On August 9 2021 Jews put out some legal gobbledygook full of paragraph symbols in which they claim that in Texas they are running a charnel house for underage illegal spics. In so doing they are asking a slope judge to spray her legal magic and toss money at them and release them and make sure the boo boos on Maria's shin are all better.
So to recap: on behalf of Mexicans some Jews ask an Asian to judge White people insufficiently generous with the money and their country.
What a world. But such is post-White America.
What's happening is that tons and tons of brown sludge-like humans are invading our country and our ruling elite won't do a damn thing about it. So in order to deal with the mess of sub humans washing up on our shores we have to store them in places where occasionally they don't have a toothbrush. So naturally all hell breaks loose.

Of course in truth abogado is a word these border hoppers have been taught, it means a great big White skinned friend who will smooth over any pesky legal complications and let them live with their uncle Jorge in San Antonio and get great big free stuff.

The 31 page text of the brief aimed at the gook in the black robe was truly a malodorous piece of work. It was written by an entity with a very ominous sounding name;

The brief on behalf of the migrant leeches in taxpayer funded facilities claims that the migrants are not in licensed facilities, that the facilities house children under 13, pregnant teens, teens who are parents, migrants who don't speak English or Spanish, that filth is commonplace, that the children don't trust that they are safe, that hundreds of the child leeches got COVID due to crowding, that the migrants don't have enough privacy, the many of the migrants are suffering from major depression, that they don't have enough recreation, that the staff is not well enough trained, there's not enough food, that the food they have is often undercooked, that conditions are unsanitary, that the conditions can cause irreparable harm, that there is not enough Spanish speaking staff, that sometimes the migrants cry at night, that sometimes the migrants don't have anyone to talk to.

The Flores Settlement Agreement imposed several obligations on the immigration authorities, which fall into three broad categories:
The government is required to release children from immigration detention without unnecessary delay in order of preference beginning with parents and including other adult relatives as well as licensed programs willing to accept custody.
With respect to children for whom a suitable placement is not immediately available, the government is obligated to place children in the “least restrictive” setting appropriate to their age and any special needs.
The government is required to implement standards relating to the care and treatment of children in immigration detention.

CBS News has reported that migrant teenagers held at the tent camp inside Fort Bliss have been constantly monitored for self-harm, escape attempts and panic attacks. Federal officials who worked at the tents have also described subpar mental health services and a jail-like environment.

In a declaration filed Monday, a 16-year-old boy from Honduras who was transferred to a more restrictive shelter in New York after trying to escape from Fort Bliss described his time at the Army base as "hell," saying he was served bloody chicken.

"In these circumstances, many children experience extreme boredom, lethargy, low motivation, hopelessness, and helplessness, all of which are symptoms and contributors to depression and psychological stress," Matlow wrote in another declaration, citing face-to-face interviews with eight teens.
"In court documents filed on Monday, the attorneys said children had been exposed to deplorable conditions, as well as receiving little in the way of religious and educational services or recreation. In the court documents, multiple children were quoted as speaking on how the conditions at the facilities negatively impacted their mental health."

Apparently this toilet cleaning illegal taco eater had a daughter who was 15 years old and was being detained in a Hollywood hotel frequented by drug users and whores. Thanks Mom and Dad! The Mexican lawyer went to see the hotel and was horrified by the squalor he saw so he straightaway advocated that the maid and the daughter go back to the kind and generous country called El Salvador. No, that's not right, what he did was petition the Federal Government asking it to for all time pick the White man's pockets and impose a charity program which would be available to any brown parasite under 18 who managed to violate out sovereignty. And the thing is, he won.
In essence what the Mexican lawyer got was a promise that in all future case of underage freeloaders they would have to be released within a matter of days, which means to a parent, relative, or into our foster care system.

"Jenny Flores was fleeing the civil war in El Salvador and became the lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit filed in 1985 that would eventually set the minimum standards for the treatment of migrant children and youth in the custody of U.S. immigration authorities."
Carlos Holguín, the Los Angeles lawyer who brought the case, is still defending it today.

"In 1985, two organizations filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of immigrant children detained by the former Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) challenging procedures regarding the detention, treatment, and release of children. The Flores Settlement Agreement imposed several obligations on the immigration authorities, which fall into three broad categories:
The government is required to release children from immigration detention without unnecessary delay in order of preference beginning with parents and including other adult relatives as well as licensed programs willing to accept custody.
With respect to children for whom a suitable placement is not immediately available, the government is obligated to place children in the “least restrictive” setting appropriate to their age and any special needs.
The government is required to implement standards relating to the care and treatment of children in immigration detention.
That is everything must be done for the poor little monkeys. They must be pampered, preferred, catered to, and taken care of.

CBS News has reported that migrant teenagers held at the tent camp inside Fort Bliss have been constantly monitored for self-harm, escape attempts and panic attacks. Federal officials who worked at the tents have also described subpar mental health services and a jail-like environment.

In a declaration filed Monday, a 16-year-old boy from Honduras who was transferred to a more restrictive shelter in New York after trying to escape from Fort Bliss described his time at the Army base as "hell," saying he was served bloody chicken.
"I felt anguished and hopeless," the boy said. "I was held hostage and I couldn't do anything about it."

Ryan Matlow, a child psychologist and Stanford University professor who interviewed migrant teens held at Fort Bliss, said children could suffer "clinically significant psychological harm" if they remain in large-scale sites like the Army base's tent camp for longer than a few days.

His clinical and research efforts focus on understanding and addressing the impact of stress, adversity, and trauma in children, families, and communities.
That's a lot of verbiage to say that he's all geared up to take us down.
"In these circumstances, many children experience extreme boredom, lethargy, low motivation, hopelessness, and helplessness, all of which are symptoms and contributors to depression and psychological stress," Matlow wrote in another declaration, citing face-to-face interviews with eight teens.
"In court documents filed on Monday, the attorneys said children had been exposed to deplorable conditions, as well as receiving little in the way of religious and educational services or recreation. In the court documents, multiple children were quoted as speaking on how the conditions at the facilities negatively impacted their mental health."

In debate on mass immigration with brown mud person Ramesh Ponnuru (he was the one moderately against it) Nick Gillespie (the putative tough guy who runs Reason Magazine into the ground) emitted this gem:

Gillespie, took a pro-immigration stance, arguing that more immigration is almost a complete positive on a national and local level.
