Have you heard this story before? Back in the day a prominent White man saw that the burgeoning White Settlement in the West was being threatened by Indians. He got a posse together, paid for it, and had the full backing of the White Government. Naturally the Indians didn't stand a chance, and progress ensured. But many years later some brain damaged White people (brainwashed by Jews) looked up the story and it made them queasy. Unfortunately these people wielded great power, indeed they are the prominent men of today, and they control a well-known law school which was named after that White hero from long ago. And after much consultation they decided that the legacy of that hero they can't abide; so they strip the law school of his name. The people that do this of course are not fit posterity of that great man from our great past. But in the evil age we live in they hold the power
"In 1851, the civilian governor of California declared that a war of extermination will continue to be waged until the Indian race becomes extinct."
Shame is they did not go extinct. And so their remnant is around to wreak havoc on the memory of the past. And the astonishing tales of the names come tumbling down.
Back then the governor of California prophesied extinction for the Indians; today the governor of California signed a bill that took the name off that law school.
"The UC Hastings College of the Law, California’s first law school, will soon no longer bear the name of its founder, Serranus Clinton Hastings, whose legacy includes profiting off the killings and displacement of Native Americans in Northern California."
It's the oldest one in the book.
“We cannot have a public institution with the prominence that it has named after someone that committed genocide on Native California Indians,”
Who says?
Nowhere is that written in the book of time.

In Bay Area (formerly) Hastings Law School is the poor cousin of Boalt Law School at Berkeley. The ones that can't get in to Boalt go to Hastings, and end up down scale on the ladder of success. Or rather they used to go to Boalt, it's no longer called that due to the fact that the man it was named after was an "anti-Chinese racist"--whatever that means. Imagine that. He wasn't totally for a massive flood of low waged Chinese Coolies undercutting White wages and destroying the White way of life. What was he thinking?
And for that matter they don't go to Hasting anymore either as the man it was named after had his name taken off as well.
The White names keep coming off.
"This prompted my own research into this sordid chapter of California history when the crimes were committed against Native Americans often under color of law or, at times, orchestrated by the State of California itself. This historical review led to the conclusion that California’s first chief justice and attorney general, and the College’s founder, Serranus Hastings, bore responsibility for killings and brutalities against the native tribes of the Eden and Round Valleys, located in what today is known as Mendocino County, and most of all against the Yuki tribal people."
Not the Yuki!
So said the Dean of (formerly) Hasting Law School. You can bet the Yuki are about to get a windfall. Should any Yuki want to be a lawyer they'll fit him out with as much money as it takes, they'll drive him to and from class, they'll pay for everything, and then they'll get him a job where he can sue White people for the crimes they committed by being superior to the Yuki.
"A Prominent law school in San Francisco named for a 19th century rancher who sponsored deadly atrocities against Native Americans has a new name after California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed legislation approving the change. It was among several bills concerning indigenous people that the Democratic governor and former San Francisco mayor signed into law on Friday, which he declared Native American Day in California."
Every day is Native American Day, and Negro Day, and Mestizo Day in the formerly great State Of California. This name change had to be done by the Governor because there was a legal technicality that California had promised never to change it. Does that make them Indian givers?
"The school was founded in 1878 by Serranus Clinton Hastings, a wealthy rancher and former chief justice of the California Supreme Court who helped orchestrate and finance campaigns by white settlers in Mendocino County to kill and enslave members of the Yuki Indian tribe."
That's one way to put it. Another was that he was a member of one of the last generations not to be beholden to a sniveling liberalism and simply went out and did what it took. There were no qualms then or scruples; and the moral niceties practiced by the brain damaged today would stun and shock them; in the old days most societies practiced ancestor worship in one form or another; today they practice the opposite of that: ancestor hatred. In the old days White men acted so they would live up the examples of the men that went before, the forebears; today men act in ways so they will gain the approval of their grandchildren; this is a civilizational sea change; but you can be sure the likes of Hastings could not conceive of a world where their actions were called in to question. They knew what the Deans of these law school never will: what it takes to create a civilization from nothing; from out of the earth and from out of unremitting hard work.
"The assembly bill that changes the UC Hastings College of Law’s name and restorative justice initiatives toward a Northern California tribe has officially passed. AB 1936, authored by Assembly member James C. Ramos, D-San Bernardino, strips the name of UC Hastings’ founder Serranus Hastings, who orchestrated massacres of the Yuki people, one of the Round Valley Indian Tribes in Mendocino County."
When a Ramos passes judgement on a Hastings you know that time are tough.
