Everyone knows that affirmative action is unconstitutional just as everyone knows the constitution is now a running joke. When the negros were given civil rights they swore (on a stack of Bibles) that all they wanted was legal equality. The moment the ink was dry on the law they immediately demanded legs up which meant hand outs. The most famous of all of these giveaways and legal advantages were race preferences in school admissions which began to go by the deceptively anodyne name affirmative action, a phrase which first reared its ugly head in an internal bureaucratic memo in the Kennedy Administration. That is the government was hell bent on saddling White people with legal disabilities in order to worship negros and give them that strong paternal and helping hand which they so desperately required. But as is said now wherever there has been past discrimination there must be present discrimination, and so on until infinity.
Now it looks like the Supreme Court is going to become "virtuous" and outlaw race preferences. Except when you read the fine print of what they are saying they are really not. Trust me, the universities have been awaiting this day and they have plenty of backdoor ways to get their pet negros and Mestizos in. It will just be White genocide by another name, but it will be White Genocide all the same.

The sickening thing about what is happening now is that White people have been suffering under the regime of race preferences in university admission for fifty years but not one conservative in all that time would step up and say explicitly that White people were being harmed. But now that Asians are being harmed (they are people of color after all) the conservatives to a man scramble all over each other to be the very first to rush forward and decry that the Asians are being harmed. So much for them. May they roast in hell for all of eternity.
What happened at the beginning is that everyone knew that race preferences were illegal but so overwhelming was their perceived need to help the coloreds that they created ad hoc epicycle after ad hoc epicycle to make it all (barely) work out. Finally they hit on the risible "compelling interest of diversity" argument, which was a fig leaf for crime. The case went thuswise: all students at universities benefit from racial diversity, which is a dubious claim and the opposite in fact is accurate. So we will allow race preferences not to discriminate against some people, or to give an advantage to others, but because the whole university student body benefits from diversity, thus diversity is a compelling interest. This is a Rube Goldberg argument, and even if you believe that diversity is an ipso facto good it remains true that universities as such do not have rights. Under out system people do. But none of that mattered, the pretty birds had squawked and they had their case law and no one was going to make a big fuss about it. No one wanted to make the black kids angry.
Earlier a Supreme Court justice had promulgated the real theory of the case with an Orwell meets Alice formulation which went we cannot let equality become a stalking horse for Supremacy.
Think about that one when you have bad dreams.
Because one way or another under our present system, by hook or by crook, it's always the White man who gets the shaft.

Back in 2003 the liberal justice Sandy Day O'Connor, who only got her position because she was a woman, put a date certain on ending affirmative action: 2028. When the ruling class promises to end something by date certain, something which has harmed White people, you know they are about to pull a fast one. They have to publicly pay lip services to being against what everyone knows is not right or legal but they have plans and provisions to make end runs around what is merely right. Once the race preference regime started taking a hit a while back the Jews at universities pulled the word "holistic" out of their collective backsides, saying that they would judge each student on a holistic basis, meaning that they would not per se give them advantages because they were spook or a sombrero wearer but it would (definitely!) be taken in to account when they took in the big holistic picture. That is holistic is a Yiddish word meaning approximately "let's hose the White man and let's hose him good."
John Roberts famously said that the way to end race preferences was to end race preferences. But they are not going to end race preferences. It will just go by another name.
And even were they were to do it we would merely be replacing the creation of a sinister black and brown "elite" with equally sinister Asian overlords. Which is the very definition of a Hobson's choice. The time when ending race preferences would have substantially helped White people has come and gone. That's why these cases are coming to fore now.
"Conservative Supreme Court justices indicated that they are willing to end the explicit consideration of race in college admissions as they weighed cases challenging affirmative action policies at the University of North Carolina and Harvard University."
Note that the word "explicit"--the preferences will just go underground and emerge in a new location. They are just shuffling the shells on the table but nothing any good is under any of them for While people.
"Members of the court's conservative majority questioned the legal rationale for allowing the practice and probed to what extent colleges and universities could enact new race neutral admissions policies aimed at improving racial diversity."
No sooner than they are (not really) going to end race preferences than they are contemplating a soft landing of sorts where they can stand up their with a straight face and say: see, no race preferences here! But do it in a way so their Valhalla of diversity is being being preserved. And when you see this kind of mental shuffling, and intellectual contortions you know that Rube Goldberg is on the line and you are about to get the knife in your back.
"Some justices said they would be willing to allow the practice of applicants discussing their racial identities in some form as part of essays touching upon their experiences, such as examples of overcoming discrimination."
Here we go: so Meshawn and Hector get to talk all about how evil Whitey did them wrong, and they get to tell lachrymose stories of their suffering in which they will make it as plain as the nose on a Jew's face that they are black or brown. So no box was checked, no words were used, but the essential message got through. And they will be admitted accordingly. So what this really is is a not so clever apparatus by means of which they hope to perpetrate a ruse to bamboozle the rubes.
"Liberal justices, who are in the minority, defended the use of race in admissions, citing the importance of diversity on campus and the difficulty of achieving it without any consideration of race."
They are in the bag anti-Whites, you got a Jew, a negro, and Puerto Rican, which is an unholy trinity.
"Affirmative action is strongly supported by educational institutions and corporate America as being vital to fostering diversity and condemned by conservatives as being antithetical to the notion that racial equality means all races are treated the same."
The universities and the corporations want to kill the White race and giving advantage to the coloreds is one plank in that plan; and the conservatives are not that emphatic on having it be equal, they are squeamish and want to use another epicycle to save the appearances of diversity and helping out the dark races. They never met a principle the couldn't wobble on or water down, or a hard line that they couldn't erase and re-draw somewhere further back.
"But some conservatives seemed more open to at least some recognition of an applicant's race as part of the process. If box-checking is not allowed, would it be acceptable if Harvard were allowed to take into consideration what an applicant would say in an essay about having to confront discrimination growing up and how he or she did that? Chief Justice John Roberts asked."
Here comes the back door--which will soon be the front door. They will never end this because they can't end it. They know in their hearts that the coloreds are just not up to intellectual snuff, and somewhere deep down they know that this is not due to racism or historical injustices, or slavery, or redlining, or (god forbid) Emmett Till. It has to do with the fact that they simply don't have the mental bandwidth to make the grade, and this lack is innate. So instead of just putting an end once and for all and making it illegal on pain of punishment to use racial preferences they end it but massage it in a way that it can continue in what they think is a less flagrant way.
"Conservative Justice Amy Coney Barrett, a former professor at Notre Dame Law School, was among those who seemed sympathetic to considering what she called a student's experiential statement that touched upon race, as opposed to the box-checking."
This is that big hearted Catholic lady and Great White Mother who adopted those Haitian niglets so you know where her big heart comes down on this one.
"Barrett wondered whether the 2003 ruling in which 2028 was set as the end date for affirmative action was grossly optimistic in suggesting that race might no longer need to be considered after the quarter-century aspirational deadline. What if there's no end? she asked."
What if there is no end? That's the plan. That's what they intend. They will fiddle with the methodology and they will give the Asians their boost, and they will mask what they are doing. Conservatives will seem pleased that the "law has been reasserted" all the meanwhile the universities will go on under the radar (and in an undetectable way) giving preferences to the blacks and the browns. It's as if the ruling class realized all at once that they are engaged in unimaginable corruption and that the public was starting get antsy and riled about it. So they knocked their heads together and made a big show of stamping it out, though what they were really doing was concocting a more devious way to continue the corruption but with a sleight of hand of subterfuge making it so no one can prove a thing.
