1780: Using non-White savages against Whites in an attempt to quell the American Revolution through terror against civilians, British officers lead 300 Mohawk warriors who attack and burn the towns of Royalton, Sharon, and Tunbridge in eastern Vermont, and take captives, including children, back to the Mohawk Reserve to be sold into slavery at $8.00 a head.
