How good Is the advice of the attorney in the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FLtnGpw0yRk about what to say and do if stopped by a law enforcement?

Although you may believe otherwise, it is best to not cooperate with law enforcement. Be civil and polite, obviously, but you're only required to give your name and address. They mean it when they say "everything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law."

So many cops have body cameras these days to protect themselves from the public they "serve and protect." But the public is also armed with smart phones that can record with a flick of a switch both audio and video with which to keep the law honest.

Know your rights, especially about "probable cause" to detain you; keep your vehicle's equipment in working order, don't drink and drive, and do not transport anything illegal. Like Martin advises: be civil and obedient...to a point. Don't antagonize cops unnecessarily. Some of them are actually on our side and can be helpful when we need them.
