As Domestic Terrorists Outpace Jihadists, New U.S. Law Is Debated
Neil MacFarquhar
4 hrs ago {25 February 2020}

<snip>
The threat level from violent, homegrown extremists, and specifically white supremacists, was marked in red as the top category: “High.” The threat from the Islamic State, Al Qaeda and their ilk was demoted to third, in green: “Low.”

Terrorism experts believe that holds true for the entire United States.

“In the U.S., more people are killed by far-right extremists than by those who are adherents to Islamist extremism,” said Mary McCord, a Georgetown University law professor and a former senior Justice Department official for national security.

<snip>

Opponents counter that a new law amounts to a worrisome expansion of government powers, and might face constitutional challenges on the grounds of impinging on free speech.

<snip>

With both Democrats and Republicans proposing legislation, the issue is one of the few that does not divide strictly along partisan lines.

<snip>

He pointed out that one domestic terrorism law proposed by a Republican congressman specified various prison sentences, including up to 25 years for destroying or damaging “any structure, conveyance or other real property. That means a protester who engaged in vandalism to make a political point could face 25 years in jail. “
Studiously ignoring the daily black, mestizo, and other non-White violent crimes, especially when committed against Whites, they're focusing on an extremely tiny number of Whites committing acts of ....vandalism for extreme punishments.

Still thinking of voting for your favorite "republican," White man?

The Federales weigh in

Post by Jim Mathias » Mon Mar 09, 2020 1:26 am

Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention

Nearly two decades after the 9/11 attacks, the threat of terrorism is increasingly complex and evolving. Foreign terrorist organizations (FTOs) like al Qaeda and ISIL continue to plot against the United States, whether through directed attacks or by inspiring action by homegrown violent extremists (HVEs). At the same time, there is a growing threat from domestic actors-- such as racially and ethnically motivated violent extremists, including white supremacist violent extremists, anti-government and anti-authority violent extremists, and others—that drive terrorist violence.

The United States has also experienced multiple targeted violence events, which often lack a clearly discernible political or ideological motive. Though such attacks carry such severity and magnitude that suggest a clear intent to inflict a high degree of mass injury, destruction, or death commensurate with known terrorist tactics. Targeted violence may be a result of perceived grievances and includes attacks within schools, workplaces, large public gatherings, and other settings.

While the underlying rationales may differ, the threats of targeted violence and terrorism increasingly overlap, intersect, and interact with each other. Likewise, there is some alignment in the tools that can be applied to address them. Preventing targeted violence and terrorism necessitates using all tools in our toolbox: reactive measures, such as the traditional law enforcement tools of investigations and prosecutions and proactive measures that are aimed at building protective capabilities of individuals and groups. These proactive prevention activities focus on empowering communities and individuals to marginalize violent messaging while protecting and championing democratic responsibilities and values.

Last Published Date: February 24, 2020
Marginalize "violent" messaging??? Turning free speech into an act of violence is what they want to achieve, yes? How "democratic" is that?

Their hypocrisies aside, the writing on the wall is clear: both the Federals and state governments are beginning to target all pro-White speech by conflating it with violent crime committed by a tiny number of Whites. Getting "communities and individuals" to marginalize (what exactly does this mean?) Whites, then taking successive steps leading to....? In conjunction with the currently ongoing and widespread demonization of Whites in the Jewed mass media, academia, and other institutions, the aim is to outlaw anyone who wishes to assist their fellow Whites in organizing, conducting outreach, literature, community-building, and other activities thought to be protected by law.

As of yet, no legal community in the US has objected to this that I'm aware of.

As the system continues to create conditions favorable for catastrophe in various ways including financial, health (the coronavirus scare that's currently upon us), wars/"refugee resettlement" and other actions, it might be a good idea to keep an eye on government secret police announcements like this one and actions gearing up to take advantage of an "emergency" situation to conduct activities similar to what's happened in the past but on a larger scale. All in the name of "democratic values."

DOJ wants new powers

Post by Jim Mathias » Sat Mar 21, 2020 5:58 pm

Trump's lawyers are now seeking power to detain fine people from any side, indefinitely and without trial, for this brand new emergency. Check it out:

https://thehill.com/homenews/administra ... s-pandemic
March 21, 2020 - 04:00 PM EDT
DOJ appeals to Congress for new emergency powers amid pandemic

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has asked Congress for a slew of new emergency powers, according to documents obtained and reviewed by Politico.

