Back in 1964 in England a winning political slogan was "if you want a n----- for a neighbor vote Labor." Hardly anyone did want one. Hardly anyone would say it but hardly anyone did. Why would you? Who wants the noise of the chimps next to you, the crime, and the lower housing prices? Except Jews of course. Now the Jews have no intention to live next to the negros, well maybe one for show if he's all cleaned up, but the Jews most definitely want you to live next to a them. Justice and equality and all that.
Back in 1948 the Jews got the Supreme Court to sign off on you having a n------for a neighbor in Shelly v. Kraemer. The "ruling" said you could not keep them out of your neighborhoods. It was for all intents and purposes the end of White America, though many did not know it yet. Whites just moved further and further out. But pretty soon there's no place left to run.
It's hard to recall now that it's a multicultural favela ridden pest hole but California once took the vanguard in White Race Pride and was a White Paradise. A big part of that was that housing was kept strictly on the White basis. Whatever anyone said about the American Creed everyone agreed on keeping the community White, it was non-negotiable. Justice and Equality won't keep your kids safe, and they most certainly won't keep your White daughter from being raped by one of those African gorillas. Safe and sane means White to the end.
And back in the day we had the organizations and institutions on our side. Foremost among them were realtors, those people who always have their ears close to the ground when it comes to what people are seeing, thinking, and feeling. So they knew better than anyone how important it was to people to keep California White, it's what the customer wanted. And they were more than happy to do their part.

The realtors are the gatekeepers to the kingdom so it's good to have them on your side. In a way they pull the strings and they know which way the wind is blowing demographically. A famous analysis of Paris politics was written by a realtor because no one knows what's coming and going block by block than them. Certainly if you want to keep your home and place you live White it's important to have the people who can head things off at the pass on your side. As said, a White paradise.

And no decent person wants little White children rubbing elbows with race aliens, it's an abomination. This defeats the purpose of White paradise. This is why Obama's Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing was so insidious, it was an end run around the all-White enclave. Fair Housing is another euphemism for White Genocide. Fairness plays no part on it--it's life and death waged block by block.

You'd think that to whom a landlord in Santa Ana, California does or does not rent an apartment would be his own business, but as always Jews turned it in to a Federal Case. The Jews took this case all the way to the American Sanhedrin (Supreme Court) and got them to nullify Proposition 14 and reinstate the Rumford Act. Now you had to have a negro for a neighbor. Remember this when the Jews tell you about the threats to democracy. An American Court ruled that White Communities violated American Law and they did it at the behest of Jews. The people wanted no part of it. One man one vote? Ha! A few jews and it's the death of America.

If somehow the home prices are too high right now you can be there will a cheap apartment complex built nearby and those home prices won't be too high for long.

When it comes to the negros the only thing the Jewish Media likes to bloviate more about than redlining is Emmett Till--and that's s close run thing.

But if you live in California now and are not rich you may have no choice, and it's going to get worse. You can tell by a quick glance outside because there's nine cars in the driveway and a rotating case of race aliens seem to be coming and going night and day. Is there any excuse as popular as redlining for black failure? The alleged argument goes that blacks were denied housing so they were unable to build up "intergenerational" wealth. But Occam's' razor still goes with their unabashed laziness and shiftlessness and their low IQs. It's the solid part of the analysis.
When it comes to the negros the only thing the Jewish Media likes to bloviate more about than redlining is Emmett Till--and that's s close run thing.
"A lot of people have been denied wealth and things that they should be entitled to, Luckett added. And I’m hoping going from this point forward that we’re going to be in a better place, a better space and we’re going to be eventually one big group to make sure that we all are fighting for democracy and housing on a level playing field.”
Democracy is a code word for white genocide. Where was democracy back when Whites wanted to keep it White? Nowhere, that's where.