This of course was not enough for the Indians. But even the biggest cucks on the planet put foot their foot down on this one. As much as they might have personally thought it right they knew that few would want to go to that interview having written down "powe'no'm" as where they graduated from. Even in this woke day and age the eyebrows might get raised to the scalp.
"But many also felt let down because their proposal for a new name was dismissed. They had suggested the name Powe’no’m, which means one people. However, on July 27, the college’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to change the name to College of the Law, San Francisco."
That's it, College Of The Law, nice and generic, nice and nondescript. It's doesn't have quite the ring of "Hastings" but then the College Of The Law never built a civilization from scratch or killed dozens of Indians doing it. The College Of The Law never pushed West with the long term future of the race on its shoulders; and The College Of The Law certainly never paved the way for White World Supremacy.
"In an interview Friday, Faigman said the report, which was delivered to the board of directors on Sept. 11, 2020, told a very disturbing and horrific story of Hastings promoting genocide to his own benefit. It found that Hastings, who came to California during the Gold Rush era, paid for and promoted expeditions in the Eden and Round Valleys of Northern California that resulted in the deaths and displacement of hundreds of Yuki Indians, whose land he later took for himself. Hastings later donated $100,000 in gold coins to the state to establish the law school in San Francisco."
Don't they owe some one $100,000 plus interest compounded over the years. What, are they Indian givers? And he most certainly did not go it out of greed or for himself, that is the greatest slander of all. He did it for us.
Thank You.

This Hastings was no fly by night pioneer; he put down roots, and indeed it was his impeccable resume and pedigree which made them hesitate to remove the name in the first place. You see he wasn't just a lawyer or a judge, he wasn't just on the California Supreme Court, he wasn't just one of the chief justices of the Supreme Court, no; he was the very first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, pre-dating Rose Bird by more than a century. For lawyers in California then Hastings was something of the granddaddy of them all, the very first one in the Golden State and, as such, you might hesitate to call him a genocidal maniac.
But that that they did
"Hastings was California’s first chief justice, from 1850 to 1852. In 1878, he donated $100,000 of his considerable wealth to found Hastings College of Law. However, between those times, Hastings was the mastermind who helped lead the assembly, financing, and state-sponsorship drive for the genocidal Eel River Rangers militia expedition in 1859 that killed hundreds of Native American men, women, and children.
For that we should have pinned a medal on him. For that he should be revered and lauded from now to time immemorial. Just how do these cretins at the "college of the law" think the West was won? By diversity, inclusion, and equity. No way! It was won by an unremitting aggression to pursue and kill the enemy wherever he may be. Not by outreach, or reconciliation, or coming to terms with anything; these are the phrases of a beaten people
"The operation of the company of men called the Eel River Rangers seem to have been well known to Hastings. The captain of the Eel River Rangers, Walter S. Jarboe, a notoriously violent Indian fighter, kept Hastings apprised of the Rangers’ activities in back-channel reports. For Hastings, Henley, and the local white population, the operations of the Rangers were a huge success."
You see the continent wasn't big enough for the both of us. It was us or them. The Indians were a semi-nomadic people who clung close to nature and lived within its confines; the White man had other and deeper designs, obviously; that we did not let any type of conventional morality or Christian belief interfere with that future is to their eternal credit. The White man in the fullness of his glory in the 19th Century is always a sight to behold.
"White immigrants flooded into Northern California in 1848 due to the California Gold Rush, increasing the settler population of California from 13,000 to well over 300,000 in little more than a decade. The sudden influx of miners and settlers on top of the nearly 300,000 Native Americans living in the area strained space and resources."
This is the bottom line. Except that when given unfettered free rein the White man could expand those resources. 600,00 people was taxing the land, but with the White man's genius millions could live their with ease within a hundred years. Too bad most of them are brain damaged by Jews and would agree with taking down the name. With Jews no amazing deeds go unpunished.
"An 1851 legislative measure not only gave settlers the right to organize lynch mobs to kill Indians, but allowed them to submit their expenses to the government. By 1852 the state had authorized over a million dollars in such claims. In 1856, a San Francisco Bulletin editorial stated, Extermination is the quickest and cheapest remedy, and effectually prevents all other difficulties when an outbreak of Indian violence occurs."
That was how the West was won and how it could have stayed won. That is how you win your face wars. You can push them off the land but in our days they survive to become grumblers and then they become the superstars of the Jewish elites. Pretty soon and overnight the trash of history is having money rained down on them, are having libraries named after them, honors are heaped on them, and their defeat is viewed as a capital crime. They become pets and they become weapons along side blacks. Right now the Indians are in the limelight and are the flavor of the day; back then it was just about Columbus day, but now it's about land acknowledgments, about rooting out cultural appropriation, about ferreting out the pretendians, and now it's about taking the word squaw off of public places, and of course the names changes in general. Extermination is quick and painless and then they are just a footnote in history at best, or a rumor, and no one can pick up their dead cudgel to beat you over the head with it.
