Yes, they do.

I have already explained my own idea of “beauty”. But this “general beauty”
that exists worldwide, and those who qualify in its description most of the
time know how to:

1. look at a man

2. ignore a man

3. seduce a man

That is not to say that all “beautiful” women know how to. But most do, from
my personal blunt and experience.

And we men have the power to organize power structures with attendant hierarchies that draw women to the men like a moth to flame.

Let's consciously use our brains and will power to do so in accordance with the Creator's purpose, and we just might find women finding us!

There is no definitive list of techniques to how women manipulate
men but you can see it in action. The case of Dalia Dippolito,
caught hiring an assassin to kill her husband, produced really
good footage of a woman in full manipulation mode. She was
convinced that if she could get her husband physically close
to her, she could blind him. And she's right. As long as men
remain unaware of their vulnerability to female manipulation
they will continue to be victims to it.
