Organic/Non-GMO Lists

Post by Grimork » Tue Aug 24, 2021 9:33 am ... -gmo-free/ Is Organic Always GMO Free? <--Organic vs. Non-GMO guide here, includes various labels.
The two simplest ways to avoid GMOs are:

1) Buy certified organic / USDA Organic products, which cannot intentionally include any GMO ingredients. Read more about organics and GMOs here >

2) Look for products bearing the “Non-GMO Project” verified seal, which indicate these products went through a separate certification process. ... ee-brands/

I don't know if it's possible to be completely GMO-free if you rely on the grocery store, however I think most of us can cut down on our consumption of pesticides/GMOs.

We sure can cut down on GMO's. In small town area's though it is hard to find options for Non-GMO never mind Organic. I try to fees my family organic every chance I get. Especially when it comes to meat and dairy. We went in with a neighbor on half a cow for the freezer, and we will never go back to store bought meat. They inject the meats with red dye to make them look more appealing so it doesn't brown as fast.
Anything man made is not made to be put into your body.