The requests come as the federal government tries to combat the coronavirus pandemic which has sickened over 24,000 people nationwide in the U.S. and claimed more than 280 lives, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University.

Documents obtained by the publication revealed several different proposals.

One of the proposed changes would give the attorney general the power to ask top district judges to stop court proceedings "whenever the district court is fully or partially closed by virtue of any natural disaster, civil disobedience, or other emergency situation.”

These top judges would also gain the power to the stop court proceedings during a national emergency.

In addition, the DOJ has asked for the ability to ask chief judges to permanently detain an individual without trial during emergencies.

Another proposal would reportedly waive the statute of limitations for criminal investigations as well as civil trials during an emergency and could last up to "one year following the end of the national emergency."

Last week, President Trump declared the coronavirus outbreak in the U.S. a national health emergency.

The Hill has reached out to the DOJ for comment.
There's a comment section at the website.

Now the US government is looking to create backdoor methods to destroy domestic pro-White organizations.

Trump administration designates White supremacist group in Russia as terrorists
By Olivia Beavers - 04/06/20 03:31 PM EDT

The State Department announced Monday that it is classifying a foreign white supremacist organization as terrorists, marking the first time the U.S. government has made such a designation.

The State Department designated the Russian Imperial Movement (RIM), a Russian ultranationalist group, as specially designated global terrorist (SDGT), which comes amid growing concern by national security officials that such groups pose a potential violent threat to U.S. and global interests.

While Islamic extremist groups frequently receive such designations, Monday marked a new shift, with the U.S. government broadening the umbrella of groups it considers terrorists.

“These designations are unprecedented,” Ambassador Nathan Sales, the State Department’s coordinator for counterterrorism, said during a State Department teleconference.

“This is the first time the United States has ever designated foreign white supremacist terrorists, illustrating how seriously this administration takes the threat. We are taking actions that no previous administration has taken to counter this threat,” Sales added.

Sales also said three of the group’s leaders are going to be labeled as SDGTs as well: Stanislav Anatolyevich Vorobyev, Denis Valliullovich Gariev and Nikolay Nikolayevich Trushchalov.

RIM has trained neo-Nazis and white supremacists to fight paramilitary-style at its training facilities in St. Petersburg, according to Sales. Two Swedish men who received 11 days of training with RIM in 2016 later went on to carry out a series of terrorist attacks in Gothenburg, Sweden, by placing bombs outside of places like a migrant center and a campsite used to house refugees.

While the two men were later arrested, the prosecutor overseeing their case argued that RIM helped radicalize and train them for the attack.

“This group has innocent blood on its hands,” said Sales.

With the SDGT designation, the U.S. government can begin taking action against the group and individuals — including blocking Americans from conducting business with the group and freezing any U.S. property or asset owned by RIM.

“Even if a foreign terrorist group doesn’t have a bank account at a U.S. bank, a designation still has a significant financial impact on them because it increases the difficulty of them moving money,” Sales said.

The U.S. first began expanding its designations of terrorist groups and individuals after the attacks on 9/11, and then-President George W. Bush issued an executive order to expand this authority.

President Trump subsequently issued an executive order in September to broaden this authority, which now allows the government to label groups as terrorists even if they have not been linked to an attack.

While some reports indicate RIM has reached out to Americans, the group is not believed to have strong ties to the U.S.

Sales noted that the agency lacks the authority to “designate groups with a substantial connection to the United States,” in large part because it would raise questions around freedom of speech.

“The United States does not have the authority to designate groups on the basis of constitutionally protected speech. So when we look at whether a group meets our standards for designation, we’re always looking at the presence of violent action. That’s the sort of conduct that is necessary to get a foreign group on our list,” the ambassador added.

And unlike a Foreign Terrorist Organization designation, the U.S. government cannot criminally charge a U.S. citizen for providing material support to a group under a SDGT designation. Sales noted that the FBI and the Department of Justice do have other tools they can use against people with ties to SDGTs.

