TODAY IN HISTORY
1868: An alleged 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution is “ratified,” purporting to make Congoids into United States citizens. All of the Southern states, then under brutal military dictatorships, are forced by “law” to ratify it or forfeit all representation in Congress, making the amendment flagrantly illegal.
