Old John Randolph was once asked what he thought of the constitution. He shrugged and said it depends, on the one had it's the greatest charter for human freedom ever devised by the mind of man, on the other it's a blueprint for tyranny.
As always it depends on who is running the show.
Now the constitution (such as it was) is in tatters and shreds. It's been made a mockery of at least since the illegal negro amendments were passed and the eventual rule by the 14th Amendment. Out of the blue the Jews found unsuspected specters of emanations and penumbras lurking unseen in its shadows by means of which they gave full protection to, for instance, the gays. That is James Madison's creation had been twisted and perverted to meet the needs of the new rulers, the Jews.

The gates got crashed, the names come down, the heroes get erased, they get devoured by the new ruling class, the Jews. Once there were giants in the earth but these tiny-hatted pygmies come along and tear them all down. Cut them down to size you might say, and soon nothing will be left of them but a rumor and then--oblivion. By all accounts John Marshall was one of those cultural giants. Cousin to Thomas Jefferson he ruled in the American legal field for over three decades. Indeed, it is not too much to say that the transplanting of Anglo-Saxon law and English Common Law was his singlehanded work. Such men should be honored forever not reviled in the present. That the opposite is the case shows that we have foolishly entrusted our sacred past and noble heroes in to the hands of our enemies. What in fact did anyone think they would do with them?
In Marbury v. Madison (most famously) Marshall gave us the notion of Judicial Supremacy. This is idea that the final say so belongs to the Supreme Court. It of course gave us Brown v. Board Of Education, but it also gave us Dred Scott, the first judicial notice that this was an exclusive White Country and from a legal point of view would always remain so. From the Highest Court Taney gave the opinion that America was formed as and always should be a White Man's Country, and as such negros were not and never could be citizens and certainly had no rights that we should respect.
Of course what the White Man giveth the Jews will take away. As Old John Randloph warned us it depends who is running the show. And now it's not the likes of John Marschall who are running it. Now a law school which bore his name is taking that name down. Which is a bit like the Basketball Hall Of Fame not having James Naismith in it.

You see a story like this presented as "a nation and a school coming to terms with its past" Yes, the by now infamous reckoning with race. You see a story like this is presented as moral and good--it's what a people do to rectify past wrongs. It's the right thing to do after all, they say. Most people will believe this. But of course when you take a closer look this is not what the story is at all. It's a story of Jews (who are not American at all) swooping in from the outside and destroying the good name of a White American icon. Of course they use the by now infamous White Guilt as their cudgel. So the story is not what is seems at first blush, and that story would be bad enough. But the real story is sinister and dark. As always it depends on how you look at it. And it depends on who is running the show

"The name change was approved unanimously Thursday by Cleveland State University's board of trustees to eliminate references to legendary U.S. Chief Justice John Marshall from the Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, in light of his history as a slaveholder."
Legendary indeed; but they will print the Jewish destruction of it. The Jews will dance on John Marshall's grave all the while pretending that they are Whtie and that this is a White man's reckoning, not Jewish predations. Why just the other day uber Jewess Julie Ioffe lumped in Sam Bankman-Fried with Elon Musk as "overconfident white guys" which isn't so much chutzpah as voodoo. With these Jews there is no depth of depravity they won't plumb. Because they have no morality, they only care about what good for them.
"The decision takes effect immediately. The words Cleveland-Marshall will be removed from the law school building, letterhead, and online site. The new name would appear on the next diplomas to be awarded in May 2023."
It will be full erasure. Any last trace of the great White man will be expunged. Any vestige of his image will be blackened and then removed, they want no one to know that once the school was "ignorant" enough to honor such a man. Soon enough a diploma from the past with the name of Marshal on it will be a curio; a curio that most will not want to own or acknowledge.
"Marshall is considered a giant in American jurisprudence. His 34-year tenure as chief justice of the United States is the longest in history. His 1803 ruling in Marbury v. Madison cemented the court’s role as an independent third branch of the government with the ability to override acts of Congress deemed unconstitutional."
The sin of sins for Marshall was that he owned slaves. But an even greater sin is that he is one of the greatest of the greats of the great White Past. A name to conjure with. These White men are like specters of outsized heroism, the ones who forged a land and a country from literally nothing at all. It is this reputation that the Jews cannot abide as they seek to expel all of them from the history books, and from the galleries, and from the names.
"The appropriateness of having John Marshall’s name on the school came under debate when the school received a petition in 2020 seeking its removal. Marshall also was a slaveholder. That prompted an exhaustive review, involving scores of people, said trustee Timothy Cosgrove, who chairs the board’s Academic Affairs and Student Success Committee. That committee on Wednesday (November 16 2022) recommended the name change to the board of trustees."
An exhaustive review my foot. When the Jews came up with this petition no White man was going to stand up for John Marshall, they didn't want anything more to do with him so they went along and hung him out to dry. So much for ancestor reverence. They flee from the ancestors like rats from a ship or Jews from the truth. They calculate: is there percentages in that? Are those dice we want to roll? Hell no! John Marshall owned slaves and anyway he's good and dead. That all is way too rich for their blood, they having abandoned blood a long time ago in exchange for a mealy-mouthed all persons are equal color-blindness. When the proposal came in they wanted to be seen as meek and craven and cowering and as assenting to the demise of their own people. The review was just a cover and a formality for a foregone conclusion: the White man must perish in his own land.
Anything else would be racist.
“This process was never about John Marshall’s contributions to jurisprudence and whether or not that was part of the curriculum at the law school, Cosgrove said. It was simply a question about does the Marshall name belong on the law school. Does it represent the values of our university and our college of law? That was the question.”
The question of course is are they sniveling nobs and it has been answered in the affirmative. And what values do they speak of? Jew love? Anti-racism? Cowardice? White Guilt? Catering to negros? Yes yes and yes again and again. Those are their values except those aren't values they are the death warrants of a people.