While Sales also acknowledged that there are reports that indicate RIM helped the pro-separatist forces fight to annex Crimea, he declined to say whether Russia is cooperating with the U.S. government in cracking down on this group. Rather, he said they encourage the Kremlin to live up to its pledges to counter terrorism.

The announcement Monday was seen as a step towards addressing white supremacist terrorism, which has surged in recent years.

“Today’s designations send an unmistakable message that the United States will not hesitate to use our sanctions authorities aggressively, and that we are prepared to target any foreign terrorist group, regardless of ideology, that threatens our citizens, our interests abroad, or our allies,” said Sales.
For the "crime" of simply providing instruction to others, they're now labeled "terrorists." Note how the Federales have other tools for simply having ties to SDGT's. My take? Other pro-White groups overseas will be so labeled as SDGT's as well, and no violent actions will be necessary to get on this list. American pro-Whites who simply communicate with such groups will then be subject to the FBI's tools to be applied to them.

Front door, back door, through the windows, it doesn't matter. The handwriting on the wall is that this Jew-infested government is now taking actions to tighten the nooses on pro-Whites--including Cosmotheists.

Homeland Security hasn't forgot about Pro-Whites during this COVID-19 pandemic. The following is a long article on conflating propaganda with terrorism.

{My comments are added in this manner}

https://www.hstoday.us/subject-matter-a ... ropaganda/
Shared Themes, Tactics in White Supremacist and Islamist Extremist Propaganda
April 28, 2020 Bridget Johnson

Islamist extremist propaganda and white supremacist propaganda not only reflect similar themes and memes in the ways they recruit and incite, but pose the shared danger of reeling in followers and potentially driving them to violent acts.

Terror attacks are increasingly hybrid, and so are the attackers — extremists are feeding off each other’s best practices. The web is a terror marketplace where a group speaks not only to its own adherents and an individual doesn’t just shout into the void when posting bomb-making techniques or target suggestions, but they all contribute to an ample open-source library of D.I.Y. extremist training and incitement that crosses group allegiances and ideologies.

White supremacist groups and purveyors of racism and anti-Semitism have found an online base for incitement and recruitment much like ISIS honed the medium to further their goals of building ranks and inspiring lone terrorists. Domestic extremists are also posting memes and metal-soundtrack training-camp videos that echo the stylized violence and call to arms used with devastating effect by ISIS and al-Qaeda.

It’s critical to understand the shared characteristics and in some cases even mimicking of extremist messaging. As we’ve spent years battling and formulating counternarrative strategies to Islamist terror recruitment and incitement, there are lessons to apply as white supremacists utilize some of the same recruitment methods, social media strategy, and tactics tailored to their own cause.

<snip>

Dozens of KKK recruitment flyers were left in front of homes in Loudoun County, Va., this past July. The Sterling, Va., neighborhood targeted is located just off of Virginia State Route 7, also known as the Harry Flood Byrd Highway, named for the late segregationist governor and senator. An 11-year-old girl was leading a local petition drive to rename the road Freedom Highway, leading the Klan to use that as the anchor for their recruitment pitch. Similarly, ISIS propaganda goes into lengthy pitches arguing that Muslims are oppressed in the West and therefore need to join their ranks. Both take current events and paint an aggrieved narrative on why people need to join their fight. {Once again, groups like the Klan are targeted by the US government and militarized local police agencies who have agreements with the Feds in exchange for armored combat vehicles, weapons, and so on}

<snip>

Both types of propaganda lean heavily on tapping into grievances that may be already harbored by potential recruits, and converting those grievances into acts of terror. {Conflating acts of propaganda that aren't calls for violence with terrorism again}

<snip>

White supremacists have been filling online forums and social media with conspiracy theories blaming Jews and ethnic minorities for the coronavirus, and groups that paper campuses and other locations with hate fliers and stickers have been including the virus in their propaganda. “The last thing they want,” ISIS said in their al-Naba newsletter last month, is for jihadists to be currently preparing new attacks “similar to the strikes of Paris, London, Brussels and other places” while the security apparatus is focused on responding to – or has its ranks reduced by – coronavirus. Terrorists “must intensify the pressure” while countries are weakened as financial difficulties and “preoccupations with protecting their countries” will weaken efforts to confront terrorism, ISIS predicted. {By linking Pro-White groups that incorporate the COVID-19 pandemic news and/or images in their fliers or stickers with known violent Middle East based non-White groups, the idea here to to paint any Pro-Whites as equal to "terrorists." Note that no distinctions are being made by Homeland Security to separate violent organizations with those who operate completely within the laws of the United States.}

