1994: Marc Andreessen and Jim Clark found Netscape Communications Corporation, effectively beginning the age of the popular Internet.

Thank you for creating this thread.

I remember first using Netscape Navigator at the beginning of 1997 when I was taking a computer class at my local community college. I have good memories of the browser. :)

Hi John,

I used this as well for a long time as my first go to Web Browser. I miss Netscape...hell I just miss the old days and long for their return. Days long before the internet and this evil monster of technology.

Have you ever used any of the Linux distributions?

I've used Mint and Ubuntu a little bit over the years.

Linux is all I use for my computing. I run Ubuntu 23.04. A couple of years ago I jumped on board with Linux and never looked back. In my opinion, it is a far better operating system than Microsoft. More secure and stable and FREE.

I'm not actually using Linux right now, but I had used it for over 4 years on two different laptops.