And it is here that the Jews come into the fray, or rather they were always in the fray but it is here that they crawl out from under their slimy rock and come to the fore.
"Paul Finkelman is an American legal historian and chancellor of Gratz College in Pennsylvania (the oldest independent institution of Jewish learning in the United States)."
So the book of Jew "scholar" is the what ignites this fury against a White hero; a Jew is instrumental in removing the name of a famous White man from a formerly White institution. Has anyone heard this storyline before? Thousands of times? It's always a mighty dose of poison from these poison dwarves, is it not? It reminds you of why Carl Schmitt urged German Professors not to cite Jewish sources in their scholarly work but if it was absolutely necessary to do so they should place a capital J in blue next to the citation in the footnotes. That is the only way to purge the Aryan mind of the fiendish Jewish mind hack--to make everyone aware of when it is happening.
Paul Finkelman is not an American Scholar. He's a Jew. It says so right in his name.

"Finkelman grew up in a small Jewish community, which formed his Jewish identity. During the 1967 Six Day War, he wrote letters to the editor at the Watertown Daily Times about Israel’s right to defend itself. He even considered volunteering for the war effort."

Bloomberg did you say? A Jewish President of an American University? Who ever heard of such a thing? Or whoever noticed except us? And what gives a Jew who has no affiliation whatsoever with America and American History other than the tenuous one of citizenship to pass judgment on John Marshall?

These are the kinds of people whom we have foolishly entrusted our sacred past to--Jews.

A country that allows a hardened psychopathic criminal to be the harbinger of everything that follows is in sorry straits indeed. Have you responded to the George Floyd Crisis? Did you see that White policeman doing his job? Did you see George Floyd drugged out of his mind in the liquor store creating a public nuisance? Did you see George Floyd foaming at the mouth? Safe to say these latter two were not the lead in the Jewish media.
"That committee, chaired by Lee Fisher, the Dean of the College of Law, forwarded a comprehensive report on the matter to an ad hoc committee which unanimously recommended the removal of Marshall. Bloomberg then forwarded the committee's recommendation and her endorsement of it to the Board of Trustees."
Lee Fisher is a Jew. Safe to say. No surprise there, right? Lee Fisher says that when his two children were bar and bar mitzvahed he saw them mature before his eyes, that is they were inaugurated into Jewish evil and he was therefore a proud father.
“It’s not until you actually see them on the bimah that you are moved because you do see a certain maturity and dignity that you might not have otherwise seen in your child.”

The Jew Fisher was a state senator and wrote a "hate crime law" which forbid White people from expressing themselves in their own defense, in fact he was a pioneer in the field of muzzling White people and putting the fear of the state into them.
"So I called the state senator who represented another portion of Collinwood and Mike White (who later became Cleveland’s mayor), and I wrote Ohio’s hate crime law. And we were one of the first states in the country to enact a hate crime law."
It's a dubious distinction.
When asked how his Judaism "meshed" with his professional life he gave this uber Jew answer:
"I was raised by my parents that you live your life to make a meaningful change in the world. I was president of my confirmation class at Suburban Temple and remember Rabbi (Myron) Silverman talking about the Hebrew phrase tikkun olam. He said tikkun olam meant repairing that small patch of world where you live and work."
He's been "repairing the world" by destroying it, he's been repairing the world by taking down White people left and right.
And of course "to mesh" means to bring to things in to alignment; but his Judaism is his professional life. When it comes to waging war on the White World they make careers out of it.

How horrible it is for blacks to have to live in a country that has the names of their former master all over when under their own steam the never would have got off their own dark continent. They take our money and they live off the social capital we created but the simple thank you is missing; instead they report being traumatized to sit in a room (a room created by Whites) that bears a great White man's name. If they ever did leave it would not bother me a bit if the door hit them on their way out.
“This is a conversation we’re having nationally about whether or not we are going to take this issue further as a country and really stand for letting Black students, students with ancestral ties to slavery, sit in buildings that are named after slave owners.”
The rhetoric of the shakedown is never far off for these eternal leeches, they take a big page from the Jew playbook in saying that it's never enough.
"We are grateful for this progress but are realistic about the amount of work Cleveland State University must do to repair its relationship with its students of color and their allies, and root out the many systemic prejudices that exist within this institution."
You can bet they have hand outs and legs up on their minds.
“In a majority-minority city, the Marshall name does not represent the community of Cleveland, the committee wrote in its final report. The petition from the community and from our students to drop the name Marshall from the law school is in keeping with continuing work to acknowledge the evil of slavery, the diversity and inclusion goals outlined by the university and the university’s commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for all members of our community.”
You could easily forget that this is a law school. To hear their propaganda you'd think it was a school dedicated only to seminars on diversity. It was a judge in California who back in 1969 saw where all of this was going. He said that once you breached the wall of merit and gave the negros advantages they'd take White people to the cleaners and so he has proven prophetic. We gave them an inch and they won't be done until they take our lives. When the good Marshall name came down the Jews had wanted to put up a negro name: Thurgood Marshall, or a few negros you've never heard of and never need to know about. But apparently even as far gone as we are down the primrose path to negro worship this was now a bridge too far, some of the alumni might have objected, so it's plain Cleveland Law School. But no matter the poison dwarf Jews roll on and will never let up and will brook no opposition until it's Nat Turner Law School and the last White man has breathed his last.