<snip>

{Conclusory statement as follows:}
While these examples culled from the trove of online extremist propaganda do not hold back with violent imagery and themes, it’s critical to note that as extremist methods and messaging have evolved white supremacists and Islamist extremists have paid special attention to their need to be palatable — so they can reel in new members with a more mainstream tone, and so they get less pushback from portions of the populace who generally agree with some of their less-extremist promoted messages.

These promotional manipulations try to cloak or soften the core aims of the extremists, which remain unchanged but with greater acceptance or more people turning a blind eye will become a greater threat. Tracking all messaging — the violent, hate-filled, and seemingly innocuous — gives not only an insight into extremists’ branding strategies but pinpoints operatives and what new audiences they may be targeting.{Simply put, any Pro-White message no matter how "palatable" it's made to be is to be viewed as leading to terrorism.}
The rest of the article can and should be read by Pro-Whites who believe that because we operate within the law that we're not the subject of this article and also not within the crosshairs of the US government and the states who take arms/military equipment in exchange for agreements to Federal plans, policies, and operations. It's quite clear that all Pro-White groups are targeted.

The link above does include many pictured examples of fliers and other forms of propaganda to illustrate the points given within.

From the UK:

https://www.dailysabah.com/world/europe ... nal-action
4 neo-Nazis jailed for being members of UK's National Action
by French Press Agency - AFP
LONDON Europe
Jun 09, 2020 4:36 pm GMT+3

Four neo-Nazis were jailed in Britain on Tuesday for membership of the banned National Action (NA) group, including a woman who entered the organization's "Miss Hitler" competition.

Mark Jones, 25, was sentenced to 5 1/2 years for playing a leading role even after NA became the first neo-Nazi group to be banned under British anti-terror laws in 2016.

His girlfriend Alice Cutter, 23, who had entered the group's "Miss Hitler" beauty contest as Miss Buchenwald, named after the World War II death camp, was jailed for three years. Their co-defendants Garry Jack, 24, and Connor Scothern, 19, were jailed for four and a half years and 18 months respectively.

National Action was banned in December 2016, after a series of incidents including its praise for the murder of MP Jo Cox in the run-up to the Brexit referendum earlier that year. The government described it as a "racist, anti-Semitic and homophobic organization which stirs up hatred, glorifies violence."

Judge Paul Farrer at the Birmingham Crown court told Jones he had played "a significant role in the continuation of the organization" after the ban. He said Cutter did not have an organizational or leadership role, but was a "trusted confidante" of one of the group's leaders, as well as being in a relationship with Jones.

Prosecutors said a search of the home shared by Cutter and Jones revealed Nazi paraphernalia and books, swastika earrings and scarves, knuckledusters and numerous knives.

Jack was described as an active member of NA even after its ban and had a previous conviction for putting up racially charged stickers at a university campus.

Scothern was also an active member and had distributed almost 1,500 stickers calling for a "final solution" in reference to the Nazis' genocide of the Jews.

Speaking ahead of the sentencing, director of public prosecutions Max Hill described NA members as "diehards" who "hark back to the days of not just anti-Semitism, but the Holocaust, the Third Reich in Germany."
As the US devolves into full blown anti-White totalitarian state like the UK, harsh punishments are being meted out to those Whites who merely have a love for our race and seek to be organized. Britain is a bit farther down this dark hole than we in the US are, but all the signs that we're going there are present:
1. Declaring organizations as "terror" groups--first in the Jewed media;
2. Government "denouncements" and other public policy expressions stating the targeted Whites are a problem;
3. Laws crafted that formally turns their own citizens into enemies;
4. Finally, enforcement by the heavy hand of the state.

We Whites in the US can legally organize now and build up a strong voice to protect ourselves from steps subsequent to number two, above. The time is short though, what are Whites who can see the handwriting on the wall waiting for?

2.

