1891: The first public exhibition of Thomas Edison’s kinetoscope, the first motion picture display device, takes place. Edison, an incredibly prolific inventor, would later strongly oppose the Jewish debt-money system, publishing articles and booklets on the subject, touring the country with Henry Ford and meeting with public officials, and telling the New York Times in 1921 that “Gold is a relic of Julius Caesar, and interest is an invention of Satan.”