"The book contains two sentences about Hastings. The first is that Hastings had facilitated the delivery to California Governor John Weller of a petition that requested the governor to commission the organization of a militia company to defend life and property in the Eden and Round Valleys north of Ukiah.
In addition to being Supreme Court Justice, and Attorney General he was a generally civic minded fellow, and well connected to. It must have been nice to really have privilege like that. And he had land interests of his own to protect and he was protecting that of others too. Back then the well connected looked out for White men, back then the powers that be were White all the way down.
"Walter Jarboe engaged men to hunt Indians, promising them payment from the state, or if Sacramento failed to pay, from the operation’s extremely wealthy mastermind, Judge Hastings, who owned an Eden Valley ranch and may have wanted to eliminate the Yuki Indians who lived in and around the Eden and Round Valleys in order to protect his stock.”
In order to protect his people as well; he knew that with the Indians around there would never be peace for his people. There would be raids and endless disputes over right and so forth. For him and his kind there was never the thought of any pussyfooting around; what seems hard and brutal today was common sense then; and if there is anything more moral than securing the living space and the future of your people I for one have never heard of it.

Surprisingly in this day and age of rolling over at the first sign of trouble some descendants of Hastings are making some trouble for the school. Of course in the kike infested world of American law they will get nowhere, but it's good to see them planting the flag. The only downside is they take the wrong tack and stand on the wrong ground.
"Six of Hastings’ heirs and a group of alums are suing to un-do the name change, filing a breach of contract suit against the state and school officials earlier this month in San Francisco Superior Court, They claim the school’s founder is the victim of modern-day cancel-culturalists, wrongly cast as the mastermind behind the massacre of hundreds of Native America
If they really wanted to give the Jews some major heartburn they should have made the case that he was in fact the mastermind, and that everything this school has and everyone else has flowed from that. You're damned right he committed genocide and he'd do it again in a heart beat. You got a problem with that?
They most certainly do.
But instead they will say he did not do what they say he did, thus conceding their predicate and giving the game away. Because what both sides agree on is that genocide against Indians cannot be justified and is very very bad.
When in reality it was a bridge which carved the path to the future.
"That’s because Serranus Hastings, who was also first chief justice of the California Supreme Court and the state’s third attorney general, bargained for the name in exchange for his gold. The school shall forever be known and designated as the Hastings College of the Law, a state law enacted on March 26, 1878, decreed, as well as stipulating that one of his heirs or representatives would always have a seat on the board of directors."
This is the crux of their case. A law was a promise and a promise must be kept, right? Ha! A promise? From these barracudas? They'll say the promise was in bad faith. Forever? Why, that pledge of perpetuity is not worth the paper the Jews printed it on. There was a law also that Charlottesville would never (never mind you!) take down that statue of Robert Lee. But the Jews in the corridors of power just shuffled some paper and put some ink down and voila! gone with the wind are the great White men. After all can one in good faith agree to be always evil?
"They argue that the state made a contract with Hastings that has now been breached, and that his heirs have standing akin to beneficiaries of a trust to enforce it. They want the Hastings name restored to the school. If that doesn’t happen, they claim they’re entitled to not less than the present value of the $100,000 worth of gold coin that founded the law school. The present value is unclear, but the gold -- an estimated 5,280 troy ounces -- is worth about $8.6 million today, not counting interest."
What are the Jews Indian givers? Worse than that--they are Jews.
"Boutrous counters that none of the plaintiffs is a party to the alleged contract or has rights under it. We’ve never seen a case decided by a court that distant relatives can enforce an alleged contract 150 years after it was formed.”
It was not an alleged contract. It was a law. Men of honor honor it. But we are not dealing with men of honor, we are dealing with Jews, which is a horse of another color.

Of course the name change is just the tip of the iceberg for these Bergs Steins and Witzes. Removing the name is just the appetizer for these hounds, they won't be happy until they give their entire endowment to the Indians. Of course this is assuming there are some Red Savages walking around who are willing (the do not need to be able) to don a suit with their ponytail and walk into the courtroom and sue White people for being white. It's a booming career path to tell from what you read in the news.
"The restorative justice focus led to a number of immediate initiatives, including the creation of the Indigenous Law Center setting aside space to memorialize and commemorate the history of the Yuki people, including the atrocities committed against them by the our namesake. We also established summer public interest fellowships to provide legal support to Northern California tribes, created the Restorative Justice Advisory Board and fundraised to support other initiatives between our two communities, including scholarships."
