If you had to pick one story that is symbolic of the utter madness of our times you'd have to take a good hard look at Jay Silveria. He was the Superintendent at the Air Force Academy in 2017 when they found some anti-black racial slurs on campus. But instead of conducing an investigation of the matter he hauled in all the cadets and gave them an anti-White verbal lashing, all but calling them White Supremacists and telling any racists in the audience to "get out." Naturally the Jewish media latched on the story and the execrable speech he gave like a leech to its host, the headline being finally a White man stands up to racism in Donald Trump's America. Of course, it turned out to be a hoax, it was a black kid who did the anti-black graffiti. So did Silveria apologize? Was he mortified? Was he sheepish? Did he limp away with his tail tucked between his legs? Was he made to make a mea culpa? Hell no, he wasn't. In fact he was happy to receive an honor from the ADL for his actions "standing up to racial slurs."
Really, that's what happened.
But as heinous as that was in the category of story that most encapsulates the sheer present lunacy a lady named Shelley Joseph has Jay Silveria beat. And hands down too. No contest, really.
Compared to Shelley Joseph in the dark arts of treason Jay Silveria is bush league--a veritable piker. An also-ran.
You see Shelly Joseph was a judge in Massachusetts and one day in 2019 she had a criminal illegal alien defendant in her courtroom. She was alerted that ICE "was prowling the halls" outside and the Mexican invader would be deported the minute he left the courtroom. Joseph was a big believer in a "higher law" and she thought the agents in the hall were the epitome of evil. She knew better. So she concocted a phony story about a needing to see the attorneys in chambers and the invader came with them. Meanwhile she instructed the bailiff to turn off the cameras which he did, as evil works better in the dark. Then once in chambers the judge (the judge mind you!) had the bailiff take the illegal alien down some back halls and use his key badge to get him outside---and free. A criminal and an invader free.
It's a higher law, don't you see?

But no, she was indicted (thank the gods for small favors) and then the long drawn-out process of the "law" ground out its slow delay. And now Shelley Joseph, like the criminal alien she aided and abetted, is free as well.
The "higher law" has prevailed.
Or so they say.

Hack Rhode Island Senators Reed and Whitehouse recommended the miscreant U.S. Attorney who set Joseph free---Zachary Cunha. He's a made man now, having been blooded in the sinister arts of Bolshevik ideological payola. In their panegyric to him upon recommendation the Senators uttered these famous last words regarding Cunha:
"He has a record of holding the powerful accountable."
Safe to say these words did not stand the only test that ever matters: the test of time.
What a joke these people are. The powerful go skating. This woman committed the most heinous act imaginable, let a criminal illegal alien out the back door of the courthouse. But "democracy" is under threat from White Nationalists, we are the insurrectionists.

If you're in your in. And on the off chance you do get held up in Court for a crime, the states will shield you from ICE. It's true that not every judge will do it in as spectacular a way as Shelley Joseph did, but when jails and police departments fail to honor ICE detainers for illegal aliens they are doing the very same thing, if only in a more prosaic and thus "acceptable way.
But even what Shelley Joseph did has now been deemed acceptable, if you discount a slap on her wrist, which you should.
They should all be picked up in the first wave of arrests, put before a drumhead trial and executed quickly.
Some dare call it treason.
This Cunha traitor mealy-mouthed the following in his (ahem) defense:

Its purpose has been to shed light on, and, as warranted, to secure accountability for that conduct. Having done so, I have concluded that the interests of justice are best served by review of this matter before the body that oversees the conduct of Massachusetts state court judges, rather than in a continued federal criminal prosecution."
Read that again if you can stomach it. There is no reasoning there. He basically said relative to prosecution for an obvious crime: no, I don't want it, so there. He's basically treating it as a minor infraction to be handled intra lawyers, like maybe a rule of evidence wasn't properly followed, or something equally picayune.
But here's the thing: she let an illegal alien march out through her chamber, which is kind of a big deal.

If possible could you check in with the people who are going to go extremely light on you and wink wink with them so it looks like we did at least the something?
The worst that could happen to her is she would lose her law license, but that won't happen to her.

They also, in their words, established in collaboration with the Massachusetts legal community, an effective system that ensures free legal representation for all immigrants facing removal (deportation) proceedings who are unable to afford an attorney, on account of the complicated nature of immigration law and immigration court proceedings.