Heavy Heidi Beirich again pushing CONgress to end free speech for Whites

Straight from this Jew's mouth, from the Jew's website are a few excerpts:

https://www.globalextremism.org/post/da ... and-growth
<snip>

The Internet Drives Terrorism

At this point, it is well accepted that white supremacy is as significant a threat for generating mass casualty terrorist acts domestically and internationally as other forms of extremism. Though good data does not exist on what inspires hate crimes perpetrators, it would be inconceivable that online hate propaganda didn’t play a role. The answer to slowing its spread and reducing its influence lies largely in containing the proliferation of these ideas online. For law enforcement, knowledge of the online ecosystem and the often bizarre language and memes, is key to infiltrating accelerationist networks as they work to stop future attacks.

<snip>

Yet, there is a double standard when it comes to how online platforms treat content produced by white supremacists compared to content by Islamic extremist groups like ISIS or al-Qaeda. For the latter, deplatforming is the accepted, and actually, demanded strategy, one pushed by the American government, the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism (GIFCT), and the major technology platforms.

Not so for white supremacist groups. Enforcement of restrictions and bans on these groups and their acolytes is much more haphazard, despite their proliferation of propaganda such as accelerationism or the Great Replacement, which similarly inspires terrorism. Until a deplatforming that came in the wake of GPAHE’s report on Generation Identity released in early July, the group had dozens of chapter Twitter accounts. As of today, it continues to have monetized videos running on YouTube.

<snip>

This is a complex issue and the solutions will vary based on the type of platform under consideration. The legislation proposed by Chairman Rose, the Raising the Bar Act, could help establish a baseline of where each platform is in terms of dealing with this content and then hold the platforms accountable for doing better.[46] GPAHE is a partner to the International Coalition Against Cyber Hate (INACH), which works with the European Commission (EC) to monitor hate online and whose members conduct the monitoring exercises that the EC uses to determine how well each company is doing. This data has been invaluable in Europe for holding the major platforms accountable and has led to improved efforts to combat hate online. Not surprisingly, the technology companies seem to improve the enforcement of their terms of service after each round of monitoring. Chairman Rose’s proposed legislation would do the same here in the United States. <snip>
Check out the entire document at the link provided above. Not only does Jew Beirich want to use government to strip Whites of our rights, she emphasizes the need to not use these proposed tactics on or use any new laws giving the government's police more powers that against her favored "marginalized communities" as noted below:
This is a complex issue and the solutions will vary based on the type of platform under consideration. The legislation proposed by Chairman Rose, the Raising the Bar Act, could help establish a baseline of where each platform is in terms of dealing with this content and then hold the platforms accountable for doing better.[46] GPAHE is a partner to the International Coalition Against Cyber Hate (INACH), which works with the European Commission (EC) to monitor hate online and whose members conduct the monitoring exercises that the EC uses to determine how well each company is doing. Basically, she wants the program of Jewish tyranny against Whites only that has been imposed on Europe.

The demonization of Whites continues as the misnamed Department of Homeland Security has been drafting propaganda for public viewing before official release in order to accomplish the above stayed objective.

POLITICO, yet another arm of the Jewmedia's explicitly anti-White gang of "journalists" who are relentlessly pushing the destruction of our race gave us their twisted views on these drafts.

Read here: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/dhs-d ... ailsignout

Bill Gates' MSN is only more than happy to assist in spreading this poison far and wide on his multi-billion dollar platform and certainly is no friend of Whites. I have no doubt Gates would rather be rich than do what's right in regards to our people and have to fight Jewish lawfare suits and/or politically based government harassment.

Note this prominently placed excerpt:
None of the DHS drafts POLITICO reviewed referred to a threat from Antifa, the loose cohort of militant left-leaning agitators who senior Trump administration officials have described as domestic terrorists.

Right at the very top of the article it highlights that these anarchists didn't get a single mention despite the nationwide rioting, looting, assaulting, burning, raping, murdering, and destroying property they and their fellow BLM thugs have wrecked in so many American cities these past few months.

Where they threaten legal White organizations is when ideology is mentioned:
John Cohen, who oversaw DHS’s counterterrorism portfolio from 2011 to 2014, said the drafts’ conclusion isn’t surprising.