Holy shit--they're not kidding, they are going to bow and scrape and kowtow to the members of the powwow well past the time the cows come home. Coming to terms with, truth and reconciliation, reconstruction, social justice, and now "restorative justice," they have a million names for the same thing, don't they? Making White people feel guilt for what they have no reason at all to be guilty about---and then fleecing us for all we are worth. This isn't a cottage industry, this is a full on industrial endeavor, diversity is a billion dollar going concern; and so now not only is Hasting going to lose pride of place, in the school formerly named for him (forever they said) they will have exhibits and galleries dedicated to his supposed misdeeds---insult to injury for sure.
"The legislation also lays out restorative justice initiatives to be pursued by the college, such as renaming a law library with a Native language name, according to a statement from the governor’s office."
The whole school will be an homage to the Indians; if they are not careful even your average non-racist citizen might just think they are taking this a bit far; they wouldn't name the school after the Indians but the law library called after them---why not? There can be Merciless Savage wings, and Big Chief Scalp A Lot auditoriums, the Chief Drink 'Em Whiskey lawn, the Smoke 'Em Peace Pipe Hookah Bar at the Student Union, the Great Spirit In The Sky murals---the odd Indian who makes his way there will feel rights at home.
"On one hand, the passage is a huge victory for tribal members who will benefit from free tuition for Round Valley Indian Tribal members, pro bono legal assistance from the College of Law and the creation of a museum or cultural center among other initiatives,
Anything else we can get you? Some whiskey? A lawyer to get you out of a jam when you beat your kids? Can we load that EBT card up to the max so you can get your goodies at the Convenient Mart? The Indian is coming in to his hey day now and must be feeling his oats. The White man always back footed him but now he had pale face over a barrel, and will milk him dry until all the justice is restored.
"The effects of Serranus Hastings’ crimes against humanity echo in the conditions prevailing today for the descendants of his victims. The report’s findings are an opportunity to atone for sins of the past and begin to build a relationship with the Yuki tribe, Faigman said in a letter to the board."
I'm not sure about you but I felt rather good morally vis-a-vis the Yuki, in fact I had never heard of them and wish I never had. The idea that we would or should need to "atone" for anything that our ancestors did to them is downright ludicrous. Trust me had the Yuki been able to they would have ran us off in to the sea. And, needless to say, better them than us.
"In an op-ed piece in the Sacramento Bee, Faigman and James Russ, the president of the Round Valley Indian Tribes, said a recurring principal grievance of the tribe’s representatives was the erasure of Native Americans from California history."
That's not their problem now, no way; not only are they not going to be erased from California history they will play the starring role at this law school, at colleges, in High School Ethnic Studies Programs, on Indigenous People's Day, they will be so highlighted you'd think that history started and stopped with the Yuki and their purposeless bands. Now it's the White race who will be erased from the history of the West, in the future brainwashed and brain damaged students will exalt the red and the black and the brown man; but might wonder indeed how all those wonders they behold got here for use.
"Faigman said one of these efforts will include bringing middle and high schoolers from the Round Valley Indian Tribes to San Francisco to work with the college’s law professors on moot court sessions and practice debating."
They will stand them up straight at the big powwow, kit them out in those gray barrister wigs and they will mouth their why and their wherefores just like any big city lawyer. They will gesture and posture and walk their hour on the stage of the mock court knowing that all eyes are on them, the darlings of history, the darlings of the school. But the truth is you can put a monkey on roller skates but a monkey it is still; and you can put an Indian in a suit and have him declaim like Cicero but an Indian he will remain.
"In 2020, the college established the Indigenous Law Center, aimed to increase the school’s Indigenous law curriculum. The college has also created a commemorative space for the Yuki tribe in the building’s lobby, where stories of the Yuki people are centered. It also received a grant of $25,000 to record the narratives of Yuki elders and make them publicly available to students."
Anything else we can get you? Their history will be our history if this madness goes on any longer; what narratives could they have that would warrant that outlay? Now, this is just cowardice masquerading as morality; this is just being craven in the face of the alleged judgment of posterity. In a better and future world this kind of taking of the knees before the Court of history will have a stop put to it.
“I absolutely agree with a lot of people’s views, that Serranus Hastings, the acts that he committed were absolutely horrific and ought not to be honored Faigman said."
We made a pledge to ourselves forever; that the name would never change; and an evil Jewish regime comes in and rips up that paper and makes it moot; but he ought to be honored, honor and renown is what he won by the fame of his deeds. The Jews will never give back the money, but his reputation and his fame belong to us alone, not to atone for anything, but to vindicate him and do it forever.
