The videos support the McMichael's account, but the Feds have been invited to "investigate" and make this a Federal issue too because Georgia doesn't have "hate" crime riders to their statutes. Federal law does. The one-two punch here is going to be very difficult for the McMichaels to survive the charges.

They're both going to need very good attorneys.

The McMichaels should be innocent, but will inevitably be found guilty.

I've seen comments online from the black community. They are foaming at the mouth for blood. It doesn't matter what new proof is presented. Many blacks attest that any evidence introduced that exonerates the McMichaels or makes Arbery look guilty - like the fact that Arbery entered a house under construction, or the fact that he had a hammer and was "jogging" wearing work boots, or the fact that Arbery ran towards a man with a loaded shotgun pointed at him and wrestled with him instead of literally doing anything else - are LIES by the "White supremacist government" looking to justify the wholesale murdering of negroes.

Ultimately, that's understandable. Black nationalists do not care about the objective truth; they care about what is in their best interest, and so should we. It is, as Dr Pierce once said, the morality of survival. What's disgusting to me is the amount of self-hating White people who follow negroes like Henny and whip themselves in the comments. Whenever Henny posts some anti-White rhetoric, you can be sure there will be dozens of people flogging themselves for being White below it. Ally Henny wrote "White supremacy wants y’all to think that white people’s fear and suspicion of black people warrants their murder. They want you to think that killing us is justified because our actions before we were killed gave them license to kill us," and the comment section is FULL of White people justifying this black criminal's behavior. Jeanne Jarecki said, "Your posts are working. My brain went just the opposite I thought oh maybe he was interested in buying th he [sic] home. He should be alive." Pathetic.

It's asinine to believe your actions have no consequences. Really, the fact that blacks feel safe "jogging" in White neighborhoods is more than what they give us. White joggers (actually jogging, not stealing) are killed in black neighborhoods without any media outcry (1, 2, 3, 4). We need to make our communities "no-go zones" for non-Whites, and expel or otherwise deal with the anti-White traitors within our ranks.

So while pro-Whites are afraid to act, militant Black Panthers are outside the McMichael's house RIGHT NOW armed to the teeth and ready to kill.

When the McMichaels are found guilty, they will likely be in prison for the rest of their lives (remember that 22 year old James Fields got over 420 years in prison for trying to escape violent protestors in Charlottesville). If, miraculously, the McMichaels are found NOT GUILTY, then the "chimp-outs" will get out of hand. The more radically-minded may capitalize on the racial flare-ups in the area. Georgia may be the epicenter of a race war.

The McMichaels won't need a miracle, Zack. Just competent and vigorous defense work by their attorney(s). It also doesn't hurt for those of us on the sidelines to step in where those comments are and add a few of your own. Many others are doing so and it always helps for friendly gadflies to focus people on the facts of the case, especially since we've all been given access to the same videos the prosecutors and jury (if it comes to that) will be using.

Well judging by the media and political reaction this was the crime of the century. The headlines said it all, even those from “conservative” sites like Drudge which lead for days with “Brutal Murder Shocks The Nation”. (The presumption of innocence has become another casualty of the new woke culture). Even Donald Trump got his spoke in, declaring it to be ‘very,very sad’. We’re talking here about Ahmaud Arbery (left at prayer*) who, if we’re to believe media reports (chuckle) was simply innocently jogging when a pair of rednecks (Gregory McMichael and his son Travis) chased after him in a car before ventilating him with a shotgun. That the authorities took months to bring charges brought the ensuing squeals of outrage to a fever pitch.

But there was a reason for that delay. Mr Arbery’s mother, Wanda Cooper Jones, said police told her her son had been involved in a burglary before the incident, but the family say they do not believe the keen jogger had committed a crime and he was unarmed. A number of calls were made to the emergency services around the time of the confrontation, CBS reports. In one 911 call, a neighbour said a black man was seen at a home under construction in the area. When asked what the man was doing now, the caller said “running down the street”.

Now that’s a bit different, isn’t it? If you see a black man running in a White neighbourhood any normal person will assume that he’s fleeing the scene of crime. And a number of crimes had just been committed. Any normal person would also assume that black escapee to be armed. In this case he wasn’t armed. But the McMichaels weren’t to know that. Now look at the video and you’ll fully understand why charges had not been brought. Arbery was not ‘gunned down’. He foolishly tried to take the gun from McMichael and during the ensuing struggle a shot was discharged, fatally wounding the thug.

And yes, he was a thug. He had a criminal record. But you know what? The links I looked up are no longer available. Isn’t that amazing? Well no, of course it isn’t. Aubrey will join the long list of future brain surgeons like Freddy Grey and Michael Browne murdered by racist Whites. In fact these thugs were more likely to end up murdering a brain surgeon than becoming one. We can duly expect the media to fan the flames and precipitate another bout of rioting and destruction. You know, ‘give them space to destroy’.

The proverbial visitor from Mars would be scratching his pointed head observing all of this. Wondering why the dominant race prostrates itself before a violent and parasitical minority. And why the dozens of black-on-black murders that take place every hot weekend go unreported while the nation descends into paroxysms of self-flagellation when a black gets killed by a White in a struggle over a gun.

*No, that is not the ‘victim’. I make a joke.

We all KNOW if found innocent it would not be too good of an idea to drive through certain areas if white.


BLACK WOMAN PROSECUTOR APPOINTED TO THE AHMAUD ARBERY MURDER CASE

The death of Ahmaud Arbery has taken the nation by storm. Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr has named Cobb County District Attorney Joyette Holmes as the new lead prosecutor in the case of Ahmaud Arbery, according to ABC News.

Holmes becomes the fourth prosecutor to handle the case of the young black man who was killed while jogging on Feb. 23 in Glynn County, Georgia. She is the first African American to serve as a district attorney in Cobb County.
