I was watching a Bitchute video recently, and some guy was in front of the camera talking about how bad we need leaders. Basically he was asking, "Where are all the leaders?" He was going on and on about it.
I asked myself which planet this guy was living on...
It's kind of funny - or perhaps, sad - how certain White Nationalists will cry about how much we need leaders, but they won't step up to be a leader themselves. Being a leader means, partly, doing hard, but necessary work and making tough decisions, and they don't want to do this.
But, then when someone steps up to take the role, those ones won't follow him because they don't want to submit to the will of a higher authority. They will praise Adolf Hitler and parrot some fancy phrases they heard about the Leadership Principle, but when it comes time to put it into action they run as fast as they can in the other direction. Hitler described this problem of petty minds in
Mein Kampf.
I think a lot of these people misunderstand what a good leader is. They are looking for somebody who will take to the streets and wave some flags around or run for a political office which he has zero chance of winning, and because they aren't too bright or experienced they don't have the ability to recognize the value in quiet, but infinitely more productive work.
Chairman Williams, you have set an excellent example in many ways.
You can be hard and gruff at times, which may scare away some of the softer types, but for those of us with eyes to see, it is plain that you are a top-notch business handler and precisely the leader which the Alliance needs at this critical time.
By following the strategy passed down to us by Dr. Pierce, the Alliance is building a solid core of dedicated individuals who have what it takes to carry it into the future.
That is good leadership.
And at the end of the day, every Alliance man and woman is a leader in one way or another. We understand the critical situation our race faces and we have stepped up to do something about it, even if it's only paying our monthly dues. We can do more of course: we can always do more. But, doing SOMETHING is better than doing NOTHING.
Chairman, you and the others who helped reconstitute the Alliance have given us the opportunity to do more for our race than we could have done on our own. That counts for everything.
