Lawfare

With the obvious weaponization of the crooked justice system to see that Donald Trump is defunctionalized or even imprisoned to queer his bid to become President for a second time, the word lawfare has been in the news a lot lately -- used to characterize what the corrupt Democrat Party is doing to him in four different actions in four Democrat jurisdictions.

Lawfare is a portmanteau, or the clever combination of two words -- law and warfare -- to form the new word.

Lawfare is the abuse of the law by a group against its enemy, either by challenging the legality of its actions or by deterring its opponent from exercising its legal rights -- to weaken and discredit the individual opponent by filing lawsuits wasting his time and resources [think defendant Trump's current legal issues].

After my 6 year old case is finally resolved, I have an interesting story about how some municipal cops in my area and a politically ambitious young prosecuting attorney used lawfare against me as I was simply exercising my right to free speech by distributing National Alliance fliers in public one day in 2017. As it is still ongoing, I cannot say much about it now.
