If not, then it most certainly should be!

Before anyone gets too excited over "transhumanism," let me point out that one of its key tenets is to advance human evolution through implanting nanotechnology in people, in particular, in their brains. They claim this will allow the brain to work more efficiently and make people smarter. In other words, the "transhumanist" species will be part biological and part machine - a cyborg (cybernetic organism).

This is certainly not what Dr. Pierce had in mind when he spoke of the "upward path." Nor is it what Adolf Hitler was referencing when he wrote:
The folkish wordview corresponds to the innermost will of Nature, since it restores that free play of forces which must lead to a continuous mutual higher breeding, until at last the best of mankind - having achieved possession of this Earth - will have a free path for activity in domains which lie party above and partly outside it.
The tranhumanists are attempting to appropriate Dr. Pierce's words and legacy for a purpose for which he would not approve.

Thanks for the heads up, VZ. You save me from reading that essay.

Yes, the site is interesting all right, maybe because it rips off the work of William Pierce. I even noticed a video of WLP's Our Cause speech.

Whoever is doing this -- unknown to us -- pretends to be the Cosmotheist Community Church, founded by Dr. Pierce, officially registered by him as a church in West Virginia since 1987 and still active today. One doesn't have to scratch the surface of this site very deep to see that they are not.

Cosmotheist Affirmations

There is but one Reality.
That is Reality is the Whole.
It is the Creator, the Self-created.
I am of the Whole.
I am of the Creator, of the self-created.
My purpose is the Creator's Purpose.
My path is the Path of the Creator's Self-realization.
My path is the Path of Divine Consciousness
My destiny is Godhood.

========================================

The Symbol of Life The
insigne worn by the members of the Cosmotheist Community
is the Rune of Life. It is one of the Characters in the ancient runic alphabet,
or futhark, used many centuries ago by our people in Europe. Each of
the ancient runes represented not only a sound but also an idea or
a group of related ideas. The Rune of Life, the man-rune, the mother rune,
represented life, birth, rebirth, renewal and creation...

That is something no one will ever know. It is an interesting - and I might add - non-Jewish
view - of a possible future.

Non-Jewish? I don't know that. Who are these transhumanist Cosmotheists? They don't say.

Wade, perhaps you should join their Orion Party and Cosmotheist Community find out more about who they are.

Far be it from me to say what these anonymous transhumanists are planning. The National Alliance must deal in the present with preservation of the race, among regular humans, not cyborgs in the far-off, dreamy future... From their site:

---
It is a fairly common belief among transhumanists that unless we destroy ourselves first (or get wiped out by a natural disaster), the pace of technological progress will accelerate enormously within the first half of this century, ultimately resulting in the birth of superhuman intelligence...

I am seventy-five years of age, having to labor full time because of inadequate SS payments,
and have enough on my plate with my NA Supporter endeavors. An interesting thought, though....

Do wish WLP was still among the living as I am sure he would have had something to say about
this. It most certainly would have not slipped past his attention.

Forget investigating these "interesting" anonymous Cosmotheist impersonators then.

Wishing Dr. Pierce was here is about as rational as praying you'll go up to heaven (instead of down to hell) when you die. Neither will happen. :(

He is here through the teachings he left us, however. What he would tell us today is to stay the course he set and adapt to changing circumstances without compromising on fundamental principles.