“This draft document seems to be consistent with earlier intelligence reports from DHS, the FBI, and other law enforcement sources: that the most significant terror-related threat facing the US today comes from violent extremists who are motivated by white supremacy and other far-right ideological causes,” he said.
The real "threat" according to Cohen? "Ideological causes." Do you suppose the current DHS top honchos feels any differently today?

We don't have a government that protects us, we have one that sees any and all pro-Whites as the enemy.

Trump $500B Black America plan designates KKK, Antifa as 'terrorist organizations'
The plan calls for making lynching a national hate crime

By Brooke Singman | Fox News
Published 1 day ago {25 Sept 2020}

President Trump’s plan for Black America designates the KKK and Antifa as terrorist organizations and calls for making lynching a national hate crime, while pledging to increase access to capital in Black communities by nearly $500 billion, Fox News has learned.

The president on Friday is expected to roll out details of what the campaign is calling the “Platinum Plan,” which details “opportunity,” “security,” “prosperity,” and “fairness” for the Black Community.

TRUMP SAYS HE'S DONE MORE FOR BLACK AMERICA THAN ANY PRESIDENT OTHER THAN LINCOLN

“For decades, Democrat politicians like Joe Biden have taken Black voters for granted. They made you big promises before every election—and then the moment they got to Washington, they abandoned you and sold you out,” the president is expected to say Friday, according to remarks exclusively obtained by Fox News. “The Democrats will always take Black voters for granted until large numbers of Black Americans vote Republican.”

The president is expected to tout the plan as “a bold vision that we can and will achieve over the next four years.”

The president’s plan, according to the campaign, will increase access to capital in Black communities by almost $500 billion, help to create 500,000 new Black-owned businesses, and help to create 3 million new jobs for the Black community.

Fox News obtained a copy of the "Platinum Plan." It states that it will “prosecute the KKK and ANTIFA as terrorist organizations and make lynching a national hate crime.”

The president’s plan also vows to make Juneteenth a national holiday.

Meanwhile, the president is also expected to commit to working on a “Second Step Act,” and provide access to better jobs and training opportunities for those in Black communities.

The Platinum Plan also pledges to give Black churches the ability to compete for federal resources for their communities; bring better and tailored healthcare to address what the campaign called “historic disparities,” and advance home ownership opportunities and enhance financial literacy in Black communities.

As for educational opportunities, the president is expected to vow, in federal, state and local community partnerships to “close failing schools” to replace with “full school choice and education opportunity,” while continuing to protect Historically Black Colleges & Universities.

RNC SAYS TRUMP'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN BLACK COMMUNITIES BOOSTING VOTER CONFIDENCE

The president is also expected to pledge to increase the amount of Pell grants and allow for vocational employment and advance targeted apprenticeship and job training programs.

Trump is expected to slam his Democratic opponent Joe Biden, saying that the former vice president “is offering Black Americans nothing but the same, tired, empty slogans.”

“I stand here to offer you solutions,” Trump is expected to say, while adding that “no one in Washington politics today has done more to hurt Black Americans than Joe Biden.”

The president is also expected to vow to increase public safety in Black communities.

“Instead of fighting for public safety for these communities, the Democrats are attacking our police and empowering far-left rioters, looters, and anarchists,” Trump is expected to say. “In the Republican Party, we believe in protecting ALL black lives – including the unborn.”

He is expected to add that Republicans "believe that every child, of every race – born and unborn – is made in the Holy image of God. Republicans believe that all human life is sacred.”

“At no time before has there been a clearer choice between two parties, two visions, two philosophies, and two agendas for the future,” Trump will say.

The Klan hasn't done anything beyond outreach activities like flier and newspaper distributions, a few rallies held privately, and discussing their religion. When was the last time they lynched anyone? A century or so ago?

This isn't an attack on the Klan, it's an opening salvo on Federal government criminalization of all pro-White organizations in order to shut them down with criminal penalties for simple, lawful organizing and free speech activities.

After the organizations are gone, who is next? Whites who failed to organize before, the "individualists" who said something politically incorrect (to become criminal "terrorist" speech) at work, for reporting Black crime to police, or anything the Jewmedia wants, really. Then it'll just be you for simply being White.

So how about voting for that "lesser of two evils" in 2020, White man?
