Since my name has rather surreptitiously appeared in topic with
the "forbidden fruit," I should like to state for the record that
art and erotica are somewhat secondary interests of mine. I am
opinionated there are items of interest that are far more important
in terms of time invested to their attention.
I did touch lightly on this topic a year or two ago in the thread
"Romans and Art," which can be found here....

...and I still maintain to this day that ancient artifacts found
in historical sites like Pompeii and Herculaneum are not "porn"
in the contemporary sense because of their antiquity, and should
be treated as such. As I said, I am not going to argue the issue.

As I said, more important items attract my attention. I am almost
finished reading "Hitler Boys In America," by Hans Schmidt. Also
due to the generous offer in the November BULLETIN, I am looking
forward to reading "Imperium Europea" and "Cosmotheism."[/quote]

Those books went out to you a couple of days ago. I'm pretty sure you will enjoy reading them both.Wade Hampton III wrote:>Sexual deviancy was around long

Let's leave it at that, Wade. Thanks

clearly has more refined tastes though,

Re: Postscripts On "Romans And Art"
Again I would like to ask, Wade especially but all are welcome to chime in, what value in Cosmotheist terms does this and other references to porn have for us? The reference to a porn site (all one has to do is add the ".com" to get there) and the idea that children may be viewing this site is getting my ire up.
I'm really tempted to either lock or delete this thread-- if another mod doesn't beat me to it first- but I want an answer to my question.

Obviously you seem to be agitated about this item from Russia Today.Jim Mathias wrote: ↑Tue Apr 14, 2020 12:16 amI'm really tempted to either lock or delete this thread-- if another mod doesn't beat me to it first- but I want an answer to my question.
However, I am somewhat at a loss to understand the nature of your agitation.
Could you be a bit more specific?

This isn't the site to discuss the value of pornography. It's already been done (in length) in other topics and the matter is closed.Wade Hampton III wrote: ↑Tue Apr 14, 2020 1:37 amObviously you seem to be agitated about this item from Russia Today.Jim Mathias wrote: ↑Tue Apr 14, 2020 12:16 amI'm really tempted to either lock or delete this thread-- if another mod doesn't beat me to it first- but I want an answer to my question.
