Koehl doesn't mention Spengler in "Faith of the Future," Angelicus. Volker Zorn does. I'm no expert on German philosophers. I like Schopenhauer and Rosenberg, but that's about it with me. As to Spengler on race and Jews, you might read this clarification from Martin Kerr, who succeeded Koehl as leader of New Order: https://nationalvanguard.org/2022/02/os ... -and-race/Angelicus wrote: ↑Sun Feb 18, 2024 7:20 pmRegarding Oswald Spengler's idea of the evolution of different cultures and civilizations, I noticed a colossal mistake, that renders his theory almost invalid. He does not acknowledge the terrible and harmful influence of the Jews on Western civilization; nor the deeply Jewish character of early Christianity In fact, Spengler does not give any importance whatsoever to the matter of race.
All these flaws were pointed out by Alfred Rosenberg in an article published in 1925. You will find the link to it below. I think it deserves to be read because Spengler has had a negative influence on thinkers of the so-called Right since his rediscovery in the late 1970s. A theory of Western civilization that does not take into account the racial angle and the Jewish problem is not only useless but harmful for the White race in the long term.

Thank you for bumping this old topic. I met Matt Koehl in 1994. He was the real thing when it came to National Socialism. Spengler was not.
