discussion of white that identified biases of white as good, and black as bad occurred as early as the 1970s (Burgest, 1973.) The practice of categorizing terms as white or black to denote good and bad is racially biased. Equating white with authority also implies superiority of peoples or individuals based on race. No matter the intent of the authors, or the historical origin of the term, white paper is problematic because it is meant to connote authority.”
That Burgest fellow really blew the lid of it did he not, he had an amazing grasp on the patently obvious. White means good and black means bad? Do tell! You have your white hats and your black hats, you have your black as night and your black hearts and you have your white knights and your whiter than white which means pure and innocent. It does not seem like the public needed to pay for a paper on something like that. But to say that it is racially biased is not true, it’s biased towards reality. Take one look at the noble faces of the Nordic and the Aryan man with their clean lines and steady and open gaze on the one hand; and then the grim visages and the horror laden faces of the negros which are stunted and despicable; watch the Aryan man in action with his heroism and his intelligence and then see the blacks with their submental idiocy and their criminal propensities; is it any wonder that in the common iconography and parlance that white signified the good and black the bad? This is no ex post facto social construct; this is language as a clear eyed medium.
.
“We invited experts from across Canada to attend a consultation meeting to explore the use of the term and gather personal and professional views on creating a new naming convention. Participants included academics, researchers, librarians, Indigenous leaders, science policy experts and other leaders who work or are advocates in areas of racism, de-colonization and who use or would be impacted by the term. The group agreed that White used to connote authority in general is an issue and the hierarchies inherent in the creation of white papers are seen as artifacts of colonization. The term is exclusionary to some groups, and evokes racism, privilege, power or oppression.”
They had a big confab to excoriate Whiteness; all of this is on the public dime but instead of doing something useful like studying the impact of immigration on the fabric of a nation (what fabric is left), or delving into why the Indians drink themselves to death, or why blacks are so criminal, studies which would open the eyes of the paying public, these academic helots are studying the horrors of White Papers. Clearly they are not in the main current of the intellectual avant garde, but rather are pulling up the rear and muttering in the corner. Indeed, in the old days they would have put out a White Paper on the sinister nature of White Papers but they don’t want to go that meta; so they will conjure up some other meaningless words like “position statement” or “policy outline” but here’s the thing: tradition and custom matter and words matter, and the phrase White Paper has pride of place. Everyone knows right off the bat what a White Paper is, and what it signifies: the final analysis. But when they put out a “resource” or “brief” people will think it’s just another run of the mill memo. In their cases it won’t matter because they produce drivel; but if any government ever wants to alert the public that the Jew is behind every malefaction known they will want to revert to the White Paper.
“This work to-date has deconstructed the term; and shapes the starting point to retiring and renaming the word white paper. Language that embeds a new term must be inclusive, non-racialized and take into consideration the historical context. Using white as synonymous with authority is the antithesis of inclusion. To heal from the past and support the process of reconciliation, we propose ending the use of the term white paper and creating practices for naming documents that align with the United Nations Declaration on Rights of Indigenous Peoples and the Truth and Reconciliation Calls for Action.”
They went for it; not content with pouring out the unadorned nonsense they had to attempt to inscribe it in the high flown Jewish diktats of a sordid international bodies. And in order to underline and highlight their groveling nature this big powwow and wigwam of anti-Whiteness was capped by the by now requisite land acknowledgment That is the scholars did not want anyone to think that they were anything less than respectful to the miserable creatures who were aimlessly roaming the land before the White man with his superior organizing powers and skill made landfall.
“We respectfully acknowledge the Syilx Okanagan Nation and their peoples, in whose traditional, ancestral, unceded territory UBC Okanagan is situated and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation in whose traditional, ancestral, unceded territory where the focus group event took place.”
Someone should really issue forth one of those by now out of fashion White Papers in order let the world now how sad and pathetic these sniveling nobs really are.