Democracy is code word for White Genocide. Democracy did not protect us then but appeals to it will kill us now.
"The California Realtor apology is part of a larger, nationwide reckoning Realtors are having with their industry’s role in promoting racial segregation since the early 1900s. The Chicago Association of Realtors apologized in 2018, the 50th anniversary of the federal Fair Housing Act. The National Association of Realtors issued a similar apology in November 2020, followed by recent apologies by Realtors in Atlanta, St. Louis and Minneapolis.
A realtors' racial reckoning. And all over this land White solidarity crumbles more and more. For them being White means having to say you're sorry.
"Historians document a different America at the start of the 20th century, saying many U.S. cities were integrated before a series of practices starting with exclusionary zoning and racially restrictive deed covenants began carving out all-White neighborhoods across the nation. The Federal Housing Administration promoted the practice by requiring new developments contain deed covenants or other barriers to non-White homebuyers as a condition for funding."
That bit about cities being integrated in 1900 is dubious at best, a product of ebony-colored glasses, but right they are about the big push for a segregated totality beginning in the 1920s. The rising tide of color was a slogan for a reason, people could see the dark swamp coming and they were unhesitant about taking draconian measures to stem it. A few weeks ago a book was released with the ominous title of American Midnight to discuss this period. It was written by a Jew (of course) and the blub vomits up the following nonsense;
"A brief but appalling era blighted by lynchings, censorship,—a time whose toxic currents of racism, nativism, red-baiting, and contempt for the rule of law then flowed directly through the intervening decades to poison our own."
The truth of the matter is that White racial pride peaked in the 1920s but also crested, and though it took few decades for the serious decline to set in set in it did.

Notice how they say the legacy of discrimination still exists; not discrimination. The only people discriminated against in America for the last five decades is Whtie people. In this day and age who would have the courage to keep out a colored if they qualified? Precious few if any. The fact is that the coloreds are not as smart as Whites and so don't make as much money and therefore they can't buy a home. This legacy business is pure lies and propaganda, but just as they will bring up Tulsa over and over again redlining is their favorite go to excuse and one they won't drop any time soon.
"The denial of homeownership led to a loss of housing appreciation that contributed to higher household wealth among Whites. CAR reported that less than half of Black households earn the minimum income needed to buy a home."
As said it's Redlining ad nauseum.
"The state Realtor group outlined a number of actions it’s undertaking to support homeownership in underserved communities, including support for efforts to repeal Article 34 and for other legislation promoting fair housing
Now in addition to being simpering craven cowards they actively plot against us. Once again it will be White people who will be discriminated against by not getting these sweet deals, and it will be White people who will have to bear the burnt of the race flooding of their neighborhoods. And it will be White people who in a land created by their ancestors will be forced to move further and further out. But White Genocide is nothing but the hunt for the last remaining White man. So never think that you just want to be left alone--they never will. They will hound and harry us to the ends of the earth if need be until the last of us is gone.
"The association also has partnered with housing groups in Los Angeles, Riverside and the Bay Area city of Richmond to provide grants of up to $10,000 to help minority homebuyers pay closing costs. The program has distributed or is now processing $755,000 in closing cost grants and has approved an additional $250,000 for future grant."
Expect this to be the tip of the iceberg. One way or another this is our money going down the rat hole, is us paying for our own dispossession.
"CAR recently sponsored a law requiring periodic implicit bias training for all real estate salespersons. Additionally, CAR. helped shape a new law that strengthens consumer protection in instances of appraisal bias."
They all now conspire against us, all the institutions and organizations which once belong to us have slipped from our control and belong to our enemies. Now the realtor won't look out for the Whtie man, but will look out to destroy him. Now he won't advise how to keep housing tracts and communities Whtie, he will see how to make them the home of coloreds. Now the realtor won't take our side without question but will take the side of our enemies in order to displace us. A home used to be a man's castle now it's a desperate redout out the windows of which he can see the tide of color washing over him.

This apology mania is truly sinister, most every White person it seems is apologizing for something. If they are not apologizing for slaver their apologizing for the history of racism; if they are not apologizing for Jim Crow they are apologizing for lynching. If they are not apologizing for police brutality they are apologizing for underperforming schools in minority areas. And now they are giving a great big apology for having done a great good deed: keeping our living space White. But what they are really all apologizing for is something far simple: being White at all.
But despite these public protestations of anti-racism you can bet deep down in their hearts, or if not there, deep-seated in their instincts, most Whites know what having a negro for a neighbor means, or having a Mexican, or a Guatemalan for a neighbor means. It means bad news for them and when they can they will vote with their feet, to seek out White spaces. Because when it comes to their families and their children they act in self-defense when they can. Because nobody wants a negro for a neighbor, all the propaganda notwithstanding. But if you live in California now and are not rich you may have no choice, and it's going to get worse. You most likely won't have a negro for a neighbor but you sure will have mestizos by the dozens and dozens. You can tell by a quick glance outside because there's nine cars in the driveway and a rotating case of race aliens seem to be coming and going night and day. And if that doesn't convince you just listen late at night, you can hear the chicken music playing, and it's playing the song of our demise.
