Also on this day, in 451 CE, a combined army of Romans and Visigoths defeated the Huns and their vassals at the Battle of the Catalaunian Plains in modern-day France. (Also known as the Battle of Chalons.)

The Romans were commanded by Aetius, the last great Roman general. The Visigoths were led by their king, Theodoric, who died as a result of wounds he suffered during battle.

This White victory drove the Asiatic hordes of Attila and the Huns from Western Europe, and ensured the continued racial purity of the Aryan peoples and their culture.
